As for treatments, they were absolutely amazing. I went for chrio, physio, and massage and they were all so helpful. However, as for insurance claims... it took (and is still in the process of) making an insurance claim through the clinic. I had to email and call the clinic multiple times through the 2 years for them to even file the claim because they "kept forgetting". It came to the point that my insurance adjustor had to contact them twice for them to send over files. I am a very neutral person in situations like this and do not like writing reviews but, this was very unprofessional for a clinic to do. 2 years later and I am still dealing with this. In terms of insurance claims, they are not helpful and I would not recommend.

I’ve been suffering from a car accident that happened in 2016 , I’ve done every treatment possible with no relief , in 2022 , I finally listened to a family member and went to see Ashley !! We had a full review and chat and we talked about the steps we could take. We added in Chiro with Jess and then added in injections with Junek , honestly I’ve gone from a pain sale of 7-10 to 3-5 within a couple weeks !!!! The quote I loved from one of the practitioners was “ we don’t know when you will get better , but you will get better “. Truly blessed to have such kind caring practitioners who listen and care about getting you better and not about the $ aspect .

I love that they offers Physio, Chiro and Massage Therapy all in one. They have very progressive treatment options for your injuries too. I love that the staff if young, friendly and vibrant... not to mention they fixed my shoulder and back pain right away. I love that this clinic is set in an old Victorian home right in the heart of Ottawa near Elgin!

Liz is one of the great reception staff and she went above and beyond to help me with getting all of my necessary paperwork in order. Had a prenatal physiotherapy assessment. I highly recommend Shelagh. She was very professional yet relatable, made sure I was at ease and comfortable, explained everything and gave great tips and exercises to manage pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. I have been going to this integrative clinic for years. They are amazing and I love that the practitioners share information and work together to get you fixed up and better. The front desk staff is also super friendly and helpful and online booking options make scheduling appointments a breeze. Plus most practitioners off times outside regular 9-5 hours letting me get treatment without missing work.

I’ve been seeing Jessica as my chiropractor for a few years now and she is the absolute best! She is attentive, caring and gets you feeling back to normal in no time. Other chiropractics also rush you with a small cracks here or there but Jessica takes the time to truly listen to your problem and makes a plan to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. She has a whole cart of tricks, like dry needling and acupuncture, that she uses as part of her holistic approach. She doesn’t just help with back issues but all pain related issues. I started seeing her for my sinus pain with acupuncture treatment and it helped so much! I highly recommend her to anyone. Side note: I also recently started seeing Jane for massages and she’s amazing too!

The Integrate team is always welcoming and happy to see you. They do their best to accommodate your schedule and that has been a great support to my busy schedule. You could find therapists on late evenings and weekend. My only two concerns with Integrate are the therapists tend to work to the comfort level of the children and this has caused the treatment to extend so far for 7 months to treat a wry neck technically a stiff neck where Integrate physiotherapist would ask the child what they would like to do that visit rather than do what is needed to fix the issue promptly and efficiently saving us so many visits each week for 7 months and saving us so much money where when the physiotherapist reached a plateau, they suggested to complement their work with chiropractic treatments and when both plateaued, they added to the mix a GP to use medical needling. They could have went with medical needling after the first month and save us all the trouble, time and money. My second concern, is the expensive rates Integrate charges. In comparison to another clinic that is highly rated that I use for my health care treatment, Integrate charges 17 dollars more on each 15 minute Chiropractor visit, 15 dollars more on each physiotherapy session. Integrate please drop your rates so we keep enjoying your services.

I have seen several of the practitioners at Integrate and they are all fantastic! Roma was my first practitioner, she treated a rowing related shoulder injury with dry needling. She had me back on the water right in time for North American Championships. Next, I saw Karen for concussion management during my last semester of university. She was able to put me at ease and help me understand what was going on with my head. Its safe to say that without her treatments and her advice, I wouldn't have graduated that semester. Then, I saw Jon for some hip issues that were cleared up quickly with some Neurofunctional Acupuncture. I have seen Graham when I had a migraine for several days in a row, one traditional Chinese acupuncture treatment and the migraine went away almost instantly. I have also seen Kelsey for some dry needling sessions on my legs which were painful initially but are very effective (note to self: always take a hot bath after treatments). Lately, I have been seeing Geoff for some ART treatments on my IT bands which I have seen lots of progress in just a few sessions. While he was away, I saw Nick for some treatments and he did an amazing job keeping my treatments consistent and following Geoff's treatment plan. In my opinion, Integrate houses the best practitioner's in Ottawa!

Amazing massage! I recently went for 2 massages over the past month at other clinics and I don't know why I ever deviated from what are the best massages in the city - at Integrate! I went and saw Riley Burns (physiotherapist) for a groin issue I was having. He was very professional and helped me work through a number of stretch and exercises to relive the pain and build strength in the muscle. He even followed up a few weeks after the appointment to see how things were going. Will be contacting Riley next time I need physiotherapy!

I've seen Dr. Chad Wilson for chiropractic treatments numerous times over the past three years, and most recently in June. Dr. Wilson's neck adjustments are careful and gentle, and he takes his time to loosen up the muscles in the area beforehand. I have always been anxious about neck adjustment, even though I feel better afterwards. Dr. Wilson is the first chiropractor I've been to whose adjustments don't make me nervous at all. Over the years, he has also helped effectively address my knee pain and Plantar fasciitis too.

I initially found Integrate while looking for dry needling for my mom, and decided to book both of us an appointment - physiotherapy for my mom and massage for myself. I can happily say that we have received wonderful results! Shelagh’s expertise has enabled my mom to sleep through the night for the first time in years after her neck and shoulder injury, and she has been very attentive and accommodating. My mom can now enjoy her day without the stress of her chronic pain thanks to Shelagh. Devin has been amazing and is very knowledgeable - he has helped fix problems I didn’t even know I had from daily stress! My mobility and overall health have vastly improved since my first visit. The staff there are very kind, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic and we will be definitely be coming back in the future!

Amazing clinic! I have a host of musculoskeletal issues that have been very challenging to treat, but Sheighla, Roma and Chad have all done amazing work! They make great use of technology that actually makes my life easier and my treatment more effective; appointment reminders, online calendars, multimedia resources, etc, etc. It's great how their staff can share notes and how their practices all overlap with complimentary specialties. This model of healthcare should be the standard, not the exception. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend INTEGRATED Ottawa for any treatment! I personally go there for shockwave treatment and as an athlete; this is the best place to go!! The staff is amazing, very unique atmosphere! In my ongoing attempt to find the fountain of middle age, I started running last summer after a 20-odd year hiatus. After suffering several injuries, I visited another physiotherapist who prescribed orthotics and electro-stimulation. $500 and many sessions later, I ended up with yet another running injury. This summer, I visited these fine folks. Karen Boyle did a physical and running stride assessment, and prescribed stretches, strengthening exercises, and an adjustment in my stride. Now I'm running 6 or 7 kms at least twice a week, and my legs feel great. I think I got a glimpse of the fountain last time out. Thanks folks!

I have been receiving treatment from Integrate Healthcare (OC3) since 2014 because of increasing leg pain experienced over several years during my various outdoor activities. Physiotherapist Shelagh first provided an exercise program and dry kneedling with Chiropractor Chad complementing with ART treatments. After being diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in one hip in 2015, their effective treatments and exercise program kept my body active and as strong as possible until I finally was able to have a total hip replacement in November 2018. When Shelagh went on maternity leave, physio Kelsey took over providing physiotheraphy programs which kept me moving through my long painful year waiting for surgery. Many thanks to all three practitioners for going the extra mile to get me through my long journey back to a more active life!
