Had a gold anklet that needed repair on the chain. The front desk lady fitted me in last min and the soldering was done in 15min. I called around other repair stores in town and everywhere else said they needed it for one week at much higher rate. Super friendly staff and i would definitely come back for any other repair job. Recommend to anyone:)

Went in this afternoon to repair a chain clasp and they did it on the spot in under fifteen minutes for a very good price. I was quoted over a hundred dollars and weeks to send it away to replace the clasp and solder the new one on by other places in the city, but they took a look and told me it could be bent back into place right then and there. The lady there was very nice and so friendly. Definitely my new go-to place for new jewelry and repairs despite the half hour drive!!

They went FAR above and beyond to customize my and my husband's wedding rings. I brought them a challenge and an emergency timeline and they were incredible. We are so thankful.

Had to have links of his watch removed, and to repair a very delicate necklace for me. Both ladies were fantastic! She repaired my necklace right then and there (a job I was told by others would take days). Repair cost was outstanding as well. DEFINITELY my new store!

We asked them to order a wedding band that we were really interested in from their jewelry catalog and they refused, they said the only way they can order it in is if we buy it. How ridiculous is that? How can they expect us to pay 1800$ for a ring we haven't gotten to see or try on in person. Its too bad because it was a gorgeous ring.

I’ve never bought anything from here. Had my chain fixed here, they fixed it on the spot for a decent price. Was done in under 15 minutes. Nice people as well.

They did a good job with a ring resize but customer service was not satisfactory, neglected in the store and didn’t receive any call after work was done.
