Quite possibly the worst service ever. I would highly recommend not going to this store. We asked for a quote for a wedding ring same-day sizing. They did not provide the quote. They said they would be able to size it the same day and did not. Also, after an hour of driving, they informed us of this. Then they quoted $600 to have the ring made smaller. Avoid this place at all costs Contrary to what the owner responded, they did not tell us when we arrived that is would be same day. They told us we could pick it up the day after. They were sent not only one but two texts with the picture of the ring and the specifications and did not respond to the second one. The first time they responded via text at 11:45 in the evening. Specifications were given. I have the screenshots to prove it. They cost us two hours of driving during an extremely stressful time. Buyer beware.

My parents took a watch in for a new battery. They were sold one and left only to find out when they arrived at home that the watch was not working. I went back with them a few days later and was told it is not the battery we will have to leave the watch and they will have to look at it and get back to us. One week later, on the Monday they called and said it will be $95 to repair the watch my parents said no way. They went by the next day to pick up their watch and were told that they must wait until Saturday as it was not assembled, and no one was available to put the watch back together. We thought that was suspicious but waited. I went with them on Saturday and had to wait since it appeared the watch was still not ready after about 5-10 minutes the lady came out with the watch handed it to me and said that will be $95 dollars. I explained to her that we had told them not to repair the watch and I would not be paying anything. I looked down at the watch and realized the watch hands were not moving … they had repaired absolutely nothing but still wanted to charge $95. When I pointed that out to the sales lady, she stared blankly at us, so I said just turned around and left. It is unfortunate that they try to rip off their customers. Word of mouth is a powerful tool…If you need to repair a watch or jewellery, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Noura’s Jewellery … chances are you too will feel ripped off! We never did get a refund for the battery they claim they put in the watch . Hello Elias Just to clarify .... You mentioned in your answer that there was a misunderstanding & you did the work regardless ... interesting since when the watch was handed to me it did not work at all and I showed that to sales lady and she had no explanation for why she wanted to charge the $95. Thank you for your apology but I have nothing additional to say to you. I just hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I went to Noura's Jewellery yesterday with a very important diamond ring that had a lot of significant family history and been passed down from generations. The main diamond had come off and other small ones were also barely holding on. Some of the ring edges showed signs of being worn-out. Because of the history of the ring along with it's value i was worried about leaving it behind or shipping it to get fixed. Elias the owner of Noura's Jewellery was great. He makes, designs jewellery and also repair it on site. He took my ring looked at it and after being informed about the importance of the ring and how much that ring never left my finger he was so helpful in making sure the ring would be restored properly and how he would make the ring and it's diamond look nice again and ready for the hard daily exposure it has been enduring for many years pass and future years to come. I left my ring in the morning and by late afternoon it was ready for pick up. Was it ever nice to see my ring back in it's full beauty and glory. Thank you so much for your wounderful work in fixing and restoring my ring. I truly recommend his work and store should you need any of your jewellery fixed or restored. Elias is so kind, lots of experience in the jewellery business, I believe he said over 15 years and loves what he does. Price are within the norm of the industry for the beautiful work he does. Thank you again.

Fantastic service and fantastic first experience. I went to two different places in the city to try and get a ring resized which we bought in Europe as a souvenir. The other places told me they couldn’t get done unless they potentially broke it or did some other weird contraption to it to resize it down to size. I went here and they told me they absolutely can do it and I was very concerned about them breaking it but they reassured me that they could. Then one of the jewellers came out from the back and said I’ll do it for you immediately to show you that it can be done. I let it happen and yes within a short period of time he came back out and the ring was absolutely perfect and the correct size of 5.5. It was a two size difference. I’ll definitely be coming back here again.

As soon as you enter this Jewellery store you feel welcome. I had some specific demands and the owner went more than an extra mile to fulfill all of them - and beyond expectations. Kindness and service is at a very high level. This store has a great selection and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a bit of luxury

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They offer the best price I want to say anywhere on custom work and it always turns out beautiful. They do quality repairs at incredibly affordable prices. If you have anything you've been on the fence about repairing or want something custom for yourself or someone special you definitely want this to check these guys out.

I rate it with one for the friendliness of the sales lady in the front however based on my first experience with this place I do not recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a service. My necklace needed a lock fix or a change and their technician told her it can only be changed. With no hesitation I asked to have it changed and even offered to pay at front but I was told better at the pick up. As it was a Saturday, the technician said it won’t be ready before Monday and that was completely fine as well. That one small lock (silver) was replaced for about $38 and only two days after the pick up, the color turned darker and then more darker and different from the rest of the necklace, to realize it is most likely not a real silver been used and of course with a price that is not worth it at all. They are probably good at sales or products ready for sale and I am not here to rate that or ruin their reputation. I am just sharing my first and only repair experience with this place that I feel it was unfortunate.

Noura’s has been our family’s only preferred jeweller for generations. Eli’s custom work is beyond incredible. His attention to detail, creativity and passion are always present and appreciated. He exceeds our expectations every time. I love walking in with a budget and concept in mind and truly enjoy seeing the outcome. We look forward to carrying the tradition of fine jewellery made by Eli for generations to come.

