I was actually just cutting through to get to the other side of the mall when I was greeted, and that prompted me to stop , respond and look around. Some beautiful jewelry caught my eye and from chit chat to looking around I ended up leaving buying a beautiful necklace/earrings as a gift. The service was amazing, they go above and beyond to help their clients... even if their intention was not to shop! HAHAHA. I shop here often great deals, great people, and fast service. Warranty are included with all the purchases I’ve made. I am a younger adult and walking in to jewelry store people are usually really uninterested in serving me because I’m younger therefore “have less money” therefore I don’t often receive great service but here there is no judgment they will take the time to serve you even when you admit to not being ready to purchase an item that expensive! Love this place!!!!

I came in to get my watch resized after a bad experience at another store. The staff were very nice and understanding and they had the best service. I felt very welcomed in their store. They had a nice selection of jewelry and watches and I would definitely go back for any of my next purchases.

Low-quality products: I bought earrings for my sister last year as a present, and she found out that the earring clasp didn't align well when she tried them on. Moreover, 13 months later, one end (of a decorative part) broke while she was wearing them in the house. Wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Called the store to inquire about purchasing an engagement ring to go with my wedding band as my previous ring was temporary and the associate who answered was very rude. She also seemed annoyed that i spoke English and not french and continued to speak french asking me what i want (I can understand very well). Asked if i could have my band (which was purchased there) soldered with one of their engagement rings and was told yes that's an option. Asked if i could purchase a warranty because its a real diamond ring i plan on buying and would like some protection so it can last me forever, cause if i wanted to spend hundred more to have it sized or cleaned id go and buy a more expensive one, and the associate sighed and said they don't do warranties and hung the phone up on me. Wont be returning, was hoping to give a smaller less known business my $1000 but they wont be getting it and i wont ever be going back.

Great service! I brought a chain to be repaired that I’ve had for over 30 years and has a lot of sentimental value. When I returned to pick it up we discovered that there was 2 issues that had to be resolved. I recently bought a pair of earrings from them assuming they would be new and free of defects especially buying from what I thought was a prestigious jewelry store. Unfortunately the lady helping me was rushing and didn’t even bother to check my pair of earrings for defects, I got home and the post was completely bent. What an awful experience shopping here. Definitely would not recommend and will not be going back.

I bought my fiancée's engagement ring here, and it's beautiful and gets a lot of compliments. That's their only saving grace. I went here to get my own ring resized after getting sick and putting on a lot of weight as a result. I needed it to go up 3 sizes. I was told quite rudely that it wasn't possible to resize it that much, and to just continue wearing it on my pinky. I could have understood if they just told me it wasn't something they could personally do, and that I would need to go to another jeweller (which is what I did, and they could do it there). However, I didn't need the attitude of, "That's just not possible."

I went to this store today. I asked if they change watch battery. I gave them 2 watches 1 is fossil and the other is swiss. She made the fossil working but not the swiss one and she said my watch is broken and i tried the other jewelry store they said who ever open your watch she broke it . Now I need to fix my watch for $150.00 I am very disappointed for going to the wrong place.
