1.
Highly
offended
with
the
unprofessional
manner
of
a
few
untrained
frontline
workers.
Their
language,
tone
judgemental
behaviour
and
racism
is
unbelievable!
2.
Injured
my
cats,
gave
multiple
wrong
information
about
my
cat’s
health
and
information
changed
when
vet
was
changed…
ridiculous!
And
cats
were
not
seen
by
same
doctor
ever
again!
It’s
crazy
when
you
visit
the
second
time
and
hear
everything
you
are
doing
(which
was
your
vet’s
advice)
was
wrong!
Wow!
This
institute
need
some
basic
training
on
teamwork!
3.
Requested
for
a
management
contact,
their
management
is
so
undertrained
in
leadership
that
they
did
not
even
care
to
contact
us
who
are
paying
for
their
services.
Afterall,
they
have
no
idea
who
is
the
primary
stakeholder
here!
4.
My
cats
never
received
a
record
of
rabies
vaccination,
neither
the
tag.
When
asked,
they
went
silent
and
started
yelling
over
the
phone
saying
I
do
not
have
any
idea
about
Canadian
rules
and
regulations
etc
etc.
5.
Management
has
even
trained
the
staff
to
say,
“don’t
call
here
again,
management
do
not
work
here”
in
an
ugly
way
and
hang
up…mind
you,
management
never
contacted
me
to
listen
to
what
has
actually
happened,
and
there
is
noway
you
can
contact
management
bypassing
these
cruel,
pathetic
receptionists
who
would
not
let
you
contact
management
because
you
simply
care
for
your
pets
and
question
their
services.
Service
was
okay
until
the
day
I
had
enough
and
started
questioning
why
my
cat
is
suffering
for
their
mistakes,
contradicting
advices
from
different
vets,
and
receptionists!
They
played
with
my
pets
lives
and
my
valuable
time
;
and
was
never
ready
to
answer
my
questions.
I
am
suing
them
for
the
horrible
experience
I
had
to
go
through
and
for
the
extremely
unprofessional
managerial
behaviour.
Someone
reviewed
correctly,
they
do
not
care
about
your
cats,
all
they
want
is
your
money!
They
have
zero
training
about
why
we
are
paying
money
and
when
someone
pays,
what
are
the
responsibilities
falls
on
the
service
owner
and
the
team!
