I completely don't understand all those 4 + stars for this shop. In my opinion, it is the worst Aquarium shop ever I have seen in my life. Everything is desorganised, dirty , non well maintain, with no price labels... with salt growing all around the aquariums. There is almost no choices and the guy who seems the owner barely talk to you. They are so better out there. Pls, do yourself a favor, don't take the time to visit that place, go elsewhere.

I'm still a newbie with marine aquariums so i do have a lot of questions and running to a lot of 'common newbie problems'. they are very helpful and took the time to help me out. if something wasn't working, i went in and they offered me possible solutions. They stock pretty much everything you need and their products are great! nice choice to corals/fish.

New owners are giving this place some over due love. So excited for them to be epic

Service is great! They always answer my questions and guide me through step by step on how to have a successful salt water fish tank. I have never had a problem with their livestock or products. I was recommended and I would recommend Marine Scape to others.

This store has always been one of the best saltwater stores in Ottawa. The new owners have done an incredible job of cleaning and updating it. The staff is incredibly helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. The corals and fish are healthy, the selection is awesome and the prices are very fair. Kudos to Mark and his team for bringing life back into Marinescape.

I love privately owned stores. I needed special silicone your adhesive that was safe to use in aquariums, and they had it in stock. I called a store closer to me, and their version of this product cost exactly twice as much, and they were a chain. Needless to say, I purchased the product, and it was exactly what I needed. One if the owners did the transaction, and he was very friendly and answers my questions. I recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with aquariums.

Nice little marine aquarium shop with a good veriety of corals. They tend to be rather pricey, but everything is proven healthy. Great knowledgable customer service.

Great people that work there. Very helpful. Very patient. Very educated. Great selection always. Amazing healthy coral collection too. For someone new to the hobby they have been more than helpful and always give me advice even if it means they don't sell product.

Contacted the store and talked to Lisa via email a bunch of time to get some things special ordered. She was a great help. And that was before I'd even been to the store the first time. Went today to pick up the order and it looks great in there! Staff is friendly, tanks are gorgeous. Just wish I had a bigger tank at home right now to take some of those corals and fish home with me.

If you want aptasia and majano anemones then this is your place. Nice stuff but be careful before adding to your display tank.

Don't go to this location, the manager has a stingy way of managing & doesn't understand the value of customer loyalty. She's on a power trip and is quite inflexible with policies that other locations are more flexible about.

Amazing staff! They always have a good selection of treats for our dog. One of the ladies that works there even suggested a certain dog hospital when our puppy was feeling sick and I was completely blown away by the service I received.

They were very helpful in getting what I needed for curb side pickup.
