It was the worse experience i ever had inmy entire life totally disqualified . i hated this place. Iwas in a traumatic experience getting a disqualified dentist i was refered to youg grad. Who didnt know which tools to use and was asking the assistant instructions iwas there 4 hours in trauma he couldnt proceed the route canal and break my tooth and left me in a traumatic situation and asked me to leave and find a hospital to give me help to extract remainings as he cannot even extract it i have doubts if he was licenced be aware of this place im still suffering losing this tooth i cant chew also they charged me a lot of money that was much higher than the market prices they hire new grads for very cheap price and they dont care about their clients. Bad place think twice before going its your own health

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY. Very frustrating experience scheduling with administrative staff (Lyndsey). After finally securing a time for an appointment, I was called TWO HOURS before my scheduled time to have my appointment cancelled. Unacceptable level of professionalism and customer service. There are lots of other great options for dental care in Ottawa, I certainly would not waste your time with this one.

had been going to Trillium, for over 20 years. The positives: the staff are amazing! They have been nothing but phenomenal. My dentists have always been super great...the front line office staff, they assistants and hygienists are all really nice and great at their jobs. Here's the kicker: The company has become very money hungry and corporately driven, esp over the past 2 or 3 years. I left in tears the last time I was there. After my appointment, I couldn't pay the amount that my insurance wouldn't pay, (it was less than $50), and I was, (am, every year), seasonably unemployed. The main office admin person, was very determined to either get the money that day, or get rid of me as a patient. She has been quite nasty before, but this time, unrelentless. What a contrast from when I first started going there when I moved back to Ottawa in '93. What's even more interesting is that they continued to call me to try and book my next check-up....call after call after call. I have decided to not call them back and just switch dentists to a smaller operation closer to home. Amazing place with human compassion!

Dr. Northcott, Olga, Janet and Cathy have been nothing but wonderful and helpful with my many dental problems over many years. I would recommend them to anybody.

She is efficient, thorough and a joy to visit with her. I also really enjoy seeing Dr. Northcott although less often. I expect that's a good thing in a way. He is an amazing dentist. I also enjoy seeing Amy and Cathy. My visits at Trillium are always very pleasant. I would recommend this Dental Practice to others.

Dr.Vale recommend me to choose invisiline, I was hesitant at first but once she explained what would happen to my teeth I was interested and completed my invisiline. The results were amazing, I was beyond happy with my results. Dr.Vale was always there for any questions I had and was always pleasent to be around when I was getting check ups. Another great thing about this office is their staff. They are always prompt, they are very kind and welcoming. The office is very clean which is a big bonus and there is always water available and some coffee for the customers. I am still a customer at Trillium and I always will be a customer there and I always recommend to any one of my friends to switch to their office.

Andienne is a wonderful hygienist very good at her job and always makes you feel comfortable! Front desk is always happy and welcoming when I come in and the manager Corry is amazing as well!

Yes once the payment is fully received, the staff is friendly. But if you find a problem with the same tooth no one is friendly. Poor management! All about $$$$

Friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Nice facilities and convenient location. Though I see Dr. Northcott only occasionally, he is an excellent dentist who has helped me over the years with some dental work here and there, and I've always been happy with his work, and his friendly demeanour. Finally, my dental hygienist Janet is the best ever! She takes wonderful care of my teeth, gives great advice, and clearly loves what she does. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I had some work done on a damaged tooth that required another filling and I was so thrilled with the service at Trillium. Dr. Srivastava saved my tooth and my smile. He is such a caring doctor that is truly dedicated to his craft. I will definitely be returning to this dentist office!

Trillium Dental - Westgate Shopping Centre is an excellent dental office. They are very courteous and quite flexible in booking appointments (as well as last minute changes). The staff have been extremely accommodating with my wheelchair and my physical limitations, really going out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my sessions. Both hygienists and the Dr's have thoroughly explained all of the procedures, and any options that may suit my personal preferences (and my budget). I wholeheartedly recommend Trillium Dental.

The staff are very friendly and I appreciate the fact that they help the patient plan appointments and treatments in a way that helps spread the financial load. The hygienist was great. She was efficient and pleasant to talk to. The teeth cleaning she did was painless. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and they knew how to do their job well. The office is clean an bright. Overall experience was great :).

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. I went today, and everyone was so sweet and supportive with ZERO guilt tripping. I went in with a crazy high level of anxiety, and left with none. Definitely recommend. Plus! You can really tell the people that work there like their job, and each other. Felt more like brunch than a 10+year-too-late exam.

Chipped my tooth badly and called trillium dental. Thru did an amazing job can't even tell which tooth was damaged honestly it looks better than my other teeth. Really friendly staff and very clean environment

My hygienist Janet has always (18 years) been fantastic and the one constant in my experience with Trillium, where I have never had the same dentist more than twice - there is a factory feel to this dental office and I would probably have gone elsewhere years ago if it wasn't for Janet - she is the best!
