I
should
start
with
what
I
consider
the
prevalent
remark
to
make
about
crossfit
819.
The
coaches
will
do
their
absolute
best
to
ensure
you
understand
them
in
whichever
of
the
two
languages
you
feel
most
comfortable.
So
if
you're
in
Ottawa
and
this
gym
makes
sens
to
you
because
of
proximity,
but
you
weren't
sure
if
you'd
be
able
to
do
it
because
it
is
in
Gatineau,
don't
worry
about
that
at
all.
The
location
and
the
disposition
of
the
gym
is
great
with
a
lot
of
space
and
gear
and
cleanliness.
The
coaches
are
fantastic
and
they
always
make
you
feel
supported
in
your
progress,
while
pushing
you
to
surpass
your
previous
limits.
All
classes
are
1
hour
long.
The
main
classes
are
crossfit,
but
they
also
offer
specialty
classes
like
gymnastics,
mobility
classes,
bootcamps
and
other
specialty
classes
that
are
included.
The
hours
are
very
convinient
with
classes
starting
at
540am
for
the
early
birds
and
all
the
way
to
the
evening
for
those
that
like
to
go
after
work,
with
plenty
of
classes
in
between.
The
owner
and
staff
are
very
active
on
their
facebook
page
and
by
email
to
the
members,
keeping
in
touch
with
what
the
members
want,
and
adapting
accordingly.
Even
with
the
gym
being
temporarily
closed
because
of
COVID-19,
the
gym
is
offering
excellent
ZOOM
classes
which
are
challenging
and
keeping
us
in
the
best
shape
possible
while
awaiting
the
reopening
of
the
gym.
This
is
about
working
at
making
yourself
better,
one
workout
at
a
time.
I
was
intimidated
when
I
first
started
because
I
didn't
know
anything
about
crossfit,
but
I
don't
regret
taking
the
leap,
I
feel
pretty
great
in
my
day
to
day
life,
less
pain
from
old
injuries,
more
fitness
and
mobility
overall
and
impressed
with
what
I
can
do
now
that
I
couldn't
do
2
years
ago.
I'm
not
saying
that
there
aren't
other
good
gyms
out
there,
but
this
one
is
a
sure
bet
for
you.
Cheers,
