This is my favorite Kate Spade! I bought some of the CUTEST pink glasses here and they are still my favorite pair I own to date. Aurora was super sweet and helpful. The whole floor staff made me feel very attended to.

I love this store. I was in again the other day and made a purchase. The staff have gotten to know me so the personal touches are amazing when they speak with me. They are very knowledgeable.

Came here for the first time yesterday. It was a pleasant experience! The store manager (can't remember her name unfortunately) was very lovely and nice! She helped me select a beautiful purse and helped me out in every way she could. Definitely coming back. Purses are beautiful, customer service is great!

The store is very nice like all of them and I love the products but staff are super annoying I think they were 8 working on floor and 6 of them they asked me the same 3 questions. As soon as I was looking at something they will tell me the price and two of them were following me around the store. I left after 10-15 minutes ended up not buying anything. Very annoyed with the experience I'll rather buy online in the comfort of my house and not having people following me around asking me how is my day like 6 times.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful! The store always has a great selection of leather goods, shoes, clothes and accessories! Love going there!

Staff were very friendly and welcomed my mother and I immediately upon entering the store. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for and provided us with information when we inquired about products that were no longer made. An enjoyable store to shop in.

The staff at Kate Spade Rideau are wonderful! They go above and beyond with their customer service and always friendly, helpful and attentive to what I am looking for. Since COVID, they have made a point of sending emails to keep me up to date with new products and have been extremely helpful with online purchases. I look forward to visiting the store, which is always so nicely organized, and talking with the wonderful staff. Ottawa is lucky to have such a wonderful Kate Spade location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is bright and cheerful and if they do not have an item in store, they are very helpful sourcing the desired piece and having it shipped to you. The clothing all wears well and has a fun flair.
