ππ Conroy Pit is a lovely place for a walk in the woods with your pup. However, due to the extensive devastation by the May 21 derecho, all access to the wooded paths is blocked by fallen trees, hundreds of them. At the moment it is quite treacherous.

ππ Considering where it is, it's a decent sized space with a fair amount of grass and the fence appears well maintained, (it's not loose or falling down in places and there aren't any holes in or under it that I've seen).
It's pretty clean too!

ππ My favourite city park for dogs. 3 lovely walking trails to explore. Lots of room, nice friendly folks. Make sure to check out the sculptures at the end of the top trail.

ππ Great place for medium sized dogs as area isn't as large as Hampton. Sad to say but there is a huge increase in the number of dogs with fewer facilities for owners to go. Use to go to La Roche (closed for another year) and Lemieux, (which wasn't really a dog park but was the perfect park for dogs)...
