    Usually the dynacares that dont allow appointment booking should start booking appointments like this location as there wait times are terrible and false as you can keep on waiting and waiting and never get a turn but I found this location that lets you do appointment and I got lucky and got the appointment for the next day even though its 15 mins or so drive from my place I was glad to do it as I was in and out in under 20 mins. So 1 star deducted just because they were running almost 5 people behind there schedule and kept on mentioning we are short staffed so you have to wait.

    One of the better places you could place a senior family member for care. To bad the government can't figure out that long term and end of life care is just as if not more important as regular health care. You have to hire and pay more people to do the care. And pay them well. Do that because it will be you who suffers most when your time comes...

    I was here for the very first time, and all went smooth. Opening hour is 7:30, I have arrived at 7:00, and was first in the line, at 7:30 there were 7 of people waiting (together with me). We were checked in while we were in the line (between 7:10 and 7:25). Staff is very polite, my blood work was done by Wahid, he was so kind and and professional, it was a painless and even positive experience. At 7:34 I was already on the way home. Thanks!

    One of the best lab in the city. They are so polite and fast. The walking just takes 1 hour and you don’t need to wait there. They text you close to your turn. I have done many different lab tests here and results always came fast. Thank you and keep good work.

    If there is 0 star I would give it to this lab! They don’t answer phone calls, and if they did, easily they saying your doctor did not fax us!!! Horrible service!

    I am giving this residence 5 stars for their outstanding staff and care. I never personally met the staff, but I knew they were the right ones for my great aunt when I saw some of them. I want to thank the residence for the care and love they gave to my great aunt. She passed away last month but I know she had a great life and you guys made it better for her. Thank you once again ☺

    Parking arrangement is not convenient Complicated signs and numbers system, nurse stations that got no one to answer phone calls. Worst of all, a long-term resident is paying $40/months for the private unlimited Internet access WiFi only. He must dial a guest code on his tablet in order to establish connection in a time-limited session that goes away after he closes the screen, as if he were guest. Today he can't connect at all during our visit, the guest code is no longer valid. On Sunday, there's no IT staff on duty and no one could come for help with that. The management is outrageously cheating on a poor 95-year old veteran, treating him miserably, and offered no compensation for the failed service

    Signed in with net check in app only to wait when I arrived as though I had not. Why have an app and posters to skip the wait time by pre registering only to ignore it. Unlike previous experiences at this clinic and using the net check in, today was very disappointing. If you are going to offer priority registration via an app, and display it on a monitor in the office, you should follow the order.

    Have great experience with this lab. Waiting time is very less here as compared to other labs. Want to highlight one member from staff "Bhagyashree" who is super active and multitalented. She is friendly and professional at same time and sounds knowledgeable in case you have any query regarding the tests. I would say all the staff members are nice and I strongly recommended to go to this lab for fast and accurate service.

    I walked in since the schedule for booking was full for the next 3 weeks. They were letting all the appointment ones before me even if they arrive 1 hour later than me. What is the point of the walk in then? There will always be someone with an appointment… then this means that I will never take my turn or wait for hours… But the saddest thing is that, when I complained about the situation, I was told that I can go somewhere else! Now that’s Canada? A communist state or something without competition? No wonder why you get the lowest ratings, but who cares? By the way please fix your display screens it writes “Waiting Customers” !! We are not customers but patients trying to get a decent healthcare!

    My friend Gib McElroy and his wife Terry both live there. They love the place and all the wonderful staff! Thanks so much for taking excellent care of our seniors, they way they deserve to be. Great job, much to be proud of with the environment you all work so hard to create there!

    Better than average care for seniors and convalescent.There are many on site services to aid in rehabilitation and health maintenance. The PSWs, almost universally, are wonderful, caring and hardworking men and women. That said, I find that caregivers have to remain on top of any medical issues. The institution medical team does not seem always to be on top of changes in the resident's ongoing physical issues and any new medical issues that arise. I cringe at what could happen to a mentally incapacitated resident if someone were not in place to advocate for him or her.

    I have been several times.Staff is pleasant and very professional.You are processed quickly,unless you go near lunch which being slow then is expected. I recommend this lab.Go early am and you won't be disappointed.

    I paid for a test that my medical plan covers, and was surprised when a bill for the test I had already paid for arrived in my snail mail. I called Dynacare and they looked into it straight away. They discovered how it happened (data entry error), explained it to me and fixed it immediately. I found them prompt and ethical.

    Saturday hours which are great!! Initial process was very quick and efficient. Staff is very friendly. Wait times are posted. All in all a great experience.

    Garbage facility. Wouldn't let me sit in my car 10 feet from the entrance door because it would "elevate my sugar levels" but calling my name 5 times to make me walk and tell them at the front to confirm "I'm still here" The blonde woman who is supposedly the "manager" has literally no idea what she is doing. Using sarcasm as a way to belittle customers who are frustrated with the little information they are given by the staff who know little about anything.. Very unprofessional and speaks volumes on who the corporate consider acceptable to work in such an important health care field. So unorganized at this facility, wait times even with an appointment are up to 2 hours or more. Staff is rude and have no idea what their doing. Everytime iv been there, unfortunately they are just up the road from my house so this is usually the location I have to go to, there is a room full of angry patients who have been waiting sometimes up to 4 hours for blood work. I waited 2 1/2 hours for blood work for my pregnancy to find out at my next Dr apt that they never received the blood work at all, Dynacare says they sent it, and I doubt my doctor is lying.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

    Do not go first thing in am. Got here 5 mins before they opened at 730 am. Still sitting here at at 830 with 10 ppl still in front of me. If you want fast and efficient service. This is not the place to go. 👎

    As pretty much the only bloodwork place in most of Ottawa I would expect them to at least have the courtesy to not only update their website but also have a Holiday hours posted on the. Nothing like thinking you have done your due diligence ,googled the operational hours to find out there not open after having to fast. I mean it also could be some emergency , but you don't have at least one mobile manager looking after all these locations , not too mention the ease of changing a website ? If your gonna be a monopoly , at least act like you deserve it.

