    My wife and I have started personal training with Cameron Wong. The gym is easy to access and is well equipped. The sessions have got us up and motivated again after a long 2 years without the gym. Already feeling better mentally and expect to continue to improve. Definitely recommend

    I have been a member of FFF for 5 years now. I used to be an anti-gym guy but in a weak moment I joined for the 8 introductory sessions and......5 years later I am still there. I believe in it so much I have joined seven others for the introductory offer. There is no gym like this for personal training, knowledge of exercise regimes, knowledge of participants bodies, strengths, weaknesses and potential solutions for the individual's goals. I have had the opportunity to be trained at different times by all the Wellington trainers and they all are SECOND TO NONE. My main trainer through thick and thin (pun intended) has been Catherine Marion, who, without a doubt is the best trainer I know of. Catherine, has managed to adjust my training through my personal and physical issues for the last 5 years and I am a better person for it. She has kept me accountable and motivated to do better at all times. She has made me NOT want to skip the gym on the days I would rather sleep a bit longer. She is the best. Unfortunately Catherine is not much of a Leafs fan.

    I've been at FFF for several months now, motivated by getting back the strength I lost in my ankle (and subsequently everywhere else after being immobile for many months) after breaking it over the winter. I train with Frank, who is incredibly fun, motivating, and relatable. Everything about FFF is absolutely worth it!

    I took part in introductory classes then signed up for 6 month commitment. My personal trainer is Victoria. She is super knowledgeable and supportive. I feel lucky to have her as my personal trainer. It’s been approximately 3 months and I have already feeling great.

    I was in Ottawa for a few weeks and took advantage of FFF's intro offer...8 30 min sessions for $96. Good equipment; informed instructors; clean, welcoming environment. All sessions are with PT's who had access to my profile. I w/o with 4 different trainers; all good. Booked additional sessions with Victoria. She was very good. I highly recommend FFF.

    FFF is simply the best. I’ll be honest after having a baby I gym hopped. Trying all the new “it” places. But I always find myself going back to Mike and FFF because it’s quick (30min in and out), effective and it’s a place that feels not intimidating and welcoming to all— whether you’re 75 or 21. I’ve been a client (on and off) for over 5 years now. Just register and you won’t regret it

    Signing up for FFF on a whim a year ago was seriously the best decision I’ve ever made for my health! The trainers are all kind, non-judgemental, and incredibly supportive of whatever goals you might have. The facility is always immaculate and well-maintained by the trainers. I’ve never been able to stick to a routine like I have with FFF, and the credit goes 100% to the amazing trainers (especially Jules and Frank!!)

    I have been a member of Free Form Fitness for 8-9 years (so long now I have forgotten) and I absolutely love it. Prior to joining, I was never a gym person and now I cannot quit. I am addicted and it is the best addiction one could have. I decided at one point to invest in my health for various reasons and it is the best decision I have ever made. All the trainers are extremely competent and tailor each workout to be a full body workout and believe me you know it. As we age it is extremely important to keep moving as it benefits your physical and mental health. From a business perspective it is a model of an organization that adapts to our ever changing environment and FFF pivoted extremely well during the pandemic. This is a tribute to the management cadre and it speaks to the leadership and ownership of FFF. There is an expression that leadership starts with "tone at the top" and FFF is the epitome of this.

    I had a great experience with Vania, Victor and Mike. They are all very welcoming and helpful by setting you up with the right level of exercise and push. I highly recommend this gym for anyone who needs accountability and support to achieve her/his training goals.

    I’ve been training with Mike at FFF for close to a year and am very pleased with the results I’ve seen! He’s professional, very knowledgeable and motivating. He takes the time to understand my health and fitness goals, provides helpful nutrition tips and challenges me to push harder to get the most out of each workout. Overall, FFF provides a great environment for working out and I would highly recommend it!

    Having a personal trainer adds immeasurable value to a work out. Whether you're just starting or you've been working out your entire life, Free Form Fitness is great. The trainers all know and understand the ins and outs of exercise and how to create a balanced routine. They're able to customize workouts to your individual needs, and they know how to identify your limits and push you just far enough past them. When there's someone there holding you accountable and making sure you do better than your best, the results are undeniable. Thanks Mike and Danielle for being so great and helping me start my own fitness journey. :)

    I am only a beginner at FFF Wellington, so don't have sufficient exposure yet of a complete program. However I am happy with my experience so far, and my trainer Tyler,who has been very good at explaining each exercise and the progress of my program. Also I find FFF's appointments program very good with Lindsay's scheduling follow-up notes.

