    I usually come here to get all my Tiffany jewelry cleaned and receive the utmost service but NOT yesterday June 19 around 1:15 when I was greeted by this mid/late 20 Asian woman about 5'2 with light brown hair. She was extremely rude and snarky attitude and not let me speak as soon as I told her I would like to have a complimentary cleaning on 2 bracelets and she said NO, but they have always accommodated me since I am from out of town. Anyways, that was not my main issue, when she said no, I decided leave even though I was originally planning to buy my daughter a couple of presents for her birthday and graduation. When I turn back to speak to my daughter, I saw that Asian associate and another Asian (with blond highlights & bigger built) girl snickering about us because when they were talking, they were looking at us up and down on our way out. Never again will I return back to this location with such poor unprofessional service. Instead I purchased from Swarovski. Message to that sales associate, don't act high and might just because you work there

    Horrible experience with an Asian sales rep with glasses. At first we thought maybe he couldn't understand English but that wasn't the case. He just chose to put in zero effort to help us look for a wedding band. Worst service I've experienced in years.

    We had a great experience here. We looked lost when stepped in, our sales girl V. Daigle greeted us. Spent time with us and let me try the pieces I was dreaming of, and gave great suggestions. We ended up with a necklace and a happy face. She is such a lovely person and professional in her field, definitely a valuable member for Ottawa Tiffany team.

    I had an excellent experience buying an engagement ring here. Victoria was always so helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and her service was nothing short of perfect! She made buying an engagement ring such an easy, fun, and enjoyable experience. I was blown away at how committed Victoria is to her clients. She is an exceptionally hard worker and has earned my full appreciation. Through the whole process from making a selection to the purchase and resizing I have absolutely no complaints. My fiancée and I will certainly be back to purchase our wedding bands.

    Had such a bad experience here. Yesterday my friend and I went there to browse for engagement rings. We waited forever to be served by someone and no one offered to help us. Then the two Asian women that were working there went in and out their office completely ignoring us and not once offered to help us. You'd think at a place like Tiffany & Co the customer service would been splendid. We were so disappointed and we ended up walking out.

    For my 56th birthday I treated myself to a diamond by the yard necklace and the experience alone was a perfect gift! I was greeted by the security guard with a smile and a welcome. I browsed and took the time to pick the perfect piece for myself with the impeccable service from Kellie who was delightful and patient. Once I picked my gift out, they brought out the champagne to celebrate!! I continued to browse their beautiful dreamy and unique jewelry! Upon our departure, the security guard opened the door and chatted us up before leaving. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and my experience and maybe one day soon I’ll come back to treat myself again!

    When we were looking for a special ring we did a lot of online in store browsing at various jewellers. To us, most of those experiences were a bit disappointing and just didn’t make feel as good as you need to when making a big decision. Lucky for us, we visited Tiffany’s and felt really comfortable and welcome. All of the staff were very friendly and warm and happy to show you various pieces without hesitation. A few hours later on our return we were welcomed back at the door and introduced to Victoria. She really did a great job asking us questions in order to learn about our story and help us find the perfect ring. She has a wealth of knowledge about the Tiffany’s Brand and their history in the diamond business. We never felt pressured and were super impressed with her professionalism and excellent service. We finished up our purchase and had a little celebration and have the ring at home completing the perfect transaction. Thank you Victoria for being so kind and making us feel truly special. We will 100 percent #returntovictoria.

    Victoria is an absolute angel! I first met her when I came in to have a necklace cleaned, and since then she’s helped me buy a few other pieces, and every experience with her is incredible! As someone whose obsession with Tiffany’s started with the film, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Victoria consistently proves that nothing bad could ever happen at Tiffany’s. I turn 30 this year and plan on getting myself a gift, I’ll go through Victoria without a doubt!

    If I could leave reviews per specific individual experience I would. Despite having a small collection of vintage to modern Tiffany pieces, I always found the storefront intimidating because of the way that I have been treated by client advisors in the past. I am well-enough versed in the brand to know the service options and the costs. Depending on the advisors you speak with, the narrative will change if you are less familiar with your options. I have been threatened to be charged for service on my engagement ring lately when Tiffany’s services bridal sets for free. When I met Victoria Daigle, she really turned it around for me. She always made me feel like a princess no matter what the occasion for my visit. She has never judged my purchasing power, my requests for cleaning, my servicing, etc. She’s never attacked me for owning inherited or pre-loved pieces as some CAs have done. She’s taken the time to make me feel welcome, appreciated, comfortable and spoiled: truly the DisneyWorld for women fond of diamonds. Her attention to detail is actually incredible, and she can recite to you my wishlist with the required sizes off the top of her head. I feel like… like family. Jewelry is supposed to make you feel beautiful, not self-conscious! They also have a marvellous new security officer that is charming and chivalrous as all can be! But again, know your stuff. On another occasion I stopped by to drop off my daily wear chain for a quick clean and my usual CA was off. The associates present did not seem interested in dealing with me, and gave me a hard time for not being able to wait 48h (I do not live in the city). There are staff members that are predatory with their mission for sales and seem to judge your budget with a quick glance. Unfortunately, with the constant price increases, what used to be a luxury is quickly becoming completely unsustainable. Ironically, now that pieces are harder to afford in this economy, you get even more disrespected for spending less, even though now you are sacrificing so much more for that special thing. So truly, I have had magical experiences with certain people, and toxic ones with others. Do your research, book an appointment with a well-reviewed CA if you plan to visit, and enjoy!

