I highly recommend this store for its great service and product options! The staff are knowledgeable about the products they offer and are always able to point me in the right direction! They have curb side pick up right now and were VERY quick to process my order. Great to see them stay open throughout the pandemic. I find it’s easiest to order online, sometimes they didn’t have the items I was looking for in stock but they were able to offer alternatives my dog loves! If you are looking for great service and quality products this is a must shop place. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica. I have a mini dachshund that eats raw. They are one of the few stores that carry Big Country Raw dog food. Jessica was knowledgeable about their products and helpful in choosing things for Kefli. Good experience, staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. This place easily deserves 5 stars! Never had an issue with ordering over the phone, they just told me to come to the door as it will be easier to ensure they are getting me what I need. Will be revisiting soon

Just moved to Orleans and i would highly recommend this location they were very friendly and well organized the manager told me if i had any issues with there online i can give them a call and they would make sure to put it aside for pickup

Ren's has great sales so keep an eye out for deals, I get flyers in my email. The employees are extremely willing to help, so ask for assistance if you need it and they'll help you out. I've seen them deal with a few uptight customers but I think it's just because they are in Orleans HAHA people love to complain here

Front door pickup - quick and easy.

A few days ago I was at this Ren's location looking for cans of Cat food. I usually shop at the Merivale location but was visiting family in Orleans so I stopped in on the way home. While I was in the store a customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to one of your associates, they were calling her names and insulting her and being unnecessarily mean. I thought Lisa handled the situation with grace and expert calm and I was extremely impressed by her professionality. It is difficult dealing with people like that on the best of days and Lisa handled them very well. I will definitely return to this location if I am ever in the area again.

This store is top tier! They are open throughout lockdown for curbside and I have made orders both online and in person. I called ahead of time to ensure they had the products I was looking for and once I got to the store, they grabbed all the items I needed! Very quick and easy

I recently went to Ren's Pets in Orleans and received phenomenal service. I had not placed an order online and called the store when I got there for curb side pick up. When arriving I saw 2 ladies waiting at the door from my car, they were super friendly and very accommodating to my item requests. The girl with glasses and brown hair ran around the store to grab a few different toys so that I was able to have a variety of toys to pick from, while I spoke to the girl on the phone about which food I previously bought. I didn't catch the name of the girl grabbing the items; however when I called the woman answering the phone said her name was Lisa. I recommend this store to anyone! The staff at this location are doing an amazing job during the pandemic.

Standard selection of pet supplies. Very disappointed with the level of customer service provided, with workers passing by as I continuously looked up and down the aisle and never asked if I needed assistance, roughly 4 of them stood around the cash registers chatting. I received a friendly hello when I walked in and the cashier was nice as I checked out.

I was at this store on Thurs night and there was girl there with blond hair working and I was asking her questions about Go Food for my dog and she was absolutely rude to me the whole time and she was paying attention to her dog that she had at work I’ll not be going back to this store

Great staff, attentive to customer needs. My puppy needed a harness and nothing would fit properly. They assisted to fit her and yay! We now have a better fitting harness! I would recommend this place to any fur parent. Clean store with lots of variety.

Fist time customer at Ren's, was amazed by the service, the young men that helped us was really top 👌, our dog has digestive issues and allergies and we were able to find her food for her condition. Very attentive, will definitely be my store from now on and plus, the prices are really good compared to other petstores and with being a member, you also have perks that comes with it. We looked everywhere for this specific jacket and size for our pup and weren’t having any luck. Thankfully we called this location and got Ella on the phone, she went above and beyond to find it for us and we’re so grateful. She’s the best. We live near IKEA and will happily go to the Orléans location in the future just based off our customer service experience.

We had a bad experience with a dog bed (the anti slip bottom melted in the dryer) and another location of Ren’s Pets (Strandherd Rd). At the Innes location I was helped by Lee, when they saw the damage on the bed they were incredibly fast and texted the manager and received a reply quickly. I was able to exchange the bed and was not made to feel like we had damaged the bed and was trying to scam the system. Lee was fast, professional and friendly.

Very helpful staff. They have a great selection of raw dogfood, including rabbit and kangaroo. If you’re looking for rain or cold weather clothing for your dog, they have an excellent selection of high quality gear!

Our cats are big Ziwi Peaks fans, and this Innes location is always great in getting in as many varieties of this difficult to find cat food. It’s one of the highest quality foods out there, and we appreciate them for trying to keep it in stock as best as possible. They have the wet and dry food for cats and dogs. Great location!

The people that work here are amazing! Not only helpful when needed, they have been so patient with me and my 10 month shepherd who's being training for reactivity. Only place I've gone where I haven't felt judged for my training equipment and/or breeds traits and needs. You have not one loyal customer right here!

