We had the birthday party of my daughter there on Sunday, April 20th. The kids had a good time, that is certain, but the organization was odious. They overbook parties and the guests don’t have where to sit, cannot have food or drink while the kids jump. It was missing one pizza so there was no enough food. They blamed Domino’s, but I don’t care, my contract it was with Xtreme Trampoline. I will surely never have a party there and I don’t recommend it. They don’t have enough employees and it was a total mess. It was a terrible experience.

The location is amazing for parties and family gatherings. However, you have to sign the waiver before signing in. The kids can easily harm themselves. Please warn the children about it, the first time I've been there with me daughter, i spent the weekend waiting in hospitals. The premise is ok but measures of security need to be taken with kids. I will never pay for a birthday party here again. Very disorganized. Lots of kids could have gotten injured and did. I'm not sure what we pay for besides the jump tickets. Our pizza was 20 mins late (which arrived at 2:20) and they kicked us out at 2:40. Some our kids ate their cake in their office. They did at least apologize for the late pizza and stated it was a common problem. I wish they had communicated they were still kicking us out 2:40 even with the pizza (which they said was a common problem) arriving 20mins past our party time. No managers, no apologies Not sure where the almost $500 for a party is going when I ran the whole thing. Additionally the rooms are hardly cleaned after. I had asked how they ensure they keep things sanitary for gluten free. I got a long policy emailed but then came to a room full of gluten pizza bits. Overall extremely negative experience. Not worth your money Run far away! 1 star because this wouldn't post if I put nothing.

I had a birthday party scheduled at the Kingston Location. I am writing this here because the owner owns both - 20 mins before opening I received a phone call from a Staff member saying my party was cancelled because of a power outage. I later found out that it was a planned outage and I still was not notified. I get there and the staff member who was helping me was extremely apologetic.. I asked for a refund on my deposit and that I would regroup and schedule another party once I had my calendar in front of me. He said the the Owner does not allow refunds and the only thing he could do is to keep my deposit and I can use it toward my party. I explained that I was away for most the summer and I didn't know when I'd be able to plan, so we ended up calling the owner and it was an - you absolutely can not have your deposit back. It's not his fault that they power went out and he doesn't own the building, so he is not notified of these situations. Things were a little heated from there, but let just say that the owner of this business does not care about customer satisfaction. He only cares about your money. I ended up getting a gift card, but only because I pushed. He may as well have kept my money.. after the tone of his phone call, and the extreme lack of customer care, I will never be going back to this establishment again.

Great place for kids of all ages. Both my teenagers and the 5 year old enjoyed their time at the facility.

AWESOME place to take the kids, or just have some fun! The prices were reasonable (including the xtreme socks into the cost) and the space was clean and well maintained. Be prepared for a MAJOR workout and bring lots of water. Us adults were in a full sweat and won’t be able to move tomorrow 😅 WORTH IT! I felt like a kid again and it took me a few minutes to get into it. Lots of places to jump around, foam pits, basketball nets and dodgeballs to throw around. There was also a canteen. Lockers to hold things while you jump! No big signage, so make sure you park along the side of the building as the entrance is there.

A way to burn off kids'energy. It's pricey so I'd think of this as an occasional activity (81$ for me, 2 kids and socks). We arrived close to opening so there was a backlog of people to get in but otherwise the entrance appeared clear - checkout was simple (do fill in the waiver ahead of time either online or at the separate kiosks). We came another time at opening and barely waited and another time 20 mins - there's not enough cashes to cover the bed. There did already to be a way to buy online and skip the line.. There are some lockers and lots of shelves for shoes. The rules state that jumping socks are needed but I did see kids in regular socks. You can watch from the jumping area without buying a pass. There are a couple of special spots like the air mattress pit, the small ninja course and basketball lanes. Balance is square and rectangular trampolines with angled ones near the walls. There is an area reserved for smaller children. The jump time is on a sticker you put on yourself but it felt more like an honor system - ie did not feel like we were being policed. Closed water bottles were allowed on the platform. Signs indicate no outside food or drink allowed but I see Starbucks and run Hortons cups regularly. I didn't try any food or other services they had. I've heard very mixed reviews (both online and from people I've met) about parties here so I'd suggest doing some research if you're interested in that. I've been to better trampoline parks in other cities but can't comment on how this one rates compared to local ones. Kids liked it very much. While there is some supervision.... I'd say it's token effort.... There are many things against the rules happening regularly... Watch your kids and look out as I'd day 4 out of 5 parents are checked out on their phones or chatting with friends.

