Great snowshoeing area. We did loop 43 and it was nice and flat. Great for beginners.

It's an easy trial almost flat. Bug spray is a must. Make sure to not enter trail without one. We parked at P18, started with 44, looped 45, and then back to P18. It was almost 6 kms hike.

Beautiful, well kept trails! There is no shortage of wildlife in the area either! Yesterday we walked for almost 2 hours and at the end of our walk we saw a stunning Woodpecker, many Chickadees, Red Tailed Squirrels, Chipmunks amongst other bird species. Certainly a beautiful place to explore, terrain is easy to walk and there are many informative placards along the trail. One thing worth noting, is that this trail has become a hotspot on weekends so if you're looking for lower peak times weekdays are the days to go. In addition, there is free parking and washrooms on site just off the parking lot.

This trail system is 5 star. Lots of options for length and great signage. I gave it 4 star due to potholes at parking lot and muddy sections of trail.

A very nice walk! There are several trails to choose from. We were a large group, ages 6 to 80 years old. We all enjoyed it. The weather was rainy for the week leading up to our hike. There were puddles on the trails- some quite large - but none impassable. Highly recommend

The area was hit quite hard by the Summer 2022 Derecho. The trails have been cleared but the devastation itself is an awesome sight and worth a visit. Gives you an idea of the power of that particular storm and of the resilience of some Red Pine Groves that stood up as a community to support each other.

Beautiful trail all year round! Washroom available at the entrance to the trail. Well maintained with map and signage. Parking available at P18. Beautiful trees and forest views. Multiple ways to enjoy a hike there depending on the distance you want to do. Easy hike in general. Kids enjoyed it. Nice spot to feed the birds as well.

One of my favourite trails for a quick hike. The trail is wide enough to maintain good distance from others. Come here after a good amount of snow is simply the best.

This is re-opened :) A huge amount of trees were down over the storm but it's almost all cleaned up now and great for walkers and runners. Might be a little rocky for strollers/wheelchairs though.

Went on April 15, trails are in great condition and the few muddy spots were easily avoidable.

Nice flat circular trail on south side if Davidson Drive. Parking lot fills on weekends, but trail can handle a good number of people. May and June can be quite to very buggy

Fantastic walking trails for the Winter months -- the paths are relatively flat, and the trees make for an excellent wind break, making wind chill less of a factor. Once the snow starts falling, the trails become good for x-country skiing, less so for snowshoeing.

I visited this park in winter and it was not bad. I can't expect much than snow and mud.

Very nice trail! Excited to go back once the weather is nicer. Iā€™m not sure if strollers would comfortably get through but otherwise the path is pretty nice and clear.

I went just recently and it was a really nice walk! Since it is still early spring there was a bit of snow along the trail and a lot of ice so make sure to wear shoes that have good tread on them (I just wore a pair of Merrell hiking shoes and I was slipping in spots). There are different trail paths that can take anywhere from 45 min-3 hours so a lot of variety! Just make sure you pay attention to the map so I don't accidentally take the extra long one!

Beautiful woodsy area, perfect if you're craving the winter tranquility experience. The snow is packed solid for a nice walk/hike, alongside the cross-country skiing trails. Different story in the summer however, due to the mosquito population.

šŸ‘šŸ‘ Best off-leash dog park in the area. Massive open space with some seating plus a huge amount of trails to explore. There is even a rainbow bridge to post your lost pup's tag which always brings tears to our eyes.
