It's
unfortunate
that
I
have
to
say
this
on
the
restaurant's
page,
but
there
is
not
much
of
an
option
when
it
comes
to
using
a
third-party
delivery
service.
The
restaurant
asked
for
more
time,
which
is
frustrating,
but
understandable,
and
that
would
have
been
okay,
except
that
the
Uber
Eats
driver
also
decided
to
do
another
delivery
before
coming
here.
I
watched
the
driver
through
the
app,
they
sat
for
over
30
minutes
after
making
it
to
their
first
delivery
place.
They
never
responded
to
my
message,
but
they
did
start
moving
as
soon
as
I
sent
it...
Unsurprisingly,
the
food
was
cold,
and
an
added
bonus
was
that
the
delivery
bags
smelled
of
cigarette
smoke!
Overall,
it
was
a
frustrating
sequence
of
events,
considering
that
I
only
used
the
Uber
Eats
app
because
for
some
reason
the
menu
options
are
different
for
the
food
items
in
other
apps
(i.e.,
SkipTheDishes
and
Door
Dash),
and
I
couldn't
order
what
I
wanted
through
them.
In
addition,
this
is
the
second
time
within
the
past
week
that
I've
used
a
delivery
service
and
waited
over
90
minutes
to
get
my
food.
I
want
to
order
from
the
restaurant
again
because
some
of
their
items
are
really
good.
However,
I'm
not
sure
I
want
to
risk
this
type
of
situation
happening
again...
