With all the unleashed dogs running free it doesn’t make it an enjoyable for those of us who are obeying the on leash by-law. Fun fact, there are 9 signs indicating such! To put it simply. STOP DOING IT

Large, beautiful park to have in the middle of the city. Wonderful for walking the dog and getting some green therapy

I love this park because it has pretty light posts and large beautiful trees. There is a large dog park by the highway. The trails in the woods are limited but well worth the visit. Beautiful in the fall!

Hampton is an excellent park for dog owners! The park is spacious and clean, with plenty of grassy areas for dogs to run and play. There are also several walking trails throughout the park, which provide a great opportunity for dogs and their owners to get some exercise. You can tell the trails are well maintained and cleaned.

Nice park with small and short wooden trails leading to the off leash dog park. Also a few little hills for sliding during the winter.

My favorite spot for a lunch break when I am around the area. There are some benches around and you can calmly enjoy a good view while you relax for a couple of minutes. You see lots of people with their kids and dogs, also bikers, joggers and people practising sports in different areas.

Very pretty park, lots of dogs so it’s a nice place to walk your dog if it can handle socializing with other dogs

A very dog friendly park and great for families, specially young kids: loads of room to run around.

Has a great dog park. Pool for dogs after hours in the summer. Nice walking area and shade

The dog park need water Access during summer time ,and some trees for shade please , and the barking needs to be well maintained during winter snow ..

Very clean park, the dog park is spacious and the community works to keep it clean. It looks incredible in the fall if you take the wooded trails.

Nice little fun park. It has a great dog run area and always friendly dogs. My puppy loves it!!

On Jan 29th, 2024 at around 1-1:16am I ordered a Veggie patty sandwich and a chicken teriyaki sandwich by uber. I just want to say, whoever sandwich artist it was... A BIG THANKYOU!!! Stopped in here when we had some time to kill before dinner. Adorable little park, lots of pathways to wander down, one of which pops out onto a dog park and baseball diamonds. The paths were well maintained and clean. Lots of critter-proof garbage cans, and nice benches. Lovely experience.

Great dog park over there, we go there with Kaito, our Shiba Inu all the time.

I went there yesterday (2022-09-10) on my way home from an excursion trip to Ottawa South. Hampton Park is in Island Park area with many embassies and ambassadors's residences. The only negative is the noise from heavy traffic in Island Park Drive.

Nice fenced area for off leash dogs. With trails for walking in wooded area.

Keep building your tree forts kids! People need fresh air and memories in nature, rebuild every time your forts get taken down! If the fort is made of dead trees, people CAN’T say anything! Play-On (there’s a CBC article about this)

Watched the ball game. Dog loved it!

Wonderful place to go walking. An area for children to play and in summer a wading pool.
