Brought in 2 rings from my great grandmothers to be made into one. The ring was so beautifully done, crafted with such care. The process was quick and easy and we were kept informed along the whole process. I was so happy to be able to keep the family heirlooms! Thank you again!

I had an urgent need to have a ring cut off due to a sprain. They did a great job. Everyone in the shop is so pleasant. I'm looking forward to having them repair and resize the ring when my swollen finger returns to normal.

I unfortunately had a bad experience here. It’s too bad that it’s now left a very sour taste. I also asked the sales girl if she was ok with a bad review on google or any other place I could write one, and she said sure and sarcastically wished me a happy day . I asked for her name but she refused to give it. I brought in a chain that I broke the clasp on as it got caught onto a jolly jumper and fully came off my chain. They replaced the clasp in reasonable time, it came to 90. I picked it up December 31 2021. June 30th, the spring in the clasp came lose/broke/snapped off and the clasp no longer stayed closed. The necklace was hold an heirloom. I am extremely lucky! They chain fell to the ground and I thought I lost the pendant but I found it! I took the necklace back that day thinking that it’s only been 6.5 months that they would replace it at no charge as springs don’t usually fall off the clasp….. they never have for me before (except when I get my chain caught onto things lol, but this was no fault of mine). Nope, they wanted to charge me for it as I was just a few weeks past the warranty their 6 months warranty. I was very much upset. She said I could just pay for the clasp and they would not charge me for the soldering. I didn’t want to repay for their defective clasp… the spring in it broke. How many times have you had the spring in your clasp break???? I have chains that have been handed down from generations and they are still good! The nice jeweller…. Always polite told me to come back Saturday and speak with the owner which I would have but the sales lady started to tell me that I should pay 50 for the clasp and that was a good deal. Really? That’s when I asked her if it’s ok that I write my review and she didn’t even care so here it is. Their warranty only 6 months…. Refuse to bend for a defective product that they sold to me. Rita

Amazing service. I called this morning to ask if they could remove my wedding ring as after 52 years it had become uncomfortably tight. The lady who answered the ‘phone was very friendly and pleasant. When we arrived this afternoon we were greeted so nicely and the young gentleman who removed the ring did an excellent, painless job in 20 seconds. It will take about 5 weeks for my finger to be ready to be sized and the ring adjusted and as we were leaving my husband said to me ‘ When we return, we’ll buy something nice as well. They have 2 new customers. ‘ Great store with lovely people.

Good spot! I’ve bought a couple watches from Taings! He was very helpful when selecting a watch and sizing it perfect for me! I had great experience here and felt welcomed right from walking into the front door! I would go back for sure when I need to get some jewellery! Great overall service!

My ring broke where the finger meets the palm because it had become thin. I got to speak with the goldsmith and he said he would build up the band. A week later I picked up the ring looking perfect!

Taing Jewellers is the exact reason why small businesses need to survive. I was at Bayshore yesterday and went to two different jewelers in mall (only because I was there) to have a ring cut off. Both told me to go to the hospital. I called Taing Jewellers and asked if they cut rings off. They said yes. I walked in today and in less than five minutes from being greeted asked to apply hand sanitizer and had my ring cut off. Not only that they did not even charge me. This saved me hours and exposure at a local hospital. I am forever grateful and will only shop for all jewelry here from now on.

I have been to Taing Jewellers a few times over the last few months for several reasons, such as getting my engagement ring resized, picking out my wedding band, and for my fiancé to pick out his wedding band. When getting my engagement ring resized, they gave their professional recommendation but allowed me to make a choice on my comfort level. When I received my ring back, it was in perfect condition and the right size, but also cleaned and shined more than I have ever seen it. I couldn't be happier! When it came to picking out our wedding bands, we knew we'd come back to Taing Jewellers. They have an incredible selection of high quality choices. We are most impressed by their customer service. The staff truly listened to what we wanted and made expert recommendations. We could feel that they had our best interests in mind and they wanted us to have a beautiful/handsome piece of jewellery that we loved. The staff members remember us when we visit the store and provide friendly and professional service every time. I will recommend them to all my friends and family with jewellery or repair needs!

I came here to get my engagement ring resized as it was too small to wear comfortably. The individual who sized me placed one sizer on my finger, quickly jotted the size down without asking me if the size was appropriate. It felt rushed and unprofessional. When I went to pick up my ring, it was too big. I brought the ring back two days later to have it sized down, and the individual there questioned why the ring was too big. I explained that the previous time I was sized was rushed and that only one size was tried on my ring finger. They again resized my ring, this time at no cost. When I picked up my ring from Taing for the second time, I noticed the white gold and the yellow gold parts of my ring were separating, as the soldering had disintegrated when the ring was cut to be a smaller size. When my fiancé and I called the company that made my ring originally, they explained that any professional goldsmith would know that the section of the ring where the white gold and yellow gold meets would need to be cooled properly in order to prevent this from happening. Although the cost was reasonable, and the turn-around time of the ring being resized was quick, I now see that they completely rushed this job. I now have to pay to have my ring re-soldered, but I do not trust Taing to complete this, and absolutely will not be returning to Taing Jewellers again in the future.

I visited two days in a row for watch repairs. I received very friendly service and fast repairs both days. I also had another difficult repair to make and was given all the information I needed to do it myself. I would highly recommend this establishment.
