It's
difficult
to
overstate
just
how
much
The
Pilates
Space
has
done
for
me
and
my
health
and
my
wellness.
Having
first
discovered
Jacqueline
Ethier's
studio
when
I
was
at
my
most
broken,
after
having
had
abdominal
surgery,
I
was
hopeful
that
trying
this
form
of
movement
and
exercise
might
ease
some
of
my
intense
stiffness
and
discomfort.
What
I
wasn't
expecting
was
that
in
a
very
short
time,
and
without
any
difficulty
at
all,
that
I
would
have
BETTER
and
more
free
movement
and
that
ALL
my
discomfort
and
even
many
aches
and
pains
I
had
carried
around
for
years
would
disappear!
Every
single
teacher
at
The
Pilates
Space
is
warm,
and
engaging,
kind
and
connected.
As
someone
who
has
never
been
"athletic"
or
faithful
to
any
kind
of
exercise
other
than
walking,
I
was
so
pleasantly
surprised
to
find
a
"fitness
studio"
so
utterly
free
of
judgement
and
any
sense
of
elitism.
It
is
a
joy
to
be
able
to
go
to
a
place
where
everyone
is
truly
just
happy
to
see
me
succeed
and
feel
well
and
where
every
teacher,
in
every
class
shows
the
same
concern
for
my
personal
wellness
and
genuinely
encourages
my
improvement
as
well
as
my
enjoyment.
I
have
never
before
found
any
kind
of
exercise
this
much
FUN
but
taking
classes
at
The
Pilates
Space
is
always
a
treat.
I'm
not
sure
if
Pilates
is
addictive,
but
I
AM
SURE
that
everything
about
the
positive
energy,
warmth
and
welcome
of
The
Pilates
Space,
as
well
as
the
joy
of
the
classes
and
the
many
benefits
those
classes
give
my
body
IS
HIGHLY
ADDICTIVE!
