recently
ordered
four
tires
from
Costco
to
be
sent
to
this
shop
and
unfortunately
experienced
a
mishap
with
my
order.
Despite
receiving
three
emails
to
pick
up
the
tires,
when
I
arrived
at
the
shop,
they
were
unable
to
locate
them.
After
conducting
an
investigation,
they
informed
me
that
the
tires
had
been
"mistakenly"
installed
for
another
customer.
This
incident
reveals
that
the
shop
does
not
adequately
cross-check
customer
names,
numbers,
or
order
details,
neither
on
the
tires
nor
in
their
system.
While
the
shop
did
apologize
for
the
error,
they
also
acknowledged
that
this
type
of
mistake
happens
frequently.
As
a
customer,
this
revelation
was
quite
concerning,
as
it
suggests
that
their
system
has
significant
gaps
that
need
to
be
addressed.
Although
the
shop
did
offer
to
ship
the
correct
tires
to
me
within
a
few
days,
I
am
still
waiting
for
their
call
to
get
an
update
on
the
status
of
my
purchased
tires.
The
lack
of
communication
is
adding
to
the
frustration
of
this
experience.
To
prevent
similar
mishaps
in
the
future,
I
strongly
suggest
that
the
shop
implements
a
process
to
document
which
tires
from
each
order
are
installed
on
which
vehicle
and
by
whom.
This
would
greatly
enhance
their
accuracy
and
avoid
these
kinds
of
issues.
Overall,
the
situation
has
been
highly
frustrating.
While
I
appreciate
the
shop's
willingness
to
rectify
the
mistake,
their
frequent
occurrence
of
such
errors
and
the
lack
of
timely
communication
make
it
difficult
for
me
to
recommend
this
shop
to
others.
