Another fabulous Maple Leaf Lounge. If you are flying United, be advised to come here as there is no lounge for us on the other side of passport control.

It's ok. Food selection is limited compared to other air canada lounges. Also, not super spacious either. But overall I've enjoyed my stops here.

Overall good lounge for the airport size. The food seems to have improved recently, with the addition of hot options, but it can be hit or miss. My experience with the staff made it a good experience everytime. There's also plenty of seating.

Very calm and quiet lounge. Perfect to work and relax. Food choice not as big as before. No hot food in the morning. Of you want something hot buy something before going up. Have coffee lattes and such but the espresso machine was out of order. (July31,2022)

A smaller but comfortable lounge. There are alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks of different variety. There is just soup as hot food, rest is quinoa salad and pretzels. They also have a business center where you can use computers and print. Having a couple more warm food choices would be great.

Extremely limited food items of lowest quality (2 types of very bland wraps, two types of cookies, 2 types of salad, chips and bars... that's it). Also as these days, flight are routinly delayed, tge lounge was packed with passengers with very limited number of seats available. It was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and nice.

Taps are once again, self served. Pour your own drinks and not worry about getting judged! Hot soups available which is a plus. Excellent and worth it.

Great selection and service. They could use a better TV, we watched the world cup while waiting.

The lounge is ok; clean and relaxed environment, however the food selection is very limited (Nachos, salsa, edamame beans, Hummus, Tzaziki, two soups...). No real lunch or dinner options unfortunately - would be nice to see some improvement in this area; at least some pizza or something simple like that.

Nice big window to view outside, it is quieter than many other Maple Leaf lounge. Comfortable sofa in most sitting area. Food selection is limited.

It is very similar to all the other Maple Leaf lounges across the nation There are coffee machines for you to use, not that much stuff I can see station in the lounge for service. it is more of a self-serve buffet style, not a very big airport lounge but quite the fair number of seating. I was only there for the morning so I'm not sure how it will be like for the afternoon or the evening. If the seating is enough for the customer that wants to have a nice break before the flight.

An OK lounge, not worth paying for if you don't have free access. Not of international standars for a lounge, but offer quietness before a flight.

You never know when this place is going to be super busy or dead. When busy, it's sometimes hard to find a seat at all. The staff are friendly and generally good at refilling items.

  • 3/5 Dan D. 2 years ago on Google
Nice layout & the staff are nice, but there is little food or drink, in small amounts. Definitely at the low end of Maple Leaf Lounges.

There is a lot of room for air Canada to improve it's lounge....

Ive been to this lounge on multiple occasions, the food is not replaced at a decent pace and the staff does not seem to care

  • 3/5 Kenneth W. 2 years ago on Google
Doesn't quite measure up to other Maple Leaf Lounges (e.g. Calgary, Montreal, Toronto) in that the Ottawa one doesn't have as large a selection of hot food items and doesn't have QR codes to order menu items. Still a decent lounge.

  • 5/5 Rick P. 2 years ago on Google
Standard Lounge setup and easy-access. Uber clean and organized during COVID travel. Food items are no longer 'buffet style/free-for-all' - all items are prepackaged in bags/containers and ordered over the counter. Decent variety. Serving staff are a hoot, great service as always.

Quiet place to be while waitng for a flight. Good service and well maintained. Full support for folks working on the go. Food is a bit limited in selection but good quality.

Ok lounge - more relaxing than waiting in the concourse. But - no newspapers or magazines! Why?!? I dislike reading a newspaper on my phone (which is the suggestion they offer).

A comfortable and spacious lounge with a decent selection of food and drink. Nice view of the sunset if you are lucky enough to see any sun!

  • 5/5 Tim S. 2 years ago on Google
Good to see it open again. Food service is different with COVID....all items pre made but still good taste. I had turkey wrap and enjoyed it. Not many people on a Saturday either!

My favourite AC lounge. Easily the best oatmeal in the mornings. Staff are always pleasant, helpful and friendly. Food is great, and the Guinness is cold: what more could one ask?Now if only Ottawa airport was offering international flights to Europe again - it would be perfect.!

They just opened back up after closing for a year during covid. You would think a good scrub & shine to the place during this down time would happen. The same old ratty furnishings look like they never moved?

