It’s a real pleasure going to the Michael Kors store because we know that we will see Paige. She greets us with kindness, compassion,and warmth. I was gazing at their beautiful window display Saturday morning while I waited for the mall to open. I've purchased there before and always felt welcome. However as I gazed at the window the employee, who I hadn't even noticed, walked up to the door and double checked to make sure it was locked and then glared at me. Why i have to ask? What was it about me gazing at your beautiful merchandise? Was it because I was wearing winter boots and an oversized winter jacket? Was it because i had no make up on this time? All I know is I won't be buying that beautiful sparkling bomber jacket in the window.

The customer service was exceptional - quick responses, friendly staff, making my shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly impressed with their service!

I'm a big fan of this store,Not just for their amazing products, but also because every visit feels like hanging out with friends I've known forever, There are two young girls so nice, friendly, and stylish, which makes me feel confident getting fashion advice from them.

I did not want to believe what the reviews about the staff and the unwelcoming presence they gave is true but I went there myself and I experienced it. There was no greetings and indeed, the ladies all they do is talk to each other, texting and ignoring us as clients! I usually think that oh some people that review are exaggerating but this is not the case. If you want to buy the brand, just buy it online or if you want to see it in person, then I recommend another store than this one if you want to enjoy the experience of buying something new.

If I could give them no stars I would. Went there today and just like every other time I've been in the store I was basically ignored and they weren't busy. After standing in front of the change room for ten minutes waiting for one of the not busy clerks to acknowledge my presence I asked if they had a small in a gold dress. Not bothering to check she simply said no. She didn't offer to find it at another store either. Strangely when I checked the size of the same dress on the mannequin it was a small. Will never darken the door again. Ever. I've shopped in the Michael Kors section at Ogilvie in Montreal and the service was amazing. I've shopped in Michael Kors in NY, NY and the service was outstanding but have yet to have a good experience at the Rideau Centre.

Awful experience I’ve ever witnessed. I am an indigenous young woman, I wonder if it was my skin or how I dressed. I walked in the store, no one greeted me. I was looking at this one purse and an employee that was helping another lady grabbed the same purse I was looking at. I waited till the customer was done looking at it and I took it wanting to buy it. I stood there for a good 10 mins and no one wanted to help me. I went to the cash register with the bag and no one wanted to help. About 10 mins of standing at the cash register (they were taking other people while I was standing there) someone finally came up to me. I specifically said I wanted to BUY the purse. Then the lady takes the purse and “grabs” a new bag. I stood there for another 10 mins while the lady that was “getting a new bag” she was helping other people!! She finally came back and said she doesn’t have anymore of the purse. I walked out of there and bought a purse at coach💅🏽

First and LAST visit today. I asked staff for assistance and was pointed in a “general” direction of where the item I was looking for MAY be located. Absolutely no help offered. Went 2 doors down to Kate Spade, had an amazing experience AND spent more than I intended at MK. Kate Spade fan from this point forward!!!

Terrible customer service. As a person of colour I felt like I was not welcomed. Getting snubbed by a salesperson and to followed and looked at suspiciously by a store employees was laughable, I literally make more money than those idiots combined together. Thanks for the awesome service.

I recently visited the Michael Kors store in Ottawa to purchase a gift and was impressed by the exceptional service I received from the sales associate. She greeted me warmly and immediately offered to assist me, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. With her expert knowledge of the brand's different collections, she guided me through the various options and recommended a satchel that perfectly met my needs. To my surprise, she even went the extra mile to suggest a matching card holder to go with the bag. Throughout the interaction, the associate was friendly, attentive, and interested in helping me find the right gift. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I truly appreciated the outstanding level of service I received.

They have bad customer service. Most of the time they judge clients about what we are wearing. I don't understand how they expect us to always look perfect if we want to prove we have money to be there. Even you have money, you will lose the pleasure of buying something there. Their clerks pay more attention to themselves and to how they look like instead of helping us to find something we will like. One of them told me she was looking for my size XXS and asked me to wait for it. But she never came back. I have been waiting for a while because she wants to force me to quite the store in an indirect way. They are disrespecting their clients. That's too bad!!! Sometimes I go with someone older or white because they will react differently. They assume my friend will pay until I get at the cash. So I went there with my WHITE boyfriend and fo the first time they paid attention to me. I mean attention to him because his white so they think is wealthy. Lol!

Terrible service from the young girl with long hair this morning. Jan 23. Refused to purchase because of her attitude. Too bad because Rideau is closer to me than tanger but I'll make the drive for better service .

MK is MK! Merchandise is great! Everything I bought was good quality. The staff could be more friendly and make you feel welcome when you enter the store... that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars. I still recommend the store.

I purchased a watch and it was too big- aka needed to be sized. Brought it into the store and within minutes of leaving it fell apart. I brought it back the next day to get it done properly and it hasn't fallen off however I am only realizing now that they did not take out the right links in order to resize the watch. Allow me to explain. a watch has sizing links and deco links. the sizing links are usually smaller and placed towards the latch of the watch. These are the removable pieces. The bigger links they removed only on one side of the band caused my watch too be off balance and constantly turning backwards. Looking forward to getting it fixed and educating the staff a little on their own timepieces.

We went there at 8:00 PM. As soon as we walked in we felt an unwelcoming atmosphere, none of the three ladies greeted us as they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Browsing through ourselves hoping to get some service, after 5 minutes a girl walks up to us and asked if we were ok and she was in a hurry to go back, at this point we had a question about a sale and she answered and quickly left. It felt like they are not interested in selling. This experience veered us to a different MK store.

I do not doubt the quality of the product. But you are paying mostly for the brand on the item.

Excellent shoping therapy at prestigius items that offers

The staff is really ridiculous. Even the sale girl does not know the real deals on the specific items. She just laughed all the time and sing songs. After 3p minutes, I approached the billing counter, at that time another girl came and told us that there is no deal on choosen items.

It was a pleasant experience shopping in this store as its associates are so friendly and helpful.

I want to express my gratitude to Raha for the outstanding service I received. Her attention to detail was impressive. Not only did she help me find the perfect items, but she also ensured I was satisfied with my choices. The entire staff made me feel like a valued customer, and I left the store feeling extremely pleased with my purchase.

The service in store was great! I have a Michael Kors purse and the straps keep peeling... the ladies in store ordered a pair of new straps for me covered under the warranty. It has been a year since the replacement and the straps are now doing the same thing. I thought the bag would hold its shape for much longer but it quickly deteriorated, I do not use this bag every day. I own the Michael Kors diaper bag that has been discontinued. I own purses from Call it Spring and Aldo that have been through more ware and tare than this purse. It is disappointing that such a well known brand and product have this kind of quality. Returning is always miserable at this rideau store. I tried to return purchase 2 times, sales woman has very poor customer service. Definitely not visiting ever again

I recently visited the Michael Kors store, in rideau and , the service was just awful. The two girls working there seemed disinterested and didn't do their job correctly. It was shocking to experience such poor service. I've never encountered anything like this before. Definitely not going back anytime soon!😕

Terrible experience with the assistance store manager Gen Pascua today. Came in to exchange defective purse, she was giving us run around for an hour , calling some off the site customer support, finally sent us home and told us to send pictures to MK, she was very unfriendly and raising voice all the time
