I wish I could rate this place 0. Firstly, I was trying to book an appointment for a week, they don't pick up the phone and don't respond back to voice mails and the mailbox is usually full. I had to go to the place in person and had to book an appointment.They don't have a receptionist. The technician mentioned the cost of the exam, when I was there to book an appointment and on the day when I actually went for the test she mentioned a completely different amount. The technician was very rude right from the start. If I ask her any basic questions, "she says I'm not a receptionist, I don't know", right we get that but since there is no receptionist and since she is the one who is doing the exam. She should have an idea about basic stuff. She is never ready to listen. Apparently, THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARD. They are charging close to 200 and they mention they only accept cash. They didn't mention it during the appointment and also they mentioned they have not been accepting cards for a year now. They have a number of signs that say they don't have a receptionist but not one which says that they don't accept cards. I mean which place doesn't accept cards ? Worst service ever. NEVER GO THERE

My wife went in for an ultrasound the other day. She was met by a lady, who did not introduce herself, turned the screen away and went ahead with the ultrasound. All well and good, the lady said nothing. My wife, wondering how the procedure was going, asked if everything was ok. The lady stopped, looked at my wife, said nothing, and continued on. From there, we were given no more information, and are waiting for results. Whatever about the policies; the bedside manner was atrocious. Not a nice ultrasound experience whatsoever, won't be going back.

No one at reception no one ever comes to greet you bad service. Not recommended if the most important things are not met how can we trust them with important scans of our body.

The receptionist was very rude and just stared at me when I said hello. She continued to stare at me and I said good morning. I passed along my health card and she said why are you here? When she told me I was in the wrong place and I asked where I should be and she hesitantly and again rudely told me. I was apologetic for being at the wrong office and she ignored me. What a terrible way to start a morning.

The Chinese guy at this location should have his ethics exam reviewed. He's unprofessional and rude. I mean RUDE. He does not listen before talking. He acts like he does not care about people. His licence should be reviewed. He seems pressured and under a lot of stress and he is always shouting and snubbing patients. The government should review CMA.

They cancelled my appointment and after multiple calls I cannot reach a live human being and their mailbox has been full for over a week.

I've been a few times and the techs who helped me were very pleasant and professional. They were lacking a separate admin person, though, so sometimes the wait can be longer.

This business has closed. The website says it is still open. The pharmacy opposite says that 5- 6 people a day turn up to visit express frustration that the door is locked.

Impossible to book with them. Even though it may be the middle of the day, their booking line says it is closed. When it is open, they are impossible to reach and you might have to spend a couple hours waiting on hold. Some of the staff are friendly, while other can be a bit awkward.
