I found the staff very helpful and informative. I am able to aquire items here that I can not get anywhere else.

Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to shop at this store as it has recently closed due to difficulty obtaining stock.

Bad attitude from staff. Very condescending towards customer questions. Overheard them bad mouthing an older lady after she had left the store. I used to come here for food for my dog but I will take my business elsewhere. Very bad attitude from the shorter older woman with blonde/orange hair, and a lack of energy from another employee there whoes name I did not know. She had arm tattoos. A very nice selection of products however my son found me another Global location I will go to by Hunt Club. Shameful.

I would highly recommend this place for all of your pet needs. I went in looking for some new food for our Chihuahua (as he has gone off his current raw food diet). Instead of purchasing a variety of foods to see which ones he likes; they gave me samples of a few different kinds of dog food. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be back to purchase our pets food in bulk!

The nicest staff ever! I came here with my 3 month old puppy looking for new kibble and some toys. The staff was very accommodating and super knowledgeable. I was given many samples of puppy kibble and felt no pressure to buy anything. They have a huge variety and had everything I was looking for. If I lived closer I’d honestly go here all the time with my dog!

Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to greet all pets as long lost friends. Lots of great products at reasonable prices. My puppy is partial to the Primal branded products, and gets his here.

Shop has gone through a lot of changes over the last couple years. It used to be my go to, but then stop having any stock whatsoever. This being said, it see6m to be on the up and up again

I really like the owner/manager's vibe. She's honest, practical, and down-to-earth. I've never had a problem here, and I've been going for years. They have what I need and will order in anything I require. Their shop girls are unpretentious too. It's just a smooth customer-service experience and that's with all the guidelines we have to follow too.

Meg makes us stop by whenever we pass on our walks. She loves all of the staff, which makes sense because they are all lovely, knowledgeable people. Great selection.

This is a beautiful big store filled with quality items. The other great thing about this store is that the people working there really know their stuff and are super helpful. I also notice that they support local rescues and to me community support is important.

I'm a new cat owner and they spent a genuine amount of time helping me navigate all the different foods/brands my cat could eat. I told them I would sit on the info they gave me and come back in a week. Went back today and met a different worker. Boy, was she friendly and welcoming!! I buy my cat food and toys here. There is a kong toy my cat loves and I can only find it here. I like that this place is right along the bus line, which makes buying a big bag of cat food easier. I signed up for their rewards program to earn free pet food. I prefer this place over some of the bigger chains.

Smokey-Lou and I have been coming here for 10 years. She has not had a pig's ear yet that she didn't like. The staff always have something extra. Dawgs can't go wrong here.

Manager here has an excessively loud, abrasive voice. A courtesy call to say you were putting my special order on the shelf would have been appropriate given I had already explained I would definitely be in to get it once I was back in town. Bad customer service experience considering I have been supporting this store for several years.