Great place for lots of fun with children. Lots of space to move around and different area for the kids to play in. My son loves the foam pit ages four and under only! I do wish the snack area had better choices for younger kids such as apple sauce, granola bars, goldfish crackers, yogurt and fruit. Even juices for the children to choose from would be nice.

Took our 6 and 8 year old. They loved it. My husband jumped with them as we weren’t sure what the set up is like and our one child is sometimes unsure in crowds. Now seeing what it was like next time we wouldn’t pay for us. As adults can sit right at the edge of the trampoline area so we know our children would feel comfortable and we are able to supervise them well. It felt busy at first (we are from small town - not use to big crowds) but there was enough space for the kids to jump that we didn’t feel too overwhelmed. For the most part parents did a good job supervising their children and ensuring they didn’t cut in line while kids were waiting at the different courses. We didn’t book online first. Showed up and paid and did waivers there. Maybe waited 5-10 min. Not long at all. Purchased socks but now we will have them for the next time. I took the one star off for bathroom Cleanliness. In a spot where children might be using the bathroom unsupervised it needs to be cleaned more regularly. There was toilet paper littered everywhere, soap was empty, etc. Overall great experience and looking forward to doing this again with the kids.

Always a fun experience for the kids. We typically go week nights or evenings. You have to sign a waiver, try doing it online to save time when you get here. Theres a toddlers play section. The rest of the place is for (~5 years old and up). They have a really small ninja course, and the rest of it is the standard jumping spaces, dogeball, basketball.... Hpld on to the socks for your next visit otherwise you'll have to pay each time. 30 minutes is nice. 60 minutes is plenty!!

Brought my son, step son and step son's girlfriend. after my step sons girlfriend was harassed by some juvenile who didn't even pay to be there for extreme night. staff was all huddled doing there own thing not paying attention for an hour before kicking the guy out. we will not be returning. unfortunate as the facilities are nice.

Posting on behalf of a mutual friend’s experience: Just to let everyone know NEVER book a party at xtreme trampoline…Worst service, they allow you to jump for an hour, meanwhile it takes 40 minutes plus to get a pair of socks. Don’t tell you when your food is there, laugh when you ask for something, run by kids and the manager might be under the age of 16. After paying 600 + for a party to rush everything into an hour . As we’re leaving turns out my daughters boots got stolen to top of the horrible night we already had. The manager resorted to threatening to call the police, instead of even compromising. Definitely will never go back again.

We were impressed with this place and will be going back. For a trampoline park it is quite big and there is great variety in the areas they offer. I also enjoyed the military discount coupled with the rewards program that they offer. Kids camps are available and after seeing how much energy my kids burned I will definitely be looking at these in our near future for PD days.

It was great, lots of playing area options, though the music was quite loud and the $4 pizza slice was a complete ripoff. Lots of employees hanging out in the back area chatting (I was there for a birthday party, so I sat in the lounge area), and a long lineup to get inside. It would be great if the birthday party area had seats for adults for parents who decide to stay and don't want to sit alone in the party room.

We did my son’s bday party there few weeks ago. We really had a good time . We were offered a private room and the girl working in that section was very professional. She was always checking on us and helping us while the kids were eating. Thank you for the great service.

Good place to visit. There is a limitation during pandemic, but you can choose your time and purchase your ticket online ahead of time. We enjoyed our time and had a lot of fun. If you end up entering an empty place and thinking the company is a fraud, dont worry the main entrance is on the right side of the building. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a great place for kids. We’ve been here several times and also celebrated kids’ birthdays. The atmosphere can become a bit chaotic on weekends, therefore we try to go here on weekdays to avoid crowds. Make sure you bring your socks with grips, if you have one. We have purchased their socks once and keep bringing them with us every time we visit.

➡️ Great spot to let the kids have a blast! My son and best friend had an hour of fun that flew by. Bathroom 🚻 and common areas were kept up and I observed employees going around sanitizing many surfaces while I was there. 🧼🪣 Also, noticed 2 charging stations for phones📱or laptops. 💻

This is a great place to escape the heat and have some active fun for a couple of hours. The kids love coming here every year when we visit. Make sure you bring water as the kids are always thirsty. You can buy water and other drinks there if you prefer.

