1/5 Daniel M. 4 years ago on Google
I
simply
asked
the
office
manager
(Vasi)
that
I
would
like
my
child
who
turned
1
year
and
is
still
unable
to
walk
to
stay
in
the
0-1
year
old
class
for
at
least
2-3
more
months
until
she
can
walk
and
is
comfortable
to
make
the
the
switch
to
the
1-5
class.
She
generally
feels
more
comfortable
in
the
0-12
class
and
has
made
friends
but
her
safety
is
my
biggest
concern.
I
went
to
the
1-5
year
old
drop
in
with
my
little
one
and
there
were
absolutely
no
kids
aged
one
or
two
only
3.5
and
up.
She
almost
got
trampled
on
by
the
bigger
kids
since
she
cannot
walk
and
I
stated
it
is
a
safety
hazard
to
stay
in
that
class
which
Vasi
callously
disregarded.
I
will
be
speaking
to
the
safety
board
that
regulates
this
organization
and
make
sure
they
are
aware
that
they
are
putting
children
in
harm's
way.
I
am
astounded
my
request
was
denied
even
though
I
stated
I
would
pay
them
the
$5
for
each
class
since
she
is
past
one
year
and
their
1-5
class
has
that
drop
in
fee.
She
stated
it
is
not
about
the
money
it
is
simply
policy.
Each
child
develops
at
a
different
stage
and
should
be
accommodated
accordingly
since
not
all
kids
can
walk
at
8
or
9
months
and
be
fully
ready
to
move
to
that
bigger
class
and
run
with
the
big
kids.
My
bigger
issue
is
the
lack
of
gravity
given
to
safety
by
the
staff
of
this
establishment.
The
office
manager
was
unprofessional
and
displayed
a
rude
and
callous
attitude
and
should
be
disciplined
harshly
and
severely.
I
know
many
people
with
children
in
and
around
the
area
and
will
be
letting
them
all
know
about
my
experience
and
will
hurt
the
business
since
if
they
treat
people
like
this
they
will
not
be
getting
my
business
or
anyone
I
know
and
word
travels
fast.
I
absolutely
do
not
recommend
because
of
this
experience.
In
response
to
the
owner:
It
is
extremely
DISRESPECTFUL
not
to
mention
DISTASTEFUL
for
you
to
accuse
me
of
being
verbally
abusive
and
belligerent
when
that
is
so
far
from
the
truth
and
is
in
fact
a
straight
up
lie.
This
is
your
method
used
in
order
to
justify
your
poor
decision
making.
My
Google
review
is
factually
accurate
and
everything
that
happened
was
in
fact
mentioned
for
the
public
to
view
in
full.
Asking
your
office
manager
who
is
the
regulatory
body
that
oversees
your
company
does
not
constitute
as
verbally
abusive
in
my
book
and
if
it
does
in
yours
I
think
you
have
quite
a
bit
of
learning
to
do.
However
your
office
manager
hanging
up
the
phone
on
my
wife
is
something
you
conveniently
OMITTED
from
your
distasteful
remarks.
You
mention
you
also
provided
me
with
a
grace
period
for
the
0-12
program...I
am
sorry
you
mean
the
extra
one
week
until
the
end
of
month....thanks
a
lot
for
not
addressing
the
real
problem
listed
above
for
you
and
the
public
to
read.
When
I
stopped
by
your
facility
in
person
of
course
I
demanded
to
speak
to
someone
higher,
I
was
speaking
to
a
14
year
old
looking
kid
nicknamed
Sunshine,
so
excuse
me
for
asking
for
that
since
this
kid
ain't
going
to
help
out
with
anything.
When
I
spoke
to
your
location
manager
we
actually
had
quite
a
pleasant
conversation
which
you
also
OMITTED
in
your
remarks
and
ended
with
him
saying
I
will
be
contacted
the
following
week
after
taking
my
concerns
into
serious
consideration.
Unfortunately
I
received
the
email
you
so
happily
reiterated
in
your
response,
and
to
that
I
say
I
have
happily
taken
my
business
elsewhere
and
thanks
for
pointing
me
in
the
right
direction
away
from
Starr.
Wow
what
a
difference!!
People
should
know
the
rigidity
of
your
organization
and
the
poor
decision-making.
In
your
response
you
say
you
provide
options?
The
answer
is,
NONE!!
To
all
customers
please
do
yourself
and
your
child
a
favor
and
AVOID
this
facility
at
all
costs,
there
are
so
many
better
options
within
the
city
for
gymanstics,
simply
pick
up
the
phone
and
call.
I
have
FILED
COMPLAINTS
with
two
different
organizations
overseeing
the
conduct
including
the
safety
standards
of
this
company,
in
regards
to
everything
they
can
handle
this
from
here.
Jump
on
the
Starr
free
bandwagon!!!