    Great knowledgeable staff that push you to your limits to get results. It may be a bit pricy, but it is worth every penny. I would much rather spend my money on one on one sessions that I know I will enjoy and benefit from then spending on a gym membership that I would eventually get tired of and stop going. I have seen results and look forward to every appointment.

    The staff at Free Form are awesome. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helped me train the right way to help avoid all the injuries I've had throughout the years from bad technique. They are always in a positive mood and great to be around. I feel motivated again going to the gym and I highly recommend this place.

    Thanks to FFF and especially Jules I am back in great shape. Very knowledgable and Conscientious team. Hard work - but we have lots of fun doing it. The program was customized to my specific needs. Their protocols for Covid19 and the environment is something you won’t see at typical gyms. Thanks for the tremendous support!!

    Results are why I continue to come here after several years. Personal training is pricey, but worth it. I have seen myself progress and make real and lasting changes to my strength, posture, and body composition through training here. The trainers here are supportive and technically proficient.     I started at FFF Wellington in April 2019 after suffering knee injury. My trainers, Cat and Vania are exceptional! They have been instrumental in my rehab and have me back almost good as new! I highly recommend giving them a call and getting started on your own journey to fitness!

    I signed up for 6 months but that was interrupted by the pandemic. I had made great progress before then, thanks to a great and friendly trainer (Jules). When gyms were allowed to reopen, I was dealing with a weakened right arm because of an injury a couple of months before. The trainer adjusted my training accordingly, including new exercices to help strengthen the weakened part of my arm. After some three weeks, it’s showing great improvement and I almost don’t think about it anymore. The gym has been reorganized with COVID cleaning and distancing measures and I feel very safe going there with those measures in place. The “by appointment” nature of the gym also allows them to better control the number of people present at any given time, which is a big plus over a “regular” gym.

    Exactly what I was looking for. The trainers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have some limitations with respect to my ability to exercise and I found the trainer to be extremely considerate, accommodating and creative in coming up with appropriate exercises

    I train at FFF with Mike 3 times a week and I love it! It keeps me accountable and it feels great! Mike is awesome. He keeps showing m how much further I can go. Having someone to guide you and to push you really gets you to where you want to be, faster!

    I've been trained regularly by Catherine, as well as my family members, an we all love her! She's extremely knowledgeable in physical fitness, always explains the exercises we are doing so I understand them and perform them correctly. I have become much stronger since my training began - I highly recommend her, and all of the trainers at FFF!

    I started 3 weeks at the Wellington location. My main reason for going was to get started back to exercise after a tibia/knee injury had me sitting for a good four months. In those 3 weeks, my trainers, Catherine and Victor have me moving better than I could have hoped for! I am feeling stronger every time and I have noticed a huge change in my energy levels. I am very happy to be making my health a priority and that I have knowledgeable trainers to make sure I can get the most out of my workouts

    FFF-Wellington and working out with Trainer Jules for the last 2.5 years has contributed to significant shifts in how I view fitness and also how working out has become a priority for me...body and my mind. The FFF environment and working one on one with a trainer is VERY different than joining a traditional gym. The accountability of set appointments, the connection with your trainer when you find a great match, and honestly not having to think but instead just follow the program means my brain can shut off for a good 30 minutes and I can do something good for me. When FFF- Wellington was able to re-open after the shut down I immediately returned to the studio and after more than 10 sessions I can firmly express I feel safe and I believe the protocols in place are in the best interest of the trainers and the clients. As we move through living in the COVID-19 pandemic FFF-Wellington is part of my self-care plan and a worthwhile investment.

    This is my 3rd year of weekly workouts with the guidance of Cameron Wong at Free Form Fitness Wellington. For more than 20 years I have relied on long distance cycling with some cross country skiing in the winter for my fitness. I was no longer finding it easy to finish big rides. In fact, parts of my body had become painfully rebellious. I signed on with Free Form for their introductory offer and have stayed. Each week, Cameron has a new set of vigorous execises set up and guides me through. There is no cheating under his attentive eyes. If I use the wrong muscle he lets me know, fingers or hands guiding me. He demonstrates every thing. If he sees something not working he makes a rapid adjustement. There is a sense of progression in the workouts he plans for me. He was taken aback when I told him that he was very expensive, but I was signing on for another year. This is important to me. My body is working better than it has in years. I have better balance, my strength is better, I am doing much more that I want to do. Free Form has become a part of my life.

😐 Nice big location lots of parking. Prices are high and it is always busy. The place gets super crowded and you need to wait for a machine. A bit more cleaning would be great. The place gets cleaned once only and cleaning machines is not enforced.
