We love this place, I'm not Scottish or Irish but I love the store and the great selection of over seas treats and foods you can find here.. they carry a lot of wonderful little treasures.. the store is always super clean and the staff is always happy to meet and greet you and help you out with any questions you may have.. they are a wonder Bunch of people.. give this place a shot and around Christmas you can find the best Toffee ...(the one with the mini hammer)

I love this store, have been frequenting for years. I go for the British food items mostly but have also purchased hats, rugby jerseys and calendars in the past.

Great selection of products. Reminds me of home and finds like pickled onions, good sandwich spread, scampi fries and cordial are fantastic

Prices are more reasonable here than the new British Bake place down the street. The selection is far superior but they don't sell any fresh baked goods so perhaps you should buy your grocery items here and then mozey on down to the other store afterwards.

Great selection of foods, drinks, clothes and other items all from the British Isles. Came here looking for Camp Coffee. Found that and more! The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Have been in several times, love seeing the grocery products, but the staff........... were SO rude! My father went in to get some products, was told he had to use the sanitizer - he politely told them he was unable to use the sanitizer due to an allergy and asked if there was a place he could wash his hands? he was told absolutely not... and he had to go to the MacDonald's down the street to wash his hands and come back... (???) That day, they lost 3 customers. Get some proper customer service.

Wow!!! If you spent time or lived in UK , you will love this store. They have everything from digestive to lucozade. If I am feeling nostalgic this is my go to store !!!!

A good shop to pick up your UK items. I found my favorite tea that I would have otherwise asked a family member to buy and bring over when they visited. There is a frozen section with British pies & pasties. I don't eat haggis, but it was available!!! Drinks, crisps, chocolates, pot noodles, oats/porridge, tartan, and a lot more are available. The prices are reasonable. Reminded me of home

Good place for knick knacks, traditional foods, but beware of made in china blunders... bought flag of Ireland and had to exchange, it was backwards lol, other than slight delay, corrective exchange was made hassle free and I'm glad the blunder made in china was pointed out😁🙋🍁💚🤍🧡☘️🌠

Souvenir section not kept up. Much of store now dedicated to snack type food. Not as an exciting store to visit as it was a couple of years ago.

Amazingly huge store, greatest selection of goods. All the fans, and right now all the necessary Christmas special treats.

They helped me find what I needed for my grandmother's funeral. The pin was exquisite, and the food was top shelf and tasted just as I remembered it

Excellent place to grab those unique things that for the most part you can only get in the British Isle's. I usually get Barry's Tea and McVitties chocolate digestives. There's a ton of other stuff there, include clothes and dishes/cups/mugs etc... Staff is helpful, and they have a "rewards" system for frequent shoppers.

The Scottish and Irish shop is always a treat to visit. Great prices on treats and merchandise. We also saw this Porche pull up.

Good selection of goods from the UK, mostly Scotland and Ireland. Have been visiting this location since fall 2006, not regularly. Over the years the grocery/food side has increased in size drastically from what is was. Some things are a bit pricey and could be found online for cheaper. Some staff are extra helpful, some not so much.

Neat store, they are still getting people to mask up. I suspect they are letting people shop there that are Scottish or Irish and not Scottish AND Irish. What's next? Letting in the Welsh?

Ordered a double plaque close to 100 dollars came damaged and was told that 10 Refund was going to be refunded. Turns out its 4 dollars refund. Customer service was terrible, not helpful at all on the phone or in person. It's unfortunate because my grandpa went there to shop, my dad and now me 3 generations. I will not be going back.

Unbelievable prices for imported goods - Shame it was only a pop up!

It's great to have businesses like these, with such a wide variety of hard to find products. Unfortunately they are a great example of what happens to a business when you can't get or choose the right staff. And over the years it has declined considerably in terms of service making it difficulte to continue supporting this business, particularly when so much of their product selection is now available from online retailers at lower prices. They are the kind of staff that turn you away 2 minutes before close and lock the doors because their shift is almost over..

Great selection of imported goods from Scotland, Ireland, & UK. Always had a pleasant experience. Great selection of vegan foods which is only what I buy there but mother loves getting all her UK goodies from there. They also have a loyalty program for frequent shoppers.

A great spot! The only disappointing thing for me is that I didn't come to this store years ago!! Lots of great UK products, picked up a few things that reminded me of growing up in Newfoundland

The absolute level of professional customer service and the friendly atmosphere make the trip to ottawa from petawawa well worth it. My mom is always excited to be able to come here and get all the treats and tastes of her childhood. I can't wait to come again

This store is fantastic to find the hidden gem you just can't get from Canada. Staff is friendly and helpful. They got a few new things in which if I wasn't with my niece I would have spent way more time here. There's a lot to look at but it's not over whelming it adds to the experience.