Ren's is a great pet store here in Orleans. The staff is always helpful, and they usually have the cat food and other supplies we need on hand... and if by chance they do not, visit a couple days later and they likely will. Drop on in if you have not before, it's a nice friendly store.

Today I reached my highest level of frustration with my vet’s lack of troubleshooting with me to figure out whether my pup was suffering from severe environmental allergies or something else. I called the store and spoke to Ella who proved to be my hero. She listened patiently to my concerns and she was extremely helpful in suggesting a change of dog food, rescue ointment and anti-itch shampoo. My husband and I made our way to the store to meet Ella and pick up our supplies. I am grateful for Ella’s knowledge and impressed by the variety of dog and cat food choices for our fur babies. I ordered a new clipper online and when it was received it would not work even after charging both batteries. I proceeded to buy a spare battery to see if my batteries were the problem. Still would not work. I emailed to see if I could return and exchange for a new one. They kindly went over a couple things I didn't consider, tried them and clipper still wouldn't work. They emailed my closest store to let me know I would be making a return the next day! Customer service was top notch. I walked up to the cash they asked me by name to see if it was me and then proceeded with the exchange without problem!

Went to get a dog bed and the helpful worker gave me an awesome deal and update she loves it and it's the big guy with Trixie and this place rocks will go again :) thanks again

The Ren’s Pets store on Innes Road is the best place to shop for all your pet’s needs. The customer service provided by Rakeme was amazing! Upon entering the store I was pleasantly greeted by Rakeme who said good morning and asked if he could help me in finding anything? I told him the items I was looking for and he personally took the time to show me the various choices for my dog and answered all my questions in explaining each one. Ren’s Pets have everything you need for your pet and with knowledgeable staff like Rakeme, it is now my pet store of choice. Highly recommended !!!

Staff were kind and they had some of my hard to find items for small pets. Otherwise their small pet area is fairly limited.

I don't recommend buying pet grooming products from this store. I purchased clippers and accessories for $400.00 just to receive a broken product straight out of the box. The store refused to replace/refund an hour later. They told me to call the manufacturer.

I love this store, the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The fast and friendly service is very appreciated, especially in this pandemic. I have never received bad service, however today while picking up my online order I witnessed something horrific. There was a gentleman yelling and swearing at another employee, she looked extremely uncomfortable and upset. This is completely unacceptable behaviour. I can't even begin to imagine how he treats his co-workers when no customers are around. I will be avoiding visiting this store for any in person shopping due to the disgusting behaviour that I saw today. I wish I could apologize to the young lady who was, what looked like to be, being harassed by this obnoxious man.

Receive an email saying I was a Ren's VIP because I spend at least 1,000. Funny how they send something like that but won't even put something aside for 30 minutes to give me enough time to get there. Lack of space the manager said but if I order through their website they have the space to put it aside. When I commented through email they got back to me we are sorry and thank you for your feedback. Seriously! That is how they treat the customers that spend that amount of money there. This store used to be a 10 star. Now not sure if they have changed managers but the service is horrible. They keep changing the way you can order whenever they feel like it. As far as they are concerned good customer or not they just don't care! Their online system is not accurate at all.

Very friendly staff, clean store, and good quality merchandise. It's on the pricey side, but if you're looking for something specific for your pet you'll probably find it there. As of 20 Fed 2021, they are only allowing 10 customers in at a time so go off-hours if you can.

Nice let store with lots of toys and food for cat and dogs. The fish section is quite small bit other than that, a great place for your pets needs.

So I was going to post about the blonde lady who legitimatly went out of her way for me and then saw the previous negative review... she took her time and asked me what I needed and actually gave me suggestions in things as a newish cat owner 150/10 recommend her. I think her name was Cat actually XD not necessarily ever had a bad experience at Rens but Cat made this one stand out.

Great store! Love the products they service, except for the blond lady with the glasses that is usually working when I shop. She is very rude and usually gives me an attitude when I shop. I tend to avoid going to Rens if I know she's working.

Great place to shop for pets

Wanted to buy a Clipper to trim my dog the staff didn't have the key to unlock the case! When they say that you only have one chance to impress, they blew it!

Had a minor issue, but it was resolved so quickly! This is a great store...reminds me of a "Ma and Pa" type establishment. A big thanks to Diane for helping me...and Gucci😺 And thank you to the staff too. Stay Cool!

Went in to Pet store looking for something for tear stains, for my dog.They no longer carry it. They suggested I tried Ren's. So glad they did. While there they had some samples of VetDiet products. I have tried the Dental Care one.AWESOME white teeth my dog now has.
