I
rounded
up
my
2.5
stars
because
the
hotel
is
relatively
new
and
the
staff
is
nice.
I
decided
to
stay
here
instead
of
usual
Accor
hotels
because
I
wanted
to
try
a
Hilton
in
Ottawa
(visiting
for
work).
This
hotel
doesn’t
have
a
dedicated
check-in
desk
for
Diamond
members
so
the
check-in
process,
although
completed
online,
was
quite
chaotic.
because
the
hotel
is
full.
The
breakfast
is
disappointing,
it
was
included
in
my
stay
but
there
was
just
not
much
to
choose
from.
No
appropriate
spoons
for
oatmeal
-
I
went
to
the
restaurant’s
reception
and
ask
a
spoon
bigger
than
just
a
teaspoon,
and
someone
had
to
go
and
find
me
one.
Anyway,
the
milk
had
a
burnt
taste
so
I
didn’t
eat
the
rest
of
oatmeal.
Pastries
look
very
sad
and
I
decided
to
not
go
for
breakfast
for
the
rest
of
my
stay
in
the
hotel.
It
also
seems
there’s
a
reperation
work
going
somewhere
at
the
hotel
(maybe
an
elevator,
not
sure),
I
heard
the
noise
after
10pm
and
now
it’s
6.30am
and
it
all
started
again.
There
was
no
any
information
for
the
guests
about
the
house.
I
called
the
reception
and
I
was
told
that
they’ll
talk
to
the
maintenance
people
last
night,
the
noise
kept
on
going
for
another
good
hour
and
after
10pm.
I
wish
I
knew
about
all
of
these
and
stayed
elsewhere,
well,
I
know
now
and
it
is
very
unlikely
that
I
will
stay
here
again.
The
sunset
view
from
my
room
(wasn’t
upgraded)
was
nice
though.
