A wonderful park! A spacious park that offers recreational opportunities for everyone. You can play cricket, walk your dogs, or relax in the sun. So many options and you won’t be bothered by other groups if you don’t want to be. There is parking and many walking paths that can be accessed from all directions. Plus if you get hurt at this park you can easily head to the hospital across the street. 🙏🏼I think this park would be a great location to add a frisbee golf course. The park is set up well for this and wouldn’t interfere with other park users. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ guarantee (I don’t give out 5 stars too often because they have to mean something, and I think this location is amazing!)

The best spot for free parking near The Ottawa Hospital General Campus! Keep an eye out for Parking By-Law Enforcement, as there is a posted time limit of 2 hours!

Good City playing field, large open space for kite flying, trails for jogging and dog walking. Not far from the Ottawa General Hospital. Good parking.

A large field that is not very flat, but it is quite beautiful. There is a bike path along it. There is generally a lot of geese that pass through here, so it can be quite dirty during the summer months. There is a cricket pitch here & ultimate frisbee here. A nice place for walking your dog.

Get ready to rip some disc. Perf for the outdoors experience. There's bugs like crazy in the summer.

Great place to park your vehicle if you are going to the hospital. But be very aware that by-law is always there. There is a nice park for children at the end of the Street right before you hit pleasant park road.

Decent Field, but overused, and the turf gets bad by the end of the summer.

Cute little dog park. Also had baseball diamond and soccer field.

Great big open space, but it's not fenced in, so you'll need good recall of your dog. Lots of parking. No toilet.

We were there for an Ultimate Frisbee tournament and had a fun day despite the lousy weather. The fields were in excellent condition and plenty of parking for everyone using the fields. The organizers had Porto potties because there were no facilities otherwise, but that is to be expected at a park. On the whole, had a great day and lots of fun. Can't wait to return next year!

A great place for a bike ride through bike paths and quiet streets or watch a cricket game or throw frisbies or take your kids to a kiddie park at Lynda lane and Billings street. You can park on Lynda lane but do not exceed 2 hours as parking is monitored since it’s close to the the General Hospital.

Not much to say, it's a park. But it's very peaceful. Lots of people (myself included) will just come here to set up a chair and hang out in silence. A lovely spot.

Beautiful and well kept park with two full distant Cricket pitches. Fantastic place in the middle of the city to walk, run, throw or bat a ball around when there aren’t games being played. And if you are so inclined, watch the action of a world favourite sport with front row seats! (The closest and most inexpensive viewing one could ever dream of!) The amount of times I have driven by and stopped to watch a few overs has ruined my punctual credibility with many during the Cricket season!

Very quiet and open field that is also a off-leash dog park. One public baseball court as well.

There is a lot of open space, but the grass is really long. It hasn't been cut in awhile.

  • 3/5 Corey W. 4 years ago on Google
Watch where you park. They ticket you and their are no signs to say you can't park here. I could have fought it but to much time and energy in it. I know for a fact the city makes tons of money for violations and no warning signs,,,,,,, at all. Oh......... And the park and water is beautiful.. 🙄

Great walking trails and a nice field to play with your dog!

Two cricket fields. City can do better job of cutting / maintaining grass

  • 5/5 Dylan W. 4 years ago on Google
Large, open fields. Nice place to take the dog for a walk, toss a frisbee, or utilize the cricket fields! Lots of free parking!

A big open mown grass field with a paved path around the edge. A nice place to fly kites or model airplanes. A bike path runs through the park on the south side... East to St. Laurent, west to Alta Vista and beyond. It's a nice place to chill out while you're waiting for someone at the nearby General Hospital.

These fields are fantastic! It's a go-to for glorious ultimate, softball, cricket and soccer alike! The fields remain regularly groomed and with exception of the back fields where the ground is somewhat uneven they are great for all.