My experience in the lounge was a success due to the generosity and attention of Joanne and the chef Natalie. I have celiac disease which Joanne noticed, and Natalie provided a fresh alternative for lunch. Very kind and I wanted to give them the thumbs up! Thank you.

First time I use maple leaf loung. I had a very big expectation, the only thing that disappointed me was the food. Not to mutch choose, only small rap, salade, soup and peices of tukey with any gravy. Very dry. Big comfy chairs, a lot of alcool. Should be great to upgrade and add some longer seats so we can extend the leg. The bathroom and open spaces were clean. On general, i liked it !!!

This Maple Leaf lounge at YOW is probably the best thing about the airport. There isn't a huge selection of places to sit and relax or to buy some food at the airport. However, the Maple Leaf lounge is a pleasant place to wait for your flight. The hot food selection isn't large, but what they have is tasty. It's a clean lounge with lots of staff. Coffee, tea, soft drinks & alcohol are available. The washrooms are clean. Some seats overlook the runway, which is a bonus. The seats are comfortable with electrical outlets close by to charge your phones. Enjoyed my 1 hour stay.

Very clean when we visited first thing in the morning. Very limited food options for breakfast, nothing hot and no options for vegan.

  • 4/5 Kerry P. 1 year ago on Google
Spacious with lots of seating. Clean amenities. Conveniently located roughly in the center of the terminal. A decent selection of beverages and snacks. I've been to other lounges that had more comfortable seating or more quiet/private areas, which is mainly why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Great cocktail bar. Lattes are okay. Minimal gluten free options. Would love to see more safe food for people with celiac.

(Translated by Google) Begins to be a bit small during peak periods. Also it would be beneficial to have small soundproofed rooms to make calls without disturbing other people. (Original) Commence à être un peu petit lors des périodes de pointe. Également on gagnerait à avoir des petites salles insonorisées pour faire des appels sans déranger les autres personnes.

Pretty much same as other Maple Leaf lounges. Snacks, drinks, quiet and spacious. Good space to await your loud, crowded flight!

The Maple Leaf lounge is a nice place to get done work done while waiting for you plane. Food for the breakfast time was a continental buffet. The quality was good but if you want a good warm meal, you'd be better of grabbing some Timmies on your way there. Internet connection is pretty decent too, even better than the airport one. You can also download few magazines from PressReader while you're there.

Centrally located within the terminal. I am a frequent visitor and I find the staff to be friendly. They have a great assortment of drinks, however, I feel management needs to work on improving their selection of food. I would also suggest they work on improving their coffee as well.

Great service and very friendly staff. One of my connecting flight was delayed 1h, I talked to the staff and they took care of it right away. No need to leave the lounge :)

Good selection of drinks, wish they had a hot food option/ a little more food offered. The place was clean and the waiting staff are amazing. The front desk people could be a little more friendly but that could have been the early mornings or the late nights i have visited it.

  • 4/5 Maher A. 4 years ago on Google
No major change in the structure for the last 10 years since last I visited it I think it's to some extent outdated and smaller in size for the amount of people that visited they still need to have a shower place for people connecting at into and then out of Ottawa I was very surprised to know that in Ottowa airport if you are coming from an international flight do you have to pick up your luggage and then pass through security again a huge contrast between Toronto or Montreal or Vancouver airports where your luggage will be seen at your final destination carousel!!!? Team at the front desk and service was very good, food was delicious and fresh abundance of the things to drink from

Nice quiet lounge. Awesome view, you can see a panoramic view of the planes landing and taking off. Food is usually basic in Canadian lounges, and MLL is less than basic regarding food: I have not seen a world class lounge in canada yet, and here there is not even a choice of warm food for breakfast, only hard boiled eggs. Still better than waiting for your flight downstairs, but probably not worth the price if you have to pay for this.

Decent lounge for a small airport, food options could be more varied as it's generally the same anytime I go. But service is good and friendly.

As usual, clean, Good snacks and sélection of drinks. AC, does it well, this is smaller airport.

  • 3/5 Chris L. 4 years ago on Google
Always crowded. Unfortunately I think it is time for an expansion or perhaps AC can introduce an Altitude Cafe like in Toronto.
