When
a
Health
Care
Facility
becomes
part
of
the
problem,
causing
mental
anguish.
I
was
getting
low
on
my
medication
and
called
to
inquire
about
seeing
my
doctor
or
talking
to
him
for
a
renewal.
I
was
told
they
could
book
me
in
in
about
4
weeks.
I
told
them
I
would
run
out
by
then.
They
told
me
to
have
the
pharmacy
fax
a
requisition.
I
went
to
the
pharmacy
2
days
later
and
was
given
enough
for
3
days.
I
called
my
doctors
office
,
no
answer
and
left
a
message
to
call
me
as
this
is
an
issue
now.
No
call
no
response.
I
called
again
a
few
days
later
and
was
told
they
would
send
my
doctor
a
message.
Called
the
pharmacy
a
few
days
after
that
and
nothing.
At
this
point
I
was
about
to
run
out
and
the
pharmacy
was
able
to
give
me
enough
for
2
days.
I
called
my
doctors
office
the
next
day
and
the
receptionist
told
me
he
had
been
on
vacation
the
ENTIRE
TIME
this
situation
was
unfolding!
The
office
staff
caused
so
much
wasted
time.
I
made
an
appointment
with
the
after
care
to
get
a
prescription
which
required
time
off
work.
The
doctor
I
saw
was
extremely
passive
aggressive
and
condensending.
She
told
me
my
doctor
had
sent
a
new
prescription
the
day
before.
She
made
it
a
point
to
tell
me
how
amazing
this
was
since
he
was
on
vacation
on
a
boat
down
south.
I
asked
why
did
the
reception
staff
neglect
to
relay
vitial
information
to
me,
which
would
have
saved
eveyones
time.
She
then
said
they
don't
have
access
to
any
of
that
information
and
that
it
is
ultimately
my
responsibility
to
ensure
I
do
not
run
out
of
medication.
I
couldn't
believe
the
way
she
spoke
to
me
given
everything
that
happened.
I
had
her
write
me
a
perscription
just
incase
there
were
anymore
issues
and
left.
I
called
the
pharmacy
and
they
never
got
the
prescription
the
doctor
had
told
me
about.
Health
Care
professionals
are
supposed
to
help
people
in
need.
Not
cause
fustration,
anxiety
and
stress.
Doctors
are
entitled
to
time
off.
I
did
my
due
diligence
and
yet
was
still
left
short.
My
doctor
has
been
helpful
in
the
past
and
there
is
another
doctor
there
that
has
been
the
nicest
Ive
ever
seen
during
previous
after
care
appointments.
The
office
staff
seems
to
be
the
big
issue
and
needs
to
be
managed
properly.
