What a wonderful experience! Vero diamonds fixed my husband's gold bracelet that was gifted to him by our daughters 20+ years ago. The lock broke on it months ago. Vero Diamonds is a new and upcoming jewelry store that is located right downtown in cool, hip, bright environment. Ali (the owner) makes you feel right at home in a time where the world is in such an unknown place. He makes sure you are comfortable with all covid-19 protocols that they have established in their building. I bought a necklace from him and upon cleaning, the color was not perfect to his standards so he went out and got another one which was even better and still gave the original price (as it would have been a bit higher)! At Vero Diamonds, they sell all different types of jewelry, gems, and are putting in a vintage/estate section. I will hands down be buying all of my families jewelry at Vero Diamonds. The customer service is beyond amazing and such a personalized experience. Ali will also give you updates on the jewelry you have ordered to make sure it is a smooth transaction. Vero did an amazing job on my custom engagement ring. Ali is a master at what he does and is one of the best gemologists around. He worked with me to find the best diamond for my budget and made recommendations based on the setting and specifics of the custom ring design. Vero provided a CAD model of the ring and 3D printed a wax model to make sure that the diamond and ring fit together perfectly before casting it. This also allowed me to make changes and tweaks to the ring design along the way which gave me peace of mind. Ali was very patient during the design process and was a pleasure to work with.