    Nicole was excellent and so sweet. I could hear her with other patients and she was so client-care oriented and I was excited when I got to work with her. The gentlemen at reception was attentive and kind. I was surprised to see less than 4 stars but perhaps a business where you get your blood drawn may not be the happiest place for people to visit. However, the staff there make it a more comfortable experience. Thank you!

    I had been assisted by Iffat (Staff at Dynacare) when I went for bloodwork. She was polite and immensely cooperative , making my wholesome experience great . Whole staff at Eagleson Dynacare, is active and render needed assistance to their patients. Highly recommended.

    I highly recommend using Dynacare's online wait list. It holds your spot in the queue and you only need to arrive 10 minutes before your time to check-in (i.e. if the wait is listed as 40 minutes, you are asked to show up after 30 minutes). I have used this service twice and both times I only waited a few minutes from time of arrival before being taken back for my bloodwork.

    I don't understand why they can't figure out how to be helpful. I checked in online, but then I have to check in when I get there, but there is nothing written to tell you that. So I sat there for 15 minutes with my name at the top of the list but they never thought to look at the list of people on their OWN list! Seriously why can't people just use technology the way it's intended!!

    I’ve been to a few different Dynacare locations around the city and have always encountered tremendously nice and helpful staff. This location is anything but that. Quite disorganized and sadly very rude. Not the level of service I expect from a place like this.

    The reception’s attitude was horrible. If u have a kid, don’t do the test here! They lost my baby’s stool sample result TWICE, and refused to give me a reason. We’re not paying tax for this kind of health care.

    I go to this clinic all the time and they always do a great job. They are kind and respectful and Wahid is very skilled and kind. They are always busy but ever efficient with the system they are given. Thank you for your hard work.

    The customer service within the clinic is good, but they've lost my bloodwork twice now. And when I try to call to see what happened and what I need to do to rectify it, they don't answer the phone. Do yourself a favour and go to the one on Kakulu.

    I do not get the bad reviews. I signed in virtually. Said I had a 30 minute wait. They texted me when I was 10 minutes out. I drove there and practically was walked back immediately. Lady was super nice and informative. I was out in no time. If you expect to just show up and have a speedy experience, thats on you.

    Lined up at 06:50 when opening hour was at 07:30. I was served 1st . Personnel is polite and quick. Net check-in seems not to work for this location. Information about waiting time in the app is greater than the actual one.

    Went in for blood work, and the staff were very unwelcoming. The male nurse that took my blood, didn't find the right vein (I'm assuming) and kept moving the needle around to get the blood flowing in the tubes. Now I have a huge bruise (I don't bruise normally) on my forearm and my arm hurts. I've had blood work done before when they use to do it at the doctors office and never had any issues.

    3 hour wait time for basic blood work that took 2 minutes. They absolutely need more staff, it’s not the fault of the people who work their, they were doing their best… but 3 hours is insane, someone beside me waited almost 4 hours. Just rediculous.

    This location’s online system for booking a spot in line seems efficient but the related text messages all come from USA numbers and invite you to text QUIT to stop. It’s a surprise when you get your phone bill with a charge for out of country text messages just to stop these messages.

    I was there at 1pm and waiting time was less than 5 min. They have a screen to show your name and your approximate waiting time which is helpful. Staff are very friendly. You can have access to your test results online but there is a $22 fee per year for this online service.

    Have been going to this location mostly for blood tests and what can I say? I almost didn't feel the needle coming - professional, excellent, and friendly staff! Best to come here is on late mornings since most patrons prefer to appear 1st thing in the mornings causing long waiting time.

    While I prefer the Dynacare Labs, I do find this one slower than most. The staff is very friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in your comfort, there just seems to be a slowdown in their processing.

    Watched staff leaving about 10 minutes ago and the three were clustered together not practicing social or physical distancing. Given what's happening in the city at other long term senior care facilities I am disgusted. Completely unacceptable behavior.

    Charged $10 for anything over 30 min of parking and would not validate my parking even though I was there to use services provided in the building. I recommend using local street parking if you most use any services in the building.

    Terrible wait times. They do not allow you to book an appointment online. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I had to come in and find out that it was only through there ap. You can't book it via web site?? Ridiculous. Then there hours are ridiculous. I thought my doctor's office was terrible. They are worse. Who knew a simple blood test would be so hard to do. I'm really disgusted.

    I'm not quite sure how the woman at the desk today has a position at this location.. or any service that requires any form of communication with human beings.. I spoke cheerful to every negative sound she mumbled.. yet still walked away feeling sad for her. The only reason this gets any stars is the blood nurses were great people and the woman training today was a natural at poking arms 🤣

    I was in need some blood work, I was anxious to go because most of the time I end up with bruises, but I had a marvelous experience here, definitely I will come back or maybe going to Renfrew where the person who take my sample normally work. All the team is Excellent!
