Although they may claim the largest indoor trampoline park but this place need to go a long way… 0 star for the staff around the front desk as the lady didn’t care to explain properly the packages or she didn’t know herself not sure what’s was the issue. All the attendees were young kids who were lacking training…0 star for safety on or around wall climbing..helmets where not good enough to fit properly and strapped around properly for any kid, we had to tell the attendant to look multiple times and was so lazy to fix it … only star I am giving is for sanitization ..effort where made to ensure place was sanitize frequently…

This place is filthy Do NOT bring your kids there it’s disgusting, no proper air filtration, socks’ smell all over the place, no hygiene what do ever, garbage on the floor everywhere as per my pictures. You kid will leave sick from this place. Plus staff are super RUDE!

The place itself was wonderful for the kids. The staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. Especially when one of the kids got stuck on an obstacle course and had a meltdown. However the line up to go inside the park was not organized and it was out the door, they should have had it set up a bit better and the prices are a bit steep. Still I would definitely go again with the kids.

Great experience as always! Kids love it! They have a new section that looks amazing for kids but you have to take the adventure pass to access it. We didn’t know but next time will definitely take it for the kids to try it. They operate at a reduce capacity because of covid which was kind of nice to not be over crowded. You have to book online first to make sure you have a spot! Everything is operating smoothly. Kitchen is still open and they still do birthday parties. The only thing I think should be reinforced is the in/out at the main door. From a parents perspective I don’t find it safe. I know it’s the parents responsibility to watch their kids but it would be great if flying squirrels would have a different system at the door… or at least have a staff that controls who comes in and out… It’s an amazing activity for the kids, teenagers and adults!

It was really fun to spend some time their with the kids. The place was clean and the staff were nuce and collaborative. There are two areas, the trampoline and soft play area, both were fun and the kids loved it so much. There is a snack bar that serves soft drinks, pizza, and some chocolate. We brought some burgers to eat there from Wendy's and eat it in the dining area. We had a delighted time, and we will repeat it.

Great family environment. Great staff, pleasant experience! Kids love coming here :) They have gift card purchases. The more time you buy, the kore time they give you as a thank you. Grippy socks are a must, albeit they’re only $3.50. Hot pink socks that absolutely NOBODY cares about. Errrrbody’s Wearin’ em…. So join in ! Just a tip.. make sure you stretch yourself out lol sounds dumb and silly, but trust me, you’ll literally “not” thank me for that! Haha. Enjoy this place. 90 mins flew by us!

This place was awesome. I have four kids ages 5 to 13 and they all had a blast! We got one hour on the trampoline part and an hour in the adventure area (like cosmic adventures). The 13 year old didn't enjoy the adventure park too much because he is tall and had trouble crawling in the tunnels. You have to buy their socks when you go but they are like 3.50$ Will for sure go back with the kids!

Great place to have kids busy. Good indoor facilities with many seats available for parents that are just watching their kids.

Family friendly and good management. They were considerate when I wanted to switch from the obstacle to the trampoline side and gave me another free bracelet,so I had an extra hr for my 2 toddlers.

The location was fantastic for the children, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful,However, the queue to enter the park was disorganized and stretched out the door. They could have improved the organization, and the prices were somewhat high. Nevertheless, I would certainly return with the kids.

