I worked with Samuel to restore my grandfathers wedding ring and make some adjustments. They were able to work with me on making sure the ring stayed as close to the original design as possible, all the while adapting to the adjustments I wanted to have done. We couldn't be more happy with our wedding rings that created by Joy Creations. I contact Samuel in January to make two customized wedding bands and he was very quick to respond and very honest with the price and not pushy to sell at all. Samuel was very patient throughout the design process cause he provided me more than 10 different designs. And he didn't ask for any deposit during the design process and he explained that I don't have any obligation to buy from them if I didn't like the design. But I am very happy Samuel make the perfect design at the end. Once we decide on the design we got our rings in about a month. The final products are even more beautiful than I can ever imagine. Awesome and amazing service!! We were looking for someplace to resize my engagement and wedding rings and since we had gems on the sides we were worried no place would do them. We emailed Joy Creations and the wonderful Samuel was super quick to respond to our inquire. We booked a consultation on Dec 4th and he inspected and provided us with a quote right away. He also informed us that it would take about 3-4 weeks as it was holiday season, which didn't surprise us. Cut to Dec 11 (a week later) and he emails us to let us know they were ready for pick (which WOW that was quick!) We went in and they fit perfectly - didn't notice any changes and we paid a really good price for the both of them! Overall a great experience and great people! Would definitely recommend!

I had a really good experience with Samuel at Joy Creations. Despite it being a fairly simple design, he was still engaged and motivated to help me make the perfect ring for my girlfriend. He was helpful and professional throughout the process. He gave some great advice on the diamond purchase and the final product was beautiful. He was also very helpful in resizing it. I went to Joy Creations because the band of my engagement ring broke. I spoke with Sam, who provided me with various options for fixing the ring. I asked him what option he felt was the best for this situation and he indicated what he would do. He provided a quote for the work and a timeframe, and he delivered on both. A jewellery designer, he showed me a ring he was working on and explained what went into developing the piece, and it was impressive. I felt a bit embarrassed giving him the boring task of ring band repair. But he treated the work of saving my rings as respectfully as his design work, the result of which is a hope to bring him more of the latter.

I worked with Samuel to design and create an engagement ring - my fiancé and I couldn't be happier! Samuel was very diligent and provided clear explanations to everything along the process. He keeps consistent communication even outside the opening hours of the store which was awesome. I am so thrilled with this ring! I had some of my grandmother's wedding rings and I asked Samuel and Dennis go incorporate it into one engagement ring on a gold band. I sketched my design only using a sketch I had made and if came out so beautifully! Went to get my ringz resized and they discussed multiple ways of achieving my needs since I had a complicated, textures band. Their gold smith did a beautiful job of recreating it into one larger band from scratch.

I wanted to make adjustments to the prongs on a ring. Dennis was very friendly and took the time to explain the process for the adjustments and the result it would have on the ring. He provided objective information but also offered his expert opinion; I felt that the suggestions he offered were in my best interest. The overall process was quick and efficient. The prongs on the ring looked much better after Dennis made the adjustments. Highly recommend Joy Creations for any jewelry needs.

I brought in my wife's engagement ring for an estimate for significant repairs to the band and to replace a missing baguette and as well to check all the other diamonds to ensure their integrity. I took my engagement ring for resizing at Joy Creations this past month and I had a great experience. Samuel was kind, clear about the process, helped me to find my correct ring size, was extremely flexible about appointment scheduling, and guided me well throughout. My ring needed to go up two sizes, and Samuel warned me that with rose gold, it can sometimes be difficult to colour match the new gold to the existing ring. When I picked up my ring this past weekend, I was prepared for there to be a visible patch (this wouldn't have been a concern for me), but I can't see any difference at all! All my thanks and kudos to Samuel for his excellent work. I will definitely return to Joy Creations for my future jewelry repair or sizing needs, and for any custom projects I might be able to dream up! This place is a gem in and of itself.
