I have come to GNC for many, many years now. They always have what I need for a great price. The staff is always super knowledgeable. I can always rely on their information for things that I am unsure about or have questions regarding. The store is always super clean. Not sure what else I can say except if your not going to GNC you might want to think about giving them a try. Everything I buy is super high quality and works great for my health needs. You won't be dissatisfied or disappointed.

Had a great experience when I stopped in today. John gave me a hand finding what I was looking for as well as providing me with some great input on specific supplements. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees always bring customers back. Thanks John

Not the same GNC as it was before the pandemic. Location doesn’t have the items that I’m looking for and online doesn’t have the items in Canada. Sucks as I used to come to this place all the time but guess some good things have to come to an end.

10/10. I went in for a gamer/nootropic supplement and they didnt have exactly what i had wanted but staff member john pointed out a similar product and worked exactly as i wanted and expected. Super friendly staff will answer and help with any questions you have. Will definitely be returning

I want to start of saying I never feel the need to make a google review ever but I made an exception for this place. My first time visiting a GNC and right off the bat I was greeted by a helpful lad named John who took the time to recommend/educate me on products that fit my goals and needs. I ended up buying a tub of the gnc cinnamon toast crunch and I'm loving it! Thank you GNC on clyde!

This is a great location to pick up supplements. John helped me grab a whole pile of things that I needed including preworkout, BCAAs, creatine, and Veggie Greens. He directed me to where I was able to grab items on clearance and this saved me a lot of money and I got a great deal on a number of items. Great store and helpful staff, would highly recommend.

He was also welcoming and very friendly from the start and he helped me pick out my product with great advice. Best supplement store in the area. Prices are competitive and with price matching, can’t really complain. Staff know exactly what they are talking about and will work side by side with you (if required) to tailor each recommendation to your needs and goals. Great place to get some of the essentials and to learn something! Manager is doing a great job creating a knowledge filled work environment to help customers get the most out of their money!

Fantastic customer service, would give a 10/10. Big shoutout to John who helped my sister and I out with our protein powder shopping. So informative and got us the best deal for what we were looking for. He also recommended us a new flavour to try which is now one of our favourites. Have always had a great experience with the employees at this location. They are very genuine and don't try to scam you whatsoever.

Stopped by for some essentials and after I definitely compelled to leave a good review for the friend and very accommodating service I received. It didn't hurt that there was a great promotion which I was also informed about and took advantage of. Would recommend stopping by if you're looking supplements, the team is relatable and engaging.

This is so strange because I swear I bought the exact same powder (GNC PRO Whey Iso burst double chocolate) in April & now June yet this new one has more powder in it but the taste is just horrid. It tastes like the powder is moldy or something, I'm so confused. It's the exact same product but the production quality has dropped this much? Did the formula change or something...? I only drink it with water and always has but the difference between the one bought in April and the one bought in June is just astonishing. (in a not good way)

I went to the store this morning. When I got there I met John, he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. It was an awesome experience, and one that I will surely repeat. This is for online but still all one company. Placed an order a week ago. Company lost the order. Never got shipped, but chose to just not notify me. Offered to reship, but only after waiting four more days to research what happened. Then it would be 2 days additional time to ship. A good company would have just apologized, and arranged overnight delivery. I’ve gotten next day delivery shipped from Toronto to Ottawa. This company can’t even ship locally . And refund? They were quick to take my money the minute their fraudulent email stated it was shipped, but 4+ days to reimburse. Just a bunch of thieves.

I had done my research before going but I was educated in this store by John and walked out knowing more than I had going in. And that has been my experience for the past two years!!!! This is THE best GNC in all of Ontario. The staff there are very helpful always give you good information on all the products without pressing you to buy something. John and Brenden the 2 main staff members there are the best salesmen at any GNC, they give you their honest opinion about all supplements and always find best ways to give you great deals on their products. 5 stars.

I live a little bit far of this location in Gatineau but even the extra I am paying in gas is worth it for the products they have at this location for one but two, the staff there know their stuff when it comes to suggesting what is genuinely right for you, particularly John, thanks for that. I am due for a supplement refill soon so I’ll definitely be back.
