How many late-night poutines we’ve had here, I’ve lost count. The portion is great, generous with sauce and cheese curds too. Sauce is just the right temperature too, so the curds get melty good. Sometimes a line can start but it moves very quickly. Never had anything else but has always been a positive experience.

3 Brothers Shawarma & Poutine is a good place to get Mediterranean food with a decent price. It is recommended to visit this cosy restaurent if you are in downtown Ottawa.

First time eating at “3 Brothers” and ordered the chicken salad. I liked the salad itself which I would rate a solid 4 stars. The reason for an overall 3 star review for this location is that the individual who cut the meat from the rotating spit and who also cashed us out, was not wearing a mask during the whole time I was there. Also, for some odd reason the worker was talking while cutting and facing the meat. My visit was during “Stage 1” of reopening Ontario meaning that wearing of a face mask is still mandatory within indoors especially in food establishments.

You will never believe a restaurant so tiny can offer you such a welcoming experience! Coming here was truly the highlight of my weekend in Ottawa, haven't felt love and freedom in this way for the past 2 years, thank you for having us while no one else opened their doors to freedom!

Excellent service. Guy who served us went out of his way to make us feel like top customers. The pita bread could be a bit thicker as it got soggy and cracked towards the end of me eating the shawarma. Shawarma was very filling and tasty! We had chicken and beef shawarma wraps. Would definitely recommend a try! Visited this place during the heart wave. No good air conditioning so couldn't sit and eat there.

Owner was very nice and gave good suggestions. The portions were big and taste was good. Garlic sauces are game changers. Free Parking provided by the store.

3 Brothers and this specific location is THE BESSSSSTTTTTT ❤️❤️❤️ Phenomenonal garlic potatoes, delicious sandwich's, amazing music, open late, and best of all, extremely friendly and fun staff - when you make the experience fun, it feels like you're coming to visit friends for food, not just a restaurant. 3 Brothers mixed platter had great tasting meat, sauces and toppings, everything tasted fresh and I was very impressed with the large portion sizes. The shawarma sandwich was also good but had a bit too much sauce which ended up making it slightly soggy on the walk home.

I got a large poutine. They did a great job!! Awesome food and service. It was delicious. Impressed with the quality and taste of food, one of the better poutines I’ve had in Ottawa.

I ordered online for delivery. A full side order of falafel (4 pieces) was missing. I called the restaurant few times but no answer. Good food but disappointed overall!

They treat customers with highest level of courtesy and respect. That's what customers want. They care about how they are being treated not how much they are being charged. Like you go to Starbucks and you see the quality of environment and service while you go to Tim Hortons it's most terrible experience you will have. Anyway, this restaurant is always busy, don't compromise with their quality. Open until morning and if you're hungry even at 5AM they are serving you nice and fresh cooked foods.

There were two large parties that just left the surrounding bars around 2am. As they came in, they mentioned that there was a birthday boy. The staff turned up the music and everyone started dancing. I was tired and not big in the mood at first, but I could help but return all the smiles that were lighting up the restaurant. And the shawarma was HUGE and the garlic sauce was on point 👌🏾might be a new favorite for when I come to town ⚡

I ordered the falafel platter and it cost over $20 with tip and they warmed up the falafels in the microwave in front of me. It was too late to cancel my order. The food wasn't worth it at all and too expensive for bland food.

This shawarma is good, so is the salad and garlic sauce. Was not the first time here but it’s good to have options when speaking of local shawarma. Good experience.

Ordered a shwarma poutine with spicy garlic and hot sauce. Large portion, mediocre taste. Curds were of excellent quality, but the garlic, gravy, chicken, and hot sauce were all very subpar. You can do better just about anywhere in the city.

The shawarma is a joke here and so is the so called hospitality. The guy serving spoke so rudely to my wife that she walked out feeling insulted. There were 0 customers in his shop so i dont understand how us taking an extra minute to decide causes issues. Just a few pieces of meat thrown inside a dry bread with some sauce and veggies.

When I was ordering I noticed neither person making the sandwiches were wearing gloves, now 30 minutes after eating I feel very sick and like I need to vomit. Absolutely disgusting! NEVER AGAIN EAT HERE

Very convenient place to get food and also is open till late. Doesn't get any more convenient than that.

This place is amazing. We stopped by for lunch, had the beef, chicken and mixed poutine was amazing. They use fresh fries and cheese curds. The gravy is on point and they fill it up to the top. Will go again next time I visit Ottawa.

Halal. The poutine there is amazing and the best you’ll ever have. The sandwich was filled was fresh chicken and vegetables, their sauce was amazing and overall the food was cheap. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there. The gentleman that worked there was exemplary. He described everything in detail, he gave us a lot of additional information. Gave us some free food to try. He could not have been better. Highly recommend!!

I was little choked when I got there. The promise of a donair fell apart. They serve a mediocre shawarma. No traditional donairs here.

The shawarma was okay. I wish they had options to put more sauces. We ordered from skipthedishes and they would only let you put one sauce in the combo. The potato wedges on the side were so good with garlic sauce. The rice as sides was good too. I visited from Toronto and ordered this food at 2 am. Was so glad this was open that late at night. Will try the chicken poutine too as have heard great things about that.

The "Brother" made us the lunch he eat for himself, I took one bite and it was marvelous in my mouth. I told him that I would see him again and I was not wrong. The shawarma he made was from another world. 10/10

The staff was nice but the music was incredibly loud and I couldn’t hear anything while ordering and it was overwhelming. The poutine I ordered was a good portion for a small and the price but there was WAYYYYY too many cheese curds like there’s more cheese than fries… I couldn’t finish it. Best shawarma ever! I usually get the large chicken shawarma wrap. The chicken has so much flavour and they give you a very good portion. Their shawarma plates are also very good! The owners are seriously so welcoming and friendly, you feel the love as soon as you walk in! I give them a 10/10! You guys rock!!

Yesterday I ordered one chicken falafel and one veg platter, TBH, chicken falafel was ok ok, whereas vegetarian platter was good. Maybe try once to see if you like or not.

The absolute best chicken shawarma poutine in the city. Come during dinner time to avoid late night students and crowding. Their portions are always generous and delicious. Keep an eye out in the area as it’s poorly lite and it’s been known to instigate precarious situations. The shop itself though is great and the staff are always friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Brutal donair. Just because you’re serving a customer after regular hours doesn’t mean they aren’t paying attention. They will feed you the random scraps of the overcooked Donair meat.

Best poutine in town. Warm and friendly customer service . Do try the poutine with their in house spicy garlic. 1000 percent recommended.

The shawarmas were ok, generous portions at an affordable price, and it was pretty late at night and close to the night club, which was convenient. For my personal taste, the meat was bland, and the shawarma as a whole was not particularly tasty, but maybe the restaurant adapted its dishes to the taste of the locals, I'm not sure. A good spot to hang after 1 am, while you're waiting for your Lyft/Uber home.
