    Apparently they are moving across the street shortly. Standing in line at Lifelabs in the same office space, I have heard 2 women ask where they are moving and they only told the white one where they are going(not a patient of theirs). They asked the other if her Dr. was there & when she said no, but she had family that went there, she was told that it didn't matter and they would tell them, not her. Absolutely disgusting and racist behaviour.

    The worst doctor's office I've ever encountered in my life.Doctor.Lockhart, Hossen shouldn't even be a doctor. He's rude,heartless & his bedside manner is horrible.I've never seen a doctor without empathy & compassion until I met him.Why doesn't he retire,he obviously hates his job.

    I've been to this clinic a couple of times for general check up and whatnot under Dr. Abiscott. He's (more or less) fine. No issues with him specfically. What I've been having the most trouble with is the front desk staff and the general running of the clinic. On 2 separate occasions, They have not notified me of changes in my appointments. Once, I arrived for my appointment and they told me that the Dr. was on vacation or something. Well, thanks for letting me know/calling and rescheduling. But whatever, I let it slide. And now, They booked me into an appointment 6 months in advance. The appointment was today (the Monday after a long weekend), and they are closed. So, they booked me to have an appointment on a day that they are closed. No sign of them trying to call me to reschedule my appointment that I booked 6 months ago and that I will likely have to wait a few weeks to reschedule. I also really dislike that they have the front desk staff call if you have abnormal results. They call you to schedule an appointment to talk with the doctor about your results. Meanwhile, you have no idea what those results are! Apparently, you can't just speak with the doctor on the phone. I also find it very bizarre that they specifically ask you NOT to leave a voicemail when you call outside of clinic hours. I'm really not impressed with the way things have been handled at this clinic.

    I've been here a few times, it is harsh. I stood in front of 3 staff who couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me for a few minutes. I just wanted guidance on who I should give my form to and where to go. I work in customer service and I find this behavior even more unkind because people going to the lab are often looking to get tests done. These tests could mean the difference between health and something devastating. All I would suggest is for the staff to have some humanity and empathy. See the people waiting for your help, see them. They are scared, they are possible sick, they are embarrassed to have to get their bodily fluids tested. Help them. That's all...treat them the way you would want to be treated.

    I've been a patient of Dr Abiscott for three years and always had a positive experience. Me and my family was treated very good by doctor himself and by his staff. Lady on reception is not always at the desk, but she is always polite and always returns my calls. Doctor's assistant Dina is amazing!

    I saw Dr. H. Lokhat, he didn't ask me very many questions and when I answered he didn't understand me sometimes. I had some questions about the medication he prescribed me but he brushed me off like my concerns didn't matter. I asked what size the pills would be and he said, "All pills are the same size." I told him that I had issues with taking pills and he ignored me. His questions were blunt and cold. He had no empathy for my situation. I left in tears, I felt like he didn't care about my issues at all.

    Awful person working the reception desk. The phone is never ever answered!! It is impossible to get ahold of anyone there, the dr. Is constantly on vacation. This clinic has got to be one of the worst run clinics in Ontario.

    I see many down votes . Iv had Dr. ABISCOTT as my doctor for 13 years , he's always listened to me and havs good advice and referrals if needed, other doctors do not listen and are bot willing to give referrals based on your opinion of a situation, he genuinely takes tgst into account which is extremely rare imo with many GPs . I only ever had issue with the front end ywars ago, just not returning calls but the staff has changed and its much more streamlined now .

Doctors should not offer to write your medical conditions in a workplace accommodations note. Your employer is not entitled to know your medical conditions, nor can they actually do anything with that information. Your employer can provide medical accommodations for you based on functional limitations, which is what your doctor should be providing in an accommodations note. (Ex. your employer can't do anything with "this person is pregnant" but they can adjust your duties based on "this person should not be lifting more than 20 lbs"). Doctors should not be referencing the potential impact on the economy it would have if they wrote workplace accommodations notes. This is irrelevant to the doctor-patient relationship and is not something that should be under consideration. Doctors should not be referencing other people's medical conditions as a reason not to write accommodations notes for a patient. It is also inappropriate for doctors to gate-keep workplace accommodations requests or tell patients that they should not be asking for workplace accommodations. That is a matter between the employee and employer. A doctor's role is to provide the functional limitations, only. Doctors should be well-informed as to what medical conditions create higher risk of negative outcomes as a result of covid-19. The pandemic has been going on for 3 years, there is no excuse for ignorance at this point. Any patient that see Dr. Geffen should be prepared to verify the information that she provides, to ensure that it is factual and in line with any relevant guidance, such as workplace accommodations for disabilities.

    The worst clinic I've ever come across. They never answer their phones. I've booked phone consultations with them 4 times, they never called me. They're the biggest liars. I even gave them 2 different phone numbers. They never ended up calling. I wouldn't give them 1 either, but then can't post without it.

    !! Worst service I have ever received in my entire life !! They schedule for the appointment, when I go there they don't have the reports. Had to re-schedule. They repeated the same even second time. I had to manually run around and get them the reports. The receptionists show all kind of attitudes, even though it is their mistakes.

😠 We see Dr Byrne for my daughter's allergies and he is great. What's not so great is the staff. They check the voicemail messages every 2 days, which is understandable. But then they don't really get back to you. I have to leave several messages over and over again for the same thing and no call back...
