Great gym but the location is weird to get to by bus. There is no direct route and requires a 10min walk from McArthur.

I went to this complex to get my second COVID-19 Vaccine. My experience exceeded my expectations. The clinic was very well organized, the atmosphere calm and all staff were friendly and professional. All around wonderful experience.

Very bad customer service. Why are the doors always locked well before closing? And why are staff always stuffing their faces with food at the main counter? Don't they get breaks and have a staffroom to eat in?

Good facility and pool. Better communication about shut-downs, and/or a hot tub or sauna that feels hotter than the breath of something dying, would easily make this 5 stars.

Awesome place to get a.second COVID 19 vaccine. Staff was organized efficient and well prepared. On our day to visit, a Sunday many of them seemed to be a team from. CHEO. There was no lingering anywhere in the process and the 'bylaw officers' monitoring the parking lot were top rate- kind, decisive, direct and effective.

Imo one of the best community centres in Ottawa. The range of activities/fitness are pretty decent and I can only imagine that will continue to expand as cautions abate and people return to their favourite sports and activities. Hoping for even more activities for adults!

It's really not that complex. Its a building with a pool and lots.of rooms. They have camps here, but you cant camp here. Which might be the most complex aspect of the whole place. 4 stars. Most of the rooms have signs to tell you what they are. Excellent selection of gumball machines.

Went for my COVID vaccine #2. My first one was at the YMCA in Orleans. Everyone that greeted us or helped us along the way was very friendly and kind. The only negative comment I have is no one was cleaning the chairs in the waiting area after people left. When I went for my first vaccine they had volunteers or staff literally spraying the chairs down as someone left.

Seriously what's the point of a phone number if it's never answered . After you listen to the whole message they tell you dial 0 to speak to customer service rep then you dial 0 and go to another recorded message . And the cycle continues endlessly. Extremely frustrating

I learned how to swim here when I was 25 years old. Then, I realized how much I missed feeling free and not being afraid of water. It's also a great place to go dancing 💃 every two weeks at the Gloucester Singles Dance Club. There is plenty of free parking.

Open, clean, lots of amenities. The cardio and weight rooms are far apart which isn't ideal but the arena, pool, gymnasium and library are nice

New park which is ok the one they took down was way better but it was old, the older swings were the highlight outside, they were awesome, good condition and theyre gone now too. Library was the indoor favorite cuz they had cool puzzles and games, now they have nothing, like zero ! Bc of covid but every other library has these things avail. Out of all the libraries we visited in ottawa this was a favorite. Not even close now. So disappointing.

Pros: - Great place for the family to spend time together. - Nice swimming pool and excellent sauna facilities. - The swimming pool features areas for small kids to swim and play, as well as a deep area for experienced swimmers. - Clean environment. Cons: - Limited shower areas for the swimming pool.

A great community centre, featuring pools, a library, workout gyms, gymnasiums and many activities/ classes for almost all age groups.

Lane swims here are ridiculously overcrowded at times. If you like sharing a single lane with 6 other swimmers go here, if not find another pool.

Geniuses that think closing their pool for a whole month (why?) for maintenance in JUNE! Is a good idea… after all it’s only the month of summer, high temperatures and pool vibes. Absolutely insane

Gyms way too expensive. $90 a month is way more expensive than a GoodLife membership which has way better amenities... And $10 for a single visit...

Decent facility, easy to get to. The rink is smaller than an average size hockey drink but generally in good shape. Can only comment on the hockey rink as I'm not using any of the other amenities at the complex.

Kids loved being able to use the pool! Mom loves that it came at no cost on a super hot day! :)

This place is great. I enjoyed my time here while visiting from out of town. There was everything I needed: a place to exercise and shower, get some work done and have zoom meetings. The staff were very helpful and the wifi was fast.

I come here with my daughter to go swimming on weekends and to go read books with her in the library. The building is beautiful with children's art and the staff is incredibly friendly. I suggest you have a visit it's great! Lots to do.

Its been a while that I'm going here for lane sweem and Zumba. Overall the building is abit old and need renovation . But people who work there are nice and overall its a good experience.

Nice little swimming pool that isn't usually too busy and it also a gym and a library which does make it quite the nice little complex.

For covid vaccine... Nice facility from what I saw. City is super organized for the vaccines, we'll done!

Nice little complex tucked in right off a main route. It does it's job nicely. The streets getting into it are a bit undersized to handle the traffic.

Dated look, could be a hindrance, could be charming. Confused as to why the basketball court has a ceiling. Rooms along rink are marked with each Canadian NHL team, either niche or shows lack of support for local NHL team.

Did my 2nd covid shot here. Pretty awesome. I used to come here when I was younger to either swim, workout or try and study.at the library. Staff was always awesome.

People at front desk are extremely unhelpful and don’t understand the rules. Said was at capacity but allowed people in after us. Said we needed reservations yet the website was down and didn’t allow us to. They were rude and unhelpful. Never going back.