Held my son's birthday party there and could not be more satisfied. The service was great and the attention to detail, and safety are excellent. The staff was very diligent and helpful and made the experience a wonderful one. The birthday rooms were well-kept and clean, the person attending was a very nice young man who attended to the kids, served pizza and cake and was very pleasant. They also gave my son a T-Shirt, which was a nice touch. The park itself is also very nice and spacious with some interesting games and spots for all ages. The staff was everywhere and paying attention to the kids. I would definitely recommend this place. The kids had a blast!

Great place to have a child's birthday party. All of the kids loved it. The area is kept clean and in good condition. The paths are large and help dissipate congestion. The parking area is far from anything else so you don't have to worry too much about kids on energy highs running out into traffic. The best part is that there is no clean up after the kids party. You can just pack up and leave!

Fun park and pretty clean. Several different areas to play in and lots of fun for kids. Mostly seems run by really young folk though, I didn't see any adults on staff, so I hope they have sufficient safety training. Negative to me though was we were there for a 6 year old birthday party. 90% of the other people there were also probably 8 and under, and their parents. The music playing was not family friendly, and included explicit themes like wanting someone in your bed, getting drunk and clubbing, FU and your mom etc. I didn't appreciate this, and some other parents also noticed that. Music should be age appropriate if you are allowing young participants, especially if it is dominantly kids.

Amazing facility. Fun and safe for all ages. Staff look and sound miserable. The young lady taking our waivers and payment couldn’t smile if her life depended on it. She was pretty rude actually. Otherwise we will be back hoping for a friendlier welcome.

Kids had a great time! Definitely going back again! Highly recommend! Oh and we went with an hour it was more than enough! The kids were wiped at the 45 minute mark lol!

Decent, but not great. Visited during a summer weekday and it was really crowded due to the summer camp. Staff seemed devoted to the campers and not other customers. Also, paid online, and couldn't help but feel that it was more complicated to get in having done so - having a bar code made it slower, not faster.

  • 5/5 Mehraz A. 1 year ago on Google
Went two times with child, she had lots of fun jumping around. $10 including tax for 30 mins which is not too bad. Don’t forget to bring your own grippy socks otherwise you’ll need to pay extra. And you need to sign a waiver before getting in, so be careful not to hurt yourself.

Booked a party for last weekend and it went ok but its not cheap and although I understand it gets a bit insane with all the kids, there were a lot of staff just standing behind the counter not helping people. It would be great if that wiped the look of their faces like I'm interrupting their day. Brooke was great and helpful (thanks Brooke), but I had to find her every time we needed information about how things operated. We didn't hear an announcement over the PA as explained, so though the kids ran around a bit longer, but we have to rush through the food and gifts. The people they have working here are too immature and most don't really seem to care. If I'm paying $400+ and there's a minimum 10 kid grouping (you have to run around getting 10 kids together, showing up on time), I expect good service. Pizza was just ordered from Dominos and 3 pitchers of juice the kids will never get through in the party room, while you're buying them all waters and slushes during the trampoline time, is a waste. At $40 a kid I expect access to the room, the drinks available that I'm paying for so they have something while running around, and someone making sure things are on track. Thankfully this is the last group party I have to book like this. Next year he's old enough to go to a movie or something with friends.

I had my kids’ birthday party there. The kids had a great time. The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was done on time. We were able to use the party room 10 minutes earlier than the time we were told which is great. The only thing is the pizza they provided was domino’s pizza. It was a bit burnt, dry and wasn’t cut probably. The juice was served in jugs instead of cans or boxes. I hope they change that soon and I hope they get the pizza from somewhere else.

The place is fun for kids. However, the party side has a lot to be desired for. While very pricey there is no host to facilitate the process and no warnings that there is none! You are on a short timer for the party room, and you waste some time until you realize that you are on your own. Super stressful for the parents! The communication with the place after you book a party is super hard and slow and if you need to update something last minute (which you often have to) it is not happening! So 4 stars for fun for the kids, 0 stars for remote communication after booking, 0 stars for communication on how their party works.

😐 Beautiful pool, super disappointed that the kids pool isn't open any time during the day Monday to Friday, only evenings when kids are going to bed or weekends when it's super busy. Would greatly appreciate consideration of having a family swim time in the morning or some time during the week Monday...
