Have taken watches and an old heirloom clock in for repair. Khuang is very knowledgeable. His work has always been top quality, and done more quickly and at a lower cost than I would have expected. He is also a very friendly and kind person whom I enjoy talking with. Recently, I also had my father's 70-year-old wedding ring resized. It was done the same day, and the result was a much stronger and properly fitting ring for Dad. He will now be able to proudly wear it again.

I would heartily recommend this person. I took a couple of fine antique bracelets for repair. The owner did a great job. He fixed the broken details in such a way as if there had been no damage before. The price was fair and work was done fast in spite of its complexity. This is my second review. I had an excellent service a couple of years ago. So, I went back as I had 2 brand name watches that required batteries that had been sitting in my drawer for a while as the price of replacement of a simple battery at the company shop was unreasonably high. Last year, I took both of them to K T Jewellery & Watch Repair, and to my delight, both of them had batteries replaced at a fraction of the price. We went in for a mens ring resizing and the owner did a great job! Absolutely cannot tell how/where he resized the ring from - the details and carvings on the ring looked exactly the same as before the resize. The resize took about an hour and he was able to do it right away on the spot. You can tell the owner is an expert!

Great customer service! Very informative with great prices I would highly recommend. They also work very fast. I repaired two items here I had the option to pick them up within the same day.

I walked in with a nearly impossible task (stripped screws on a dive watch bracelet) and the proprietor gave both an earnest attempt and recommendations once it was clear that the manufacturer had substantially over-tightened them to the point where it was not possible to remove. He refused payment for the attempt and gave recommendations for some more advanced facilities in Ottawa that had the precision countersink machines required to remedy the issue. Professional, friendly, and competent. I will definitely be bringing future watch purchases here instead of trying the "at-home" method first. You can't generally get this kind of service in Ottawa easily, so I can heartily and strongly recommend his services.

My step daughter was getting married and when we arrived in town, the pearl necklace and matching bracelet she was borrowing from her mom were too big. We explained our situation and that the wedding was 72 hours away and k t completely restrung both flawlessly within 48 hours. Amazing service.

I took two rings in to get resized, the service was quick but quality. The customer service was great and he made our rings look so beautiful. He was obviously busy but still resized both rings and polished them in under three hours. The store is a little hard to find because it is inside of a salon but it is worth it.

First, google maps shows the wrong address. I had to ask from other stores to find this watch repair store. After finally finding it i see that the person is not there and another person who is the barber tells me that he will be late and asked me to wait an hour or to come back. Before going i called the phone number and and the auto messages said that they are open on Saturday from 10 am and it also show on google that they open at 10. I spend 40 minutes for nothing!!!! Avoid this place or 1st confirm that the person is present at work, do not go until you talk to him. Very disappointed!!

I needed my watch crystal replaced. This was not the first place I called however everyone else said they would require several days even weeks to do the replacement. I spoke with the jeweler at KT Jewellery and was told if the crystal was in stock he would do it right away. I came in and had the work done as well as 2 batteries replace all within 1 hour. Highly recommend KT Jewellery.

Did a great job at a fair price. I had a swarvoski tennis bracelet that the swarvoski store said was unrepairable, this shop fixed it in one hour. You can only tell it was repaired if you look at the backside that doesn’t show when it’s on my wrist. The store doesn’t always look open from the outside- go in the same door as the currency exchange
