My
parents
took
a
watch
in
for
a
new
battery.
They
were
sold
one
and
left
only
to
find
out
when
they
arrived
at
home
that
the
watch
was
not
working.
I
went
back
with
them
a
few
days
later
and
was
told
it
is
not
the
battery
we
will
have
to
leave
the
watch
and
they
will
have
to
look
at
it
and
get
back
to
us.
One
week
later,
on
the
Monday
they
called
and
said
it
will
be
$95
to
repair
the
watch
my
parents
said
no
way.
They
went
by
the
next
day
to
pick
up
their
watch
and
were
told
that
they
must
wait
until
Saturday
as
it
was
not
assembled,
and
no
one
was
available
to
put
the
watch
back
together.
We
thought
that
was
suspicious
but
waited.
I
went
with
them
on
Saturday
and
had
to
wait
since
it
appeared
the
watch
was
still
not
ready
after
about
5-10
minutes
the
lady
came
out
with
the
watch
handed
it
to
me
and
said
that
will
be
$95
dollars.
I
explained
to
her
that
we
had
told
them
not
to
repair
the
watch
and
I
would
not
be
paying
anything.
I
looked
down
at
the
watch
and
realized
the
watch
hands
were
not
moving
…
they
had
repaired
absolutely
nothing
but
still
wanted
to
charge
$95.
When
I
pointed
that
out
to
the
sales
lady,
she
stared
blankly
at
us,
so
I
said
just
turned
around
and
left.
It
is
unfortunate
that
they
try
to
rip
off
their
customers.
Word
of
mouth
is
a
powerful
tool…If
you
need
to
repair
a
watch
or
jewellery,
I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
Noura’s
Jewellery
…
chances
are
you
too
will
feel
ripped
off!
We
never
did
get
a
refund
for
the
battery
they
claim
they
put
in
the
watch
.
Hello
Elias
Just
to
clarify
....
You
mentioned
in
your
answer
that
there
was
a
misunderstanding
&
you
did
the
work
regardless
...
interesting
since
when
the
watch
was
handed
to
me
it
did
not
work
at
all
and
I
showed
that
to
sales
lady
and
she
had
no
explanation
for
why
she
wanted
to
charge
the
$95.
Thank
you
for
your
apology
but
I
have
nothing
additional
to
say
to
you.
I
just
hope
this
does
not
happen
to
anyone
else.
