The manager Nick at this location gave me exceptional service! The one bag that I wanted wasn't in stock in their inventory so he gave me the store display one and cleaned and conditioned the leather. My husband asked if he could clean my older coach bag which I have had for 3 years and Nick cleaned it so well it looked better than when I first bought it. He did not rush it and was so nice about it even when he didn't have to do the old bag for me. Will definitely be a return customer!

My customer service experience at the Outlets in NY, Florida and Ottawa have been always good. The staff is upbeat and quick to help. My experience at the retail store more specifically the Ottawa store in the Rideau has not been as positive. Definitely not as enthusiastic and with a touch of attitude. Not horrible by any means just not as friendly. When discussing options for a factory bag it was quite clear that the overall conversation turned a bit and it was pretty clear they valued that product as an inferior product even though Coach customer service clearly said otherwise on the phone. To me that may not be the best approach and Head Office may want to have a better tag line for all of their employees so they are all on the same page in regards to their various products....just saying. Would not go back to the Rideau outlet.

Great to sell you something but just try to exchange it or return it! I bought a wallet for $200. The pockets for the credit cards were made too small. They gave me a real hard time. They didn't want to exchange it because I had removed the labels. They didn't want to return it because I had it for more than 7 days. I had to call the Coach 1-800 number to get help claiming it was defective. Finally they exchanged it. Very disappointed.

Staff are nice and professional. They don't waste your time, and they're honest. Helped me figure out the right products for me rather quickly. Regular maintenance is always a nice touch/perk.

The guy who works needs to chill out.. Me and my husband came into the store 20 minutes before it closed today and he made us so uncomfortable by staring at us and following us around so obviously the whole time.. We had come in to make a return clearly we werent about to steal anything but this guy had other ideas for some reason. Made me not want to come back for anything again.

I did an online order & the size was a mismatch. Coach charged for online return else to return it in store. When I visited their Rideau store for return the staff was really helpful. She even wrote down the store where I can find the right size for my online order. Coach isn’t my go to store for bags but their quality is good. I prefer their ready to wear items more.

I don't know why there are reviews saying that the guy with the glasses was rude or unhelpful but I went there to shop for a wallet and we spent talking about quality because I have never shopped there before. I came out with a wallet that I liked and personally found was in fact or quality, I mean the leather was so soft! Other than that the staff is friendly and please, don't forget that they're humans as well.

Amazing customer service and best selection of coach products in Ottawa. The Rideau center is lovely mall to visit with its flagship stores. Coach had a great product and customization options for free. Enjoy.
