Will use and recommend! They delivered the bin on day that worked for me, the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. They also were very accommodating since I needed to keep the bin extra days than originally scheduled! The pick up was clean quick and once again friendly.

The two men that showed up were very kind, professional and patient. We had A LOT of junk, along with things that needed to be demolished and taken apart. They made our move a hundred times easier. I called Junk that Funk to get some old furniture removed. This company far exceeded my expectations from the first phone call when I was pleasantly greeted by John. It included some heavy items, including a treadmill that the team took the time to figure out the best way to deal with this item. The team showed up on time as scheduled, phoning me 15 minutes in advance to say they were on their way.They were professional, efficient and friendly. Took the time to take off the art from the wall leading into the basement and then hung it back up...and asked me if it was hung right! Very reasonably priced.

excellent service. Needed to get rid of lumber from old deck on Friday before a long weekend. Cory was extremely helpful and even thought they were booked up until Tuesday, he somehow managed to get an empty truck and picked up my stuff after hours (Friday evening at 6pm prior to a long weekend - not many people would do that!!!) . I am very happy with my Junk That Funk experience. Scheduling was easy. The guys arrived on time, were friendly and helpful, and removed some large, heavy furniture pieces quickly and effectively. I find the junk removal prices in general to be a bit expensive, but JTF was competitive and I couldn't have dealt with this on my own. So fair enough, especially given the great service, and it's done!

Great business! We had excellent service at a free electronic waste depot in the spring so thought we'd give them a try when disposing of some old furniture. Wonderful service. I reached out to John on Canada Day through email and he contacted me within the hour. We contacted Junk That Funk on Friday afternoon, and had a 9am appointment on Monday. The guys called ahead to let us know they were on the way, offered flexible payment options (even offering to take cash during Covid!). Upon arrival, they inspected our removal (recliner sofa), and the path out to check for fit and disassembly requirements, and were conscious of ensuring no bumps or scrapes to the walls on the way out. Interactions were courteous and professional, I would happily call again when we need something removed.

My wife and I purchased an old home and decided to completely renovate it, never thinking about what to do with all the old building materials. I remembered getting a card from them when I recycled my old TV during one of their E-waste events. I called them up and they were able to pick up all of the building materials and even offered to leave a large container bin for us to fill during our renovations. They were extremely friendly, fast, and did a great job. Not to mention the price was really reasonable. Thank you Cory and JUNK THAT FUNK for helping us during our renovation. Wow! What an amazing experience in customer service. I sent emails out to several highly-rated junk removal companies and none came anywhere near Junk That Funk. Junk That Funk replied quickly to my request for information and while the others gave the impression that they were content to let front-end software do their work for them, a real person - Cory - from Junk That Funk got back to me right away and kept me posted EVERY STEP along the way. An appointment time was arranged with me, not assigned by them. I received a call to advise me of when the truck was 30 minutes away. The truck was a few minutes late and the guys apologized, there was a nasty accident at a major intersection and the main access roads were closed (I can tell you, the roads were closed for hours.) They had had to take an alternate route. I live in the country, alternate routes are seldom direct. The men were pleasant, calm and VERY respectful and careful in my home. They were immaculately dressed and even their truck and trailer were immaculate. This is clearly a group of people who care. This is also a local company, so giving them my business was supporting my neighbours and my local economy. Fantastic all the way around.

Two amazingly polite Junk that Funk employees showed up exactly when they said they would (almost literally to the minute if you're hesitant about those companies that give you a window of time), gave us a reasonable quote which we accepted, and off they went to remove an immensely large sectional hide-a-bed and very old refrigerator from our basement. Nick and his partner were done in about half an hour. I can't emphasize enough how polite and good natured they were. We've had many contractors in for various things, and when the work is hard, it's obvious. Not with these two. They left smiling and joking with us, and that to me makes it worth the money!
