Greenboro Park

Tourist attraction Park

🫤 Great park for kids but absolutely horrible quality basketball nets. My son game home with cuts all over his hand from grabbing the rim. He also complains about how the park should have single rims and not double rims. Horrible do not recommend to go here for basketball but everything else is decent... People often mention park, Great, nice, walk, Lots, pool, space, Good,

Great place to walk. It’s like having a little country in the city. It’s well lit as well so you feel safe. It’s lovely any time of the year. We are lucky to have it.

Paths are always cleared of snow. Extra wide for the Pandemic. Lots of room to stay 6 feet apart. In the summer it has a family atmosphere. Lots of great trails, friendly and safe.

I live here, so I love it, but there's been a lot of missing cats here lately, and their cat parts show up in the greenspace right behind my house on the regular 😟. Damn coyotes 🐺

Very pretty and well kept. Lots of homeless people doing needles in the outhouses and no other options for washrooms on the weekend.

I only recently discovered the park behind the library and it is really fun for kids. It's often quite busy in the late afternoon but still now. Huge open green space where soccer games are occasionally played and other team sports. Lots of parking back behind the library as well as the side.

Alright ball diamond. Good size however 2 different light posts are burnt out leaving a dark patch in center field. Definitely a safety issue when playing softball. You'd like to see that repaired and the grass trimmed to a lower level with is important for efficient safe play.

The bad rating is for the pool that is regularly emptied. We don't empty pools daily, weekly or monthly in MTL. Since the pool has to be emptied one will have to come and check if it's filled everytime one wants to use it..there is a very basic splash pad. The sandy playground is fun. The bike path is nice

There is a lot of space for running around, a playground for children, swing set and basketball nets. With COVID, they have set up a porta potty near the playground.

Have loved this park since we moved here 30 years ago. My daughter grew up there and now my grandson is growing up here. The pool is great on hot days and the staff are great. Things have changed over the years but we can't complain.

Park could be very nice but too many people have left there belongings and trash behind making it look like it isn't maintained. It is at a community center so you would think there would be someone cleaning up. Also people could be a little better at picking up after themselves and their children!
