My bad experience started with a young employee who pierced my daughter’s ears. She sold us a bottle of disinfected and told my daughter she could take out her studs after three weeks. She also told us that if she got an infection she could come back within 12 weeks. Both things happened. After a trip to the doctor for antibiotics we went back to the store near the end of 12 weeks to be sure that they were healed. The manager was nice but told us there was no such policy. She also said that employee had been let go. She made an agreemeant with us that if we brought back the studs and the receipt we could get her ears reprierced for free. Two days later we came back with all the paper work I had been given. I then was confronted by a very rude manager. Her first claim was “ I am her boss” referring to the Sunday manager. She was claiming that she is in charge and that is not their policy. I tried to explain about the first employee, the agreement but she would not let me speak and began to treat me as “Hostile costumer 101” it was a terrible feeling. She was abrupt. Told me she would “not be piercing any ears today” “I am telling you to leave the store” I couldn’t believe it. I had not raised my voice. Like I said I barley got a word in. I told her I was a nice person and had never been treated so poorly in my life. What has happened to costumer service?

Honestly the manager here is very combative and disrespectful.. I had a simple question for her which would have led to sales even though they didn’t have what I wanted... and she was super unhelpful. She looked at me with disgust like I was wasting her time and honestly I find it hilarious how they expect to make money when they aren’t nice to the people who help feed their damn kids. This manager should not be working here or represent the company. She went on to talk with her employees about Whatever the heck they were and it sounded like a bunch of middle school girls being obnoxious. This Claire’s is doomed and truly should be out of business. That manager with the dark hair, sort of chubby.. needs to go. I wish I could give this -9374 stars. DO NOT SHOP OR EVEN WINDOW SHOP HERE. Ps: it’s also super unorganized and messy and employees drink and eat while on the job.. it’s a disaster. Yuck!!!!!

I love Claire's just don't get your ears pierced here, nothing at all against the staff but the conditions are not as sanitary as a proper piercing parlor and trust me you want the extra care to not get an infection or a sloppy piercing. But Claire's is so iconic. I only wish their clip on unicorn earrings came as proper earrings too

Children piercing ears can not possibly have the experience needed to not do damage to the ears.... Let alone do it wrong .. which is irreversible. As a former employee I know Claire's puts sales before piercings.

I went to enquire about ear piercing. The staff were pleasant and informative; but I find the store difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. Too many things hanging off racks that either don't move or are difficult to move.

Took my daughter (7 years old) to this location to get her ears pierced as a birthday gift. We were lucky enough to be served by Meghan who’s originally from the Orleans location. She’s absolutely awesome and was so great with my daughter, it was definitely a great experience for her and we’ll be coming back to this location.

My GF was very happy with her ear piercings. The staff was very nice.

Got my ears pierced here kinda expensive for the reputation they have but it's been 3 weeks and I'm fine. They also have some nice jewelry.

i’ve gotten all my piercings from this location and the staff here give me cool uncle/aunt vibes! They are so helpful with my needs and helpful with calming me down when i freak out lolololol.

I stopped in this store yesterday after work to look for stocking stuffers. Oliver was the employee who helped me most - he helped me pick out some things for my daughter and my mom. He and the other employee (whose name I didn't catch) were so nice and friendly! Thank you!

Useful but they need more piercings available I know this store is for younger people but adding nipple peircings somewhere in the back wouldn't hurt.

Had a rude Customer comment to me. Was just informing them that there was a line to enter the store, said I was not an employee that I should mind my own business. As there were a few people waiting in line.
