Honestly,
it
was
my
second
visit
but
I
wouldn't
go
back
again.
Although
I
was
happy
to
pay
the
$32
both
times
so
that
the
money
could
hopefully
go
towards
helping
the
kitties,
I
find
the
experience
of
the
Cat
Cafe
dissappointing.
Nine
people
were
allowed
in
with
the
cats,
when
the
capacity
limit
for
the
cat
area
is
only
supposed
to
be
6,
and
there
are
hardly
enough
'active'
cats
to
play
with
for
the
amount
of
people.
I
understand
the
cats
are
rescues,
but
they
are
not
cuddly
or
people-oriented
at
all
and
are
only
interested
in
playing,
sleeping
or
keeping
to
themselves,
which
is
not
super
fun
but
expected
I
suppose.
A
lot
of
the
cats
looked
skinny
too;
I
hope
they
are
well
fed.
I
also
found
the
customer
service
was
lacking.
We
weren't
greeted
with
much
enthusiasm,
friendliness
or
politeness,
which
is
disappointing.
I
hope
all
the
cats
get
proper
veterinary
care;
the
last
thing
I
would
want
is
to
get
a
virus
from
the
cats
on
my
clothes
or
hands
and
bring
it
back
home
to
my
cat.
Overall,
I
feel
that
the
atmosphere
is
far
from
welcoming.
I
understand
if
they
don't
have
much
money
to
decorate,
but
the
way
the
coffee
shop
is
arranged
is
bizarre
and
feels
more
like
a
pet
store
than
a
Cafe.
I
also
got
the
vibe
that
the
staff
is
not
trusting
enough
of
their
customers
to
be
good
with
the
cats,
which
is
odd.
There
are
lots
of
cat
lovers
and
people
that
have
cats
at
home
that
come
in.
Moreover,
if
someone
was
mishandling
a
cat,
I'm
sure
someone
in
the
group
would
report
it.
Also,
I
read
some
other
reviews
with
horror
stories
about
adopting
a
cat
from
them
and
it
having
a
lethal
viral
illness
prior
to
adoption,
without
the
foundation
taking
any
responsibility.
I
would
stay
far
from
this
place,
but
that's
just
me.
The
atmosphere
is
not
inviting,
welcoming
or
comfortable
and
they
no
longer
have
my
support.