    I love the incredible experience in Tiffany at the Rideau Center, Victoria was very helpful and attentive to my needs, my family and I felt very welcomed and very special surrounded with care. I always wanted to buy pieces from Tiffany but never knew where to start, today I can’t imagine shopping for jewelry anywhere else ! Thanks Victoria and the rest of the staff at Tiffany Rideau ❤️

    Bracelet purchased here broke within a few months and I was told I need to pay for repair. Seems to me the bracelet was of poor quality and the store offers poor after sale service.

    Horrible service! Went there on Aug.6 and my husband and I were standing at the counter looking at a ring. We were looking at a third ring to add to my set. The sales lady was busy with another individual. We waited patiently until she was done; however, another couple just arrived and the salesperson walked directly to them and helped them instead. Frustrated, we left. The sales person clearly saw us and ignored us. Horrible customer service.

    There was a mistake and they didn’t in grave my necklace so we sent it back and asked them to mail it to me. Came to me horribly knotted. I got most of them out except one we haven’t been able to get out. You think for a 300$+ necklace they would take better care of it.

    I have been to this location many times and each experience continues to be better than the last. The associates at Tiffany Ottawa have always made my family and I feel SO welcome, the visits start to feel almost personal. They really pay attention and work hard to make sure you feel like the only customer in the room, whether we’re there to spend money, drop something off for cleaning, or just to browse. If you’re looking for an establishment that will treat you like royalty, regardless of what budget you’re bringing to the table, this is the place to go. A big thank you to Kristin, Jennifer, and Colleen for recently helping us upgrade my ring for our 5 year anniversary, can NOT wait to get it back from being resized!

They are so helpful, professional and they hold the crown for the best customer service I’ve personally have ever experienced.     I went in today to browse with my boyfriend and the lady there was so kind and welcoming. It was obvious that I was not there to purchase, and was just browsing for fun but she was so welcoming and made us feel as though we belonged. She even encouraged me to try on a diamond ring which has literally made me entire week. I feel so special and I am hoping to do some shopping here in the future.

    For a store where you pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for jewelry no one seemed to want to help me. Stood at the counter for at least 10 min and no one even seemed to want to help me. Not the best service.

    The in-store customer experience was great. Service was attentive and friendly. The delivery process wasn't though. Suggest you opt for delivery in-store instead of home delivery, because I didn't receive any email notification of shipment, and the courier did not ring my bell or obtain signature either, just left it at my front door.

    Historical facts, luxury, quality, service and respect....yes please! I deal exclusively with Alex and my goodness I cannot recommend him enough! Refreshments, espressos, sparkling water, and amazing advice on historical goods. Alex is a gem...pun intended...and 100% will treat you like a million dollar customer.

    I don’t know how a high end jewellery retail store can feel so cozy, but if I had to guess, it’s probably thanks to Victoria Daigle. Since the first time I came in because of an online purchase gone awry she’s been so warm, friendly, and helpful that I’ve been back for more. She has a knack for making people feel welcome and for making luxury experiences feel accessible and I’m grateful for that (my wallet less so). The whole team is quite kind and I haven’t had a bad experience ever, but if you can work with Victoria, definitely do. She’s such a sweet person and the very epitome of great customer service.

    I had one of the best experiences of my life!! I went into the store with my boyfriend and we were both welcomed in by Victoria. She’s so sweet and is willing to help always. Even though the first time I went in I wasn’t planning on buying anything Victoria helped me spark interests in certain items. I had one necklace on my wish list I really wanted. She was so happy to help me and she let me try on the necklace to give it a feel. After I tried the necklace she then showed me their famous new collection. The second time I went into the store I had asked to see if Victoria was working because I was planning on buying the necklace. Luckily she was and she made my experience magical!! She was so excited for me and was so happy I was finally getting my dream necklace! I’m so happy she helped me she was so sweet and overall just so amazing. The service there was incredible. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
