    595 Montreal road What is wrong with your appointment booking system? I first tried to get an appointment in June 2021 and the first booking available was October 21. I went there for my 4:40 appointment and they told me I didnโ€™t have an appointment. I told her to look again and she found it in Kanata. This was obviously wrong so she rebooked me for November. I show up for that appointment and the radiologist was sick that day. Donโ€™t you owe it to your patients to call them and let them know? Guess not! They rebook me for today, which is Feb. 7 2022. I went there and they tell me my appointment wasnโ€™t there! IWhat a complete waste of my time. Your handling of appointments is totally unprofessional๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Booked my appointment finally after waiting a month for them to call me. Because of my situation they had to book me in the last appointment of the day which meant waiting for an additional week. They called me back and said they had to book an earlier appointment as I needed both x-ray and ultrasound done. Again ok. Today at the appointment I was told that my doctor did not ask for the ultrasound, even though he confirmed with me by phone that he had, and that paperwork would need to be submitted and I'd have to go through this whole mess again if it was required. So I decided to have the X-ray done at least. After waiting for 40 minutes for it, I was told there were still a few people ahead of me. I'm mentally disabled and this had pushed me to the extreme. This office, even with the covid restrictions of only having only 5 people in their office at a time, still could not manage to see people with appointments on time. This was completely unacceptable so I just got up and left. Why schedule appointments for their services if they are going to be this inept? Completely baffled as to why people accept this type of customer service and why the province accepts to pay for this mediocre type of customer service.

    We showed up to an appointment scheduled nearly 3 weeks in advance to find out they didnt bother to fax the requisition for the appointment and waited till we showed up to do it. After a 30min delay, everybody decided to go on lunch at the same time delaying us further. What should've been 30-40min out of my work day ended up turning into close to an hour and a half time wait for what shouldve been quick ray scans. Avoid if you can...

    My ultrasound appointment was at 2:50pm it is currently 4:00pm I still haven't been called and there are 4 technicians in reception doing absolutely nothing but talking and laughing with a waiting room overflowing. This is the Montreal Rd location. Not impressed

    Terrible service and rude staff - I know it is Covid situation but they have people sitting down on the carpet outside the closed door instead of letting them in. There is more space to maintain distance inside than in the narrow corridor. I went there for nothing because they apparently do not get requisitions via fax - they had me call a number where wait time was 30 minutes to find out that nothing is going to happen. Terrible service.

    The Canadian Diagnostic Alliance is the worst example of Canadian Healthcare I have ever encountered. Doctors should not refer patients to them. They don't answer the phone. When I got an 8 am ultrasound appointment I found that there were almost one hundred other people with 8 am appointments ahead of me in a line that went around the block. I gave up waiting, but 1 hour 45 minutes later I drove by and saw the same people still in line. I came home to try to book on their website but it does not work. DISCRACEFUL.

    I was a little worried after reading the reviews but was not disappointed at all. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient and I did not wait long for my X-ray although I know I may have been lucky there. However, service was very good. No complaints.

    Worst ! please ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Please DONT come here! Iโ€™m a doc myself & the queue system is unethical! I waited for 4.5 hrs for my Xray (which was done in 2 mins) We were told there is ONLY ONE radiographer who did 50 xray in 4.5 hrs! Lol !! Seriously ??!!! 2 mins for 1 xray , so in 4.5 hrs how many ??? Just do a simple math The radiographer did not call anyone in for 1.5 - 2 hrs !!!! A 70 plus old lady started crying & had a breakdown & I had to go to the receptionist to take her ASAP Simply UNETHICAL !!!! Patient Care Suffers at this Private Clinic & should be Reported to the Medical BOArd !!

    My experience in this place has always been unpleasant. Unhelpful, impossible to contact, insensitive and degrading. They do not deserve anyone's custom.

    If I could The worst place to get x-rays and ultrasounds. The wait times are atrocious. I registered at 9:10 am and it is currently 1:50 pm and I'm still waiting. Tech was supposed to be back from lunch at 1:30 and so far he's 20 mins late. To top it off, when you call the number listed, you don't even get to talk to anyone at that location (Montreal Rd) so it's pointless to call if you're looking to talk to someone in this office.

    My appointment was for 7:40 am and nobody was there, and I saw a sign on their door indicating they're not opened til 8 am. I wasn't the only one waiting, there were 4 other people as well (the door was opened too, we realized after an employee coming in said so, thanks for letting us know!). Once I was inside I told receptionist my appointment was for 7:40 am and their sign says they're opened at 8 am. Receptionist told me the girl got in at 7:50 am (she was late, and said it with no apology), and that 2 people are in at 8 am. Please change the sign on the door! I work at an animal clinic and I'm the only one who opens in the morning at 7:30 am until the next co worker comes in at 9 am, and our signs say we're opened at that time even though I'm the only one. The girl who brought me in for my ultrasound was nice though.

    If I could leave a zero star rating I would! Had a sample submitted for testing on January 14th with a 3-5 turn around time. And 14 days later still no result. Called for results and nobody answers the phone and never had a response to my voicemail. Horrendous service!

    Did not know we had a x ray clinic General hospital wont allow walk ins. Great experience, staff easy to work with. Everything went quickly. I did not leave in tears...lol

    Requested an appointment got one the next day. I needed to call and they answered right away and were extremely helpful and friendly. LIne up was small and I was seen exactly at the time of my appointment, 15 mins later I was done. Everyone is in masks and it is set up to be as safe as possible.

    Went there for x ray, I was done in 15 minutes, everyone were nice and friendly, had no problem at all, thank you for great services. Update: Went here again, for x-ray and mamogram last week, everything was perfect. Everyone were nice and polite, it's my second time here and never had issues. I want to shout huge "thank you" to the nurse doing intake, her name is Julie (I don't know if it's spelled like that), thank you for sorting out my appointment, she was my angel that day. If everyone was like you this world would be better. Thank you...

    My experience was very positive, the technician was great, she does her job well, I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend going to 595 Montreal Rd. for your next mammogram appointment.

    I was amazed at the technician's patience and professionalism for my ultra-sound appointment today! She's absolutely the best technician I've ever met in Ottawa. I asked her for her name - Vafa. Strongly recommend!