I made the appointment over the phone and the owner was polite. On the day of appointment, I realized that the owner is extremely un ethical and unprofessional. I went with my mom and my sister and it was interesting that they had a similar observation when we left the store. In the middle of conversation, his phone rings and he prefers to put you in standby. Then another customer from similar background shows up , again he leaves and comes back with no apology and when you ask question, he replies with not a professional attitude. If you know the owner and you are familiar with his attitude, then perhaps you will go to visit his store but if you are a new customer, I would suggest you to invest your money that at least the professionalism and manners can bring you the respect you deserve.

This wonderful jewelry shop resized my wedding and engagement rings same day, and they looked gorgeous afterwards. I was also able to find a fantastic new ring to add to my collection—an unexpected, beautiful treat. The service was exceptional, and I was so grateful for same day resizing. Came to see the guys at Noura’s to get my engagement ring down-sized by half a size. They surprised me with an incredibly fast 1-hour turnaround, and the final product was a literally perfect fit. Just a month ago, I am very fresh immigrant in the country with my wife and the woman on the counter very very rude. I did best with English but she make comedy of my wife English. She talk on my wife dress, like we are beggar. My wife is dark okey, but we are hard work, why do you talk on that ? You have rude face with us and smell from your mouth but I was very very polite. NO ONE CAN MAKE COMEDY OF MY WIFE. I think Elia is my religion brother because I’m Pakistani, but no. We are smaller then them, they think. They believe the problem is our black skin. I’m very sad about this.

Alot of "jewelers" simply take your item, ship it out of town for repair, and leave you waiting for three months. This is not the case at Noura's Jewellery. There are jewelers in-house and the results are stunning. I had a ring that was completely damaged, caved-in, missing claws, with a lost diamond. They repaired it to its original condition with only three days turnaround! Couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks to everyone there.

I came in to Nouras jewellers.After reading the reviews. Which 99.9% were very positive. I had a request from a friend of mine. Who needed a ring resized. I was very impressed ,after seeing the ring. It was sized and cleaned. I also brought in 2 chains and a bracelet. The one chain had broken in half. The other one had a missing link. The bracelet needed to get a ring. Also re linked Beautiful job on all 3 Thankyou

I broke my engagement ring over this past weekend and went to him on Monday to have it fixed expecting to get it back in the new year and once again he worked his magic and had it back to me BEFORE Christmas!! My watch was losing a minute a day. I brought it here and told them that I wanted the watch regulated, and I got a blank stare. I then explained that it was running slow, and wanted it fixed. They took the watch for over a week, and when I picked it up I was told that the watchmaker "put it on the machine for a whole day and it ran perfectly". No work, no charge. I brought it home and, no surprise to me, it still loses a minute a day. Like other reviews say, they don't know what they're doing. Find someone else for watch repair.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I am so disappointed with the experience I had. My partner dropped off what will soon be my engagement ring which was passed down to me from my parents. It was needing some polishing and a bit of repair, as well as a resizing. They went ahead with the repairs and polishing but requested that I come in to be sized prior to them resizing it. When I went, the girl I spoke with was extremely rude from the moment I said hello until I left the store. She seemed inconvenienced that I was there, rolled her eyes and sighed and huffed multiple times. Said she didn't know what I was talking about when I told her why I was there and that they didn't have any orders under our name. When she was instructed by a male (I assume the owner-who seemed to be quite nice) that she just needed to size my finger, that too seemed to bother her. I then left and didn't hear from the store for a week, no updates or indication about when the ring would be ready. Finally, my partner went in to ask for the rings back and I'm devastated to see that the main diamond is now off center, the ring is completely asymmetrical but wasn't prior, and there seems to be a couple small spots that were overheated while being worked on. The rings never were resized so now we have to take them somewhere else to have that done. They also promised to return them to us in a new box but instead gave them to us in a plastic bag. Not the experience anyone wants to have when having their mom's engagement ring repaired and resized for themselves.

Just got an engagement ring that needed to be resized. I reached out to about 6 jewellers and the shortest wait time I could get was 4 -5 days. I found Noura's and they had it done in 30 mins. It looks great and I'm super happy with it. I will only be taking my rings here for resizing from now on. Prices are comparable but it's definitely worth it for the quick service.

10xWOW! I went to Noura’s to replace the prongs on my « vintage » wedding ring.. As soon as Elias saw my ring he proposed « modernizing » my ring. He saw/envisioned a newer version of my ring. I really didn’t know what to expect to have as a « new » ring. I was worried it would look so completely different and unrecognizable. But when I saw my ring, it took my breath away and brought me to tears. Seriously ! Elias respected the old design but made it into such a beautiful and more modern look. Trust in their professionalism and hard work! My Christmas gift came early this year thanks to Elias and saying Thank You just doesn’t seem like enough . Merry Christmas to Noura’s Jewelry!

Brought my wife's wedding ring here to have it resized after receiving a pretty expensive quote from the place that we bought it (and a 4 week wait time). Read the great reviews of what they are able to do here, and they really impressed. Had it resized, re-engraved and ready for pickup the next day and it is completely seamless and beautifully done. They're attention to detail and customer service is excellent and on top of this the price was less than half of what we were quoted at the other place. Highly recommend bringing your ring here! Worst customer service skills : I called to fix a chain & wanted to know the quote. The lady keep disturbing & didn’t want to hear the information that I was sharing. But instead keep insisting for me to come at the store instead of listening. Lastly, I ask if I could forward a photo of the chain on email, phone number. She replied “No” without any reasons. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!
