I've had good experiences with the doctors and nurses here. 3 stars because the reception staff is sub par. No answers when I call and I sometimes wait hours for a call back, sometimes the next day or not at all. Every single time. Also not particularly friendly on the phone or in person. EDIT: I am changing my review to 1 star entirely due to the reception, I hope that someone there will see this now. I have been unable to get a hold of anyone for days (calling, leaving messages, and using the online portal). The worst.

Dr. Rogers is a great doctor and always helpful, however the reception staff are truly unprofessional. The medical staff here are excellent, very helpful and professional, the only drawback is the front desk staff. They never answer the phone or return voicemails, so it is almost impossible to make an appointment. In person they are rude and dismissive toward patients. Overall I would be giving 5 stars if it were not for the receptionists.

This rating is for the clinic itself mainly the staff. The front desk staff are indifferent at best and down right rude at worse. I hate calling here and sadly i do find blocking my number from call display i am more successful in getting someone to answer. With this clinic you need to be persistent and a self advocate with the front desk staff or you could find yourself brushed aside easily. I will say Dr boisvenue is a good doctor. He is compassionate and i always feel heard and understood which is very important. He really does care for his patients well-being. I think the staff are a disservice to the clinic.

Reception staff are worth switching doctors over (and I mean away from this clinic). Medical staff (doctors, nurses) are accommodating and great, if you can get past the maze of phone routing to book an appointment (especially if it's not one of the two template options on the patient portal), but the whole experience just to access services is a nightmare. I would gladly go back on the provincial waitlist if I didn't need access to services on an ongoing basis.

Dr. Rogers has been our family doctor for years and he is an excellent doctor. He listens to all of our medical issues and he has actually saved my husband’s life. HOWEVER, I would be giving Dr. Rogers 5 stars if it wasn’t for his receptionist. She lies - she told us we had to wait to make an appointment for a month because he was away and wasn’t returning until the second week of September. We found out after from the nurse that he was due back at the end of August. The receptionist gives out the wrong information according to the nurse and Dr. Doiron. And the receptionist acts like she is a triage nurse deciding what is urgent and what is not. She is a receptionist and shouldn’t be triaging anything. The last discussion I had with her on the phone she was yelling at me. It was very unprofessional. I hope that Dr. Rogers gets a receptionist who actually does receptionist work and doesn’t pretend she’s a triage nurse.

This rating is for the front desk staff who is always unhappy and grumpy. Actually, I don't really care as long as she gets her work done. However, throwing the card back at the patient for no reason is somehow very rude. Doctor is good in general.

I had called to book for walk in although it is hard to speak to the receptionist I some how spoke to one and I was told to give them the reason for my visit and should not go beyond five minutes I agreed to that went there the receptionist had not book it. a replacement ask me like a police questionnaire why I want to visit. I said it will not take more than five minutes she told me she did not see the booking. I said it is not my fault and it is walk in I will see my family doctor DR, Doiron she took my health card did not register it and I was told the Dr. can not see me. I did not like to explain my personal issue to a receptionist and the reception is unfriendly and had to leave unhappy after I travel from bay shore to Elgin. who allocated 5 minutes for walk in patients and something does not look good. She even tried to lecture me why I did not go to the hospital unprofessional it seem it is not the DR. who decides to see you it is at the mercy of the receptionist that you will be able to see even your family doctor. The way things are happening I am not surprised to see more complaint. Thanks!! Muchfun .

One of the worst Doctors I've ever been to! Dr. Bouhandani gaslighted me, misdiagnosed me and prescribed me a treatment that would have exasperated my condition (that I've had since I was 12 but she refused to refill my years long script and told I had something completely different). When I asked the Dr questions about this new diagnosis, she only knew the same two sentences to regurgitate (after a simple google search I found out more in the first paragraph). She contradicted herself and TOOK MY PICTURE n showed it to someone else without my permission. I'm hoping it was another Dr. After all this, she then says if I have a bad reaction to the treatment then I have what I was originally diagnosed.. literal words were "try it and we'll see" The side effects would've been so severe, that I would've missed work. - The Receptionist, Christine; The next day after speaking with some form of manager (he said he wasn't a doctor but to come back and Christine would help me to off the patient list and the clinic would return my file to Health Care Connect to avoid a long wait to find another doctor.) As soon as I said to Christine, "I met with Dr. Bouhandani yesterday and I'd like to be removed from the patient list. I don't think it's a right fit." She made a sour face and sat back in her chair. Was extremely grumpy and it took me everything to get answers from her. When I asked if before removing me , if the Doctor would consider giving a referral to a specialist since I'm new to the city n used to have one. The receptionist reponse was "if u don't want to be a patient here, I don't see y she would!" I explain my situation as well n as calmly as I could since I need the health care but I wanted to walk out. She refused to do anything about HealthCare Connect and was told the guy I spoke to was a liar. So either she really hates working or the guy lied to me. After pleading with her to just ask the doctor or if I could wait all day, if needed, to ask the doctor for a referral since I had just seen the Dr yesterday and she agreed to giving me a referral but had not cuz she "didn't have enough time". Christine, the receptionist, begrudgingly said she put a note of my file and would call me back with an answer. She never called me back and now I'm out medical services because the Doctor "didn't have enough time" and was very insecure or just plain incompetent. The receptionist is either a liar or just lazy. Side note: The doctor insisted on blood tests and I agreed since new meds or doctors should get blood tests. The Dr said she felt uncomfortable writing the test requests on the spot cuz she didn't know the info necessary to write the request and that I could come back in two weeks to give her time to look it up. I cried my eyes out for hours and needed to have my best friend calm me down because I became hysterical after googling what the Dr misdiagnosed n the effects of the treatment.

Dr. Rogers is the best doctor I've ever had, he knows his stuff and has a wonderful personality, same with his current receptionist, thank you both! Robbie & Kimberly

Typical medical centre. Decent wait times, decent appointment availability. Dr. Rogers is a good doctor, listens and knows his stuff or finds you answers. Doesn’t rush you out. Staff seem decently friendly, nothing amazing.

Not even sure this is a working business anymore. Recently getting chinese-language spam calls from them. I'm blocking them and reporting as spam.

I've had a great experience with this clinic. I applied to be a patient and did a meet and greet with my doctor a few weeks later. It can sometimes be tricky to get through on the phone, but if you are able to, just stop in in person to talk to the excellent front desk staff to book your appointments.