As a mom of a toddler, trying to figure out online what tickets I needed to buy to do the activities we wanted was way way too complicated. The website makes it seem like the toddler pass gives them access to the trampolines and the adventure playground but apparently doesn’t (when my TWO YEAR OLD ran into that area the staff were extremely rude to him and I don’t know what kind of place allows staff to yell at TODDLERS who don’t understand paying for extra zones, the two staff were hiding laughter as my son cried when I picked him up to go pay for him to play there). Also does not clearly state whether parents need tickets or not to supervise. There’s way too many ticket options and none are explained well at all. Honestly the whole website is just confusing and difficult to navigate. Onto the actual site, the trampolines are kept clean and we loved the trampoline part. However, the adventure playground is a death trap for children under 4 in my opinion. I would never pay for that indoor playground again. There’s a lot of stairs/platforms that appear poofy and padded like at cosmic adventures but when you actually touch them there’s next to no padding over a very hard and uneven surface. Collected quite a few bruises following my toddler around, which has never happened at cosmic. The nets and ropes on the structure are suspicious and I was having a massive anxiety attack watching my son on them so we got off. At this point it was the end of our 90 minutes so we wanted to get snacks, no luck because the food counter staff were just showing up to open. The only reason I’m giving three stars is that my son did enjoy his time and it was clean. Staff were horrible beyond the one girl at the front counter, just rude and uninterested. I don’t understand why so many kids places in Ottawa hire people who act like they hate kids? Final note, the foam in the foam pit needs to be replaced it’s falling apart.

Staff during today’s rainy busy holiday vacation day were so organized and did a great job managing the crowds. Everyone working there is approachable, patient and sweet to the kids. My 4yo had lots of fun today at both trampoline and adventure park.

Great indoor play park. Was not too busy. Lots of kids having fun. Arcade, trampolines, adventure park area has climbers, trikes to ride, and rope courses. We choose 120 mins, kids were bored after 20..lol in the trampoline area. I would recommend both but maybe less time at jump more at adventure side. We took 60mins at both for three kids for a birthday. Exiciting for any kids. But the adventure park side is 12 and under. There is a small concession and arcade too. Lots of people hosting a parties for birthdays. Would go back again. Maybe less jumping. But, they loved the ropes course. Mini donuts were yummy but pricey.

Very disappointed with our experience here tonight. I have 2 autistic children (6 and 8) who were looking forward to coming here. Website stated that they closed at 9pm so we showed up just before 8:20 (since they never last a whole hour) so that they could jump until they closed and the venue would be less overwhelming for them with less people around. Staff took their sweet time acknowledging us just to then tell us that they had already taken the till out and couldn’t sell us tickets. The manager wasn’t apologetic whatsoever despite there being nothing on the website about ticket sales apparently ending at 8:10pm. Ended up leaving with two very upset kids wondering why they couldn’t jump when they could see that everyone else was jumping.

Super fun! We had a great time bouncing around here. Such a big space and many different areas to play around in. Well maintained and clean. Pricing is actually quite reasonable as well. Definitely will be back! 😊

Been here a couple of times. The first time was really nice because it had glow in the dark lights and great music. Then the other two times I went there because of my brother and it was bright and all. It’s a fun place for kids and honestly anyone who wants to be active. There is also an adventure park but I haven’t gone to that one yet. 10/10

My kids loved the trampoline court more than the jungle games. I don't get why you have to get a pass for either not both!? My kids kept running between both courts and a staff member( not the nicest) kept sending them back to jungle games ! We visited on Sunday, a bit crowded maybe that's why it wasn't so clean in the entrance area. For a place like that, maybe adding more coat hangers and a few cabinets for shoes will enhance the look once you go inside. Enjoyable place. My kids want to re-visit and that's what counts.

So many things to do! Trampoline, climbing walls, playground area with different themes. My main complain is how dirty it was. Looks like the floor hasn’t been washed or vaccum in a while. Garbage’s overflowing, very dirty bathrooms. I thought most places did a check in every hour or so, definitely both there. Even though it wasn’t the cleanest place I think it’s in the top 5 in Ottawa.

