My
bad
experience
started
with
a
young
employee
who
pierced
my
daughter’s
ears.
She
sold
us
a
bottle
of
disinfected
and
told
my
daughter
she
could
take
out
her
studs
after
three
weeks.
She
also
told
us
that
if
she
got
an
infection
she
could
come
back
within
12
weeks.
Both
things
happened.
After
a
trip
to
the
doctor
for
antibiotics
we
went
back
to
the
store
near
the
end
of
12
weeks
to
be
sure
that
they
were
healed.
The
manager
was
nice
but
told
us
there
was
no
such
policy.
She
also
said
that
employee
had
been
let
go.
She
made
an
agreemeant
with
us
that
if
we
brought
back
the
studs
and
the
receipt
we
could
get
her
ears
reprierced
for
free.
Two
days
later
we
came
back
with
all
the
paper
work
I
had
been
given.
I
then
was
confronted
by
a
very
rude
manager.
Her
first
claim
was
“
I
am
her
boss”
referring
to
the
Sunday
manager.
She
was
claiming
that
she
is
in
charge
and
that
is
not
their
policy.
I
tried
to
explain
about
the
first
employee,
the
agreement
but
she
would
not
let
me
speak
and
began
to
treat
me
as
“Hostile
costumer
101”
it
was
a
terrible
feeling.
She
was
abrupt.
Told
me
she
would
“not
be
piercing
any
ears
today”
“I
am
telling
you
to
leave
the
store”
I
couldn’t
believe
it.
I
had
not
raised
my
voice.
Like
I
said
I
barley
got
a
word
in.
I
told
her
I
was
a
nice
person
and
had
never
been
treated
so
poorly
in
my
life.
What
has
happened
to
costumer
service?