Did not enjoy my experience here! My son and I came on a Tuesday night when it wasn’t busy! We waited at the check-in desk while staff member after staff member was coming and going and we were not acknowledged..finally someone came out to us and helped us check-in. My son is two years old and was not enjoying the trampoline side and ran over to the adventure park side before I was able to catch up to him. I first off was surprised that he was able to just run ahead in there if that’s a separate area with different pricing! There was a bunch of staff members in that area and they were all just “hanging out” having a group chat and I asked them if he could play on this side since it wasn’t busy and he seemed to want to play there more than bounce on the trampolines, they told me I needed the wrist band for that side and now I needed the special socks and in fact I was supposed to already have the socks..this was the first I heard of this since the person at check-in said nothing about the special socks..we had our own personal socks on so I didn’t know this was a thing. My son was already up playing in the structure so I went back to the desk to see about getting the wrist band for that side, and then that person who again took awhile to get off her chair from the back room to come out said bring the child here and I’ll change the wrist band. Trying to get a toddler to come out of a play area was very difficult so I just took his wrist band off and came back out with it. This time it was a different person that spoke with us and then had to look up our reservation…and then was like oh now you have to pay the extra rate..I didn’t have my wallet on me as we had reserved online, and was told that well we had to pay, so no wrist band, although the previous staff member was willing just to switch the wrist bands no problem. I went back to the adventure park side and after some time finally got my child to come down from the structure, and we left. We were there a total of 40 minutes. Maybe I should have read up a little more on the place before coming and understood what the trampoline side entailed and what the adventure park side was about, but I didn’t and I think the staff could have done a better job at making the experience better!

Great place to jump around and get some exercise, and really feel like a kid again! Speaking of kids though, they're everywhere (obviously, it's a trampoline park) — just watch where you jump to avoid flattening one of them.Staff is very nice & attentive, facilities are clean, activities are fun. Although there is the option to buy tickets in advance, it's kind of pointless since you have to wait in line when you arrive regardless. Maybe make a line dedicated to online tickets to avoid the wait?

Amazing park but not very good staff. They were very unorganized and young. I wanted my two year old to try the basketball so I made sure there were no kids in her lane. As she threw it one of the staff threw a basketball from the outskirts, got it in and hit her on the head hard. She started crying and I was told to watch my daughter and make sure she doesn't get hurt. Other than that, such a cool experience and would definitely return.

We scheduled our date and paid for our admission online. The wavers were previously completed and we had our socks. The plan was to meet our friends at a specific time, but unfortunately, we had to wait in line for an hour! For our 5 and 6 year old kids, this was exhausting and completely invalidated the goal of using the website. Once inside, it was fun. New customer, prepare to wait and miss your paid scheduled time.

Flying squirrel is so much fun for the kiddos we always have fun going there and tonight was no exception. I was really impressed particularly when someone accidentally threw our drinks out still almost full they replaced with new ones without question. Thank you!

Held my daughter's birthday party here, 15 eight-year-olds, and they all had a blast. I didn't have to clean up, entertain or do anything really. Worth the very reasonable price. The staff was super helpful, place was very clean and most importantly the kids were extremely happy. Highly recommend!

Attended with my 7 athletic 7 and 8 year old grandchildren. Not sure about World's Biggest but a well laid out trampoline park with many trampolines, balance jousting and balance line with foam pits. Interesting adventure and climbing side but the delight came at the Rubics Cube and climbing wall! Many, many thanks to staff member Vince who was patient, kind and encouraging. Clean and well staffed with engaged workers who were unfailingly polite and engaged. Pricey but worth it for our adventuresome youngsters.

We took our daughter and her 6 friends to the neon lights event last night and they enjoyed themselves. My husband and I hung out at the snack bar, and I must say the young man who was working it by the name of Mark, was such a positive energy to be around. He had such a welcoming aura, despite the waves of customers while trying to manage closing duties. It was Definitely was a good experience for us! Thank you, Mark! Customer service like this is unfortunately not the norm anymore, so Bravo!

We personally love it here - our 3 kidsages 2, 3 and 8 all have a great time. While it is a little expensive, we really appreciate the discount for children with autism - especially because we are never sure how long our little guy will be willing to stay. There’s a great little area for younger kids exclusively with trampolines and a foam pit and then lots of bigger areas for the older kids too!

😐 It's definitely the best equipped indoor playground I've ever been to. The play structure was extensive and good for all ages as long as you can keep older kids from jumping ontop of the little ones. There were a few carnival style rides and an arcade area. The area dedicated for 4 and under wasn'...
