This is not a walk in clinic anymore, you need an appointment. Appointment was easy to book online and was able to get in the next day. ***Make sure you read your email as they offer in-clinic appointments as well as telemedicine appointments. I saw the doctor in-clinic and he was right on time. Was thorough with his questions and showed that he cared. I used the pharmacy beside the clinic and they were quick. Didn’t have to wait an hour like most pharmacies these days.

Third visit to this place. Two visits before, I got here 10-15 minutes before appointments and had to wait to be seen 15-20 minutes past the appointment time. And, at the very most, doctor (Belal Wehbe) spent 2-3 minutes with me for each appointment .Third time around, I was here just to get the result of a test I had gotten done. I got stuck in traffic and got 10 minutes late, the doctor came out and refused to see me and kept saying "you were late, I can't see you", even though there was literally no other patient there. His attitude and behaviour was also VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this clinic, and I'd definitely recommend avoiding Belal Wehbe. Update: After doing some research, I've come to realize the person (Belal Wehbe) that saw me is not even a doctor! This information was not mentioned ANYWHERE when booking the appointment, nor in appointment confirmation, and also was never mentioned by whoever that person was that saw me during the visits! For all 3 visits, I thought I was being seen BY A DOCTOR! I can't believe how this place even exists as a medical clinic WITHOUT AN ACTUAL DOCTOR!!!

I went today to this clinic. For far the most awful, unethical and unprofessional experience. The so call doctor Belal Wehbe refused to give me service after I asked to be connected to the online practitioner since this is part of the service advertised in their website; also because he said he didn’t have experience and he even didn’t have a license to practice. So I requested to be connected to the online service and after he questioned me thousands of times why I wanted that, he then refused to give me the service, saying that if I didn’t trust him, I should go to another clinic. He even refused to give service to a relative who had an appointment after me, just because we walk in the clinic together. It is unbelievable that this unprofessional, unethical, arrogant and discriminatory person is the face of the good doctors clinic at the walkley location.

Total waste of time. Didn't introduce himself, only asked questions he wanted to ask, didn't ask about any medications I'm on, my partner closed the door for the appt and he made him open it.. so no privacy.. the place is dirty.. the appt was over in 2 minutes where he prescribed me medication without asking me what I currently take, wanted me to fill it at his pharmacy.. just assumed I have COVID.. tested and I don't.. will not return.

The doctor is very professional and friendly. The website is very well designed. I am very happy with the services I got, and I recommend this clinic to whoever needs something done efficiently and timely.

I had a phenomenal experience here two years ago, which is why I came back today. Today, I got lectured about being unprepared (my printer broke in the middle of printing the form, which I explained) while I was full on sobbing and asking for help. They refused to even write the date of the assessment on the blank half of the form because "I needed to bring the whole thing in." And wouldn't write a note because they told me my employer wouldn't accept it, which is not the nurse's decision to make. Zero empathy, zero customer service, and made things so much worse for me. Even an ounce of empathy would go so far. But hey, lecturing sobbing people who have come to you for help and refusing to even write any single piece of info that didn't have a specific spot in a form is health care, I guess. Unbelievable.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. The doctor was very patient and kind. I talked to a doctor in person as well as another online. I could see the doctor was listening and researching my symptoms to ensure he sent me to the right place. I was so thankful to be able to get a referral to a specialist and a prescription that was filled within 10 minutes after my appointment at the pharmacy on location.

Booked an appointment and was seen on time. Masks are required in the office. I felt very welcomed here. While booking the appointment online, I was initially worried because the screening question only had 4 reasons to choose from for the appointment, and my issue didn't fall under any of them. My concern was addressed and a referral was given. Incredibly thankful!

Ive never had a more unprofessional interaction, I called and talked to reception and asked about a doctor that has examined me there, receptionist straight up lies to me and says he dosent work there.I disagree with them very politely, and say I was examined by them at the clinic a week ago, so they hang up on me and proceed to dodge my calls. Keep in mind this is the only docot who can help at the moment. Absolutely disgusting service, I've been there severaly times, this is very upsetting.

If I could give a negative review I would. I went for a blood test. Nurse came back saying that something was positive bit when doctor was consulted he said all was fine an I could leave. 2 months later (present day) results turned out to be positive. Now I have to be treated and could have possible extreme side effects. DO NOT GO TO THE CLINIC.

It's clearly says WALK IN CLINIC and they have a very rude unprofessional nurse called Bilal as an assistant for online doctors who ((LIED)) from the beginning about not having a tetanus shot while i asked the pharmacist inside the clinic and he said they do have them, then he said we will charge you for the vaccine and i agreed, then he said I can't take you without an appointment and continued humiliating me by saying do you want me to take you while i have people with appointments, while he just came back from a break and my situation doesn't take more than 5 minutes as i stepped on a nail and only need a tetanus shot, that's what it took in another clinic less than 5 minutes. He just need to say sorry we are wrong, there is no walk in clinic and that's it, while he approached me like he wants to fight, such an A.H.

Very happy with my experience today. After 1 month and 2 different doctors later, me and my partner connected with a Mr. Yassen (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who is a physician-in-training at this location. He was extremely thorough and very personable. He finally diagnosed my partner with a bad strep infection and was able to get a doctor to prescribe him antibiotics. All I can say is thank you! You’re going to make a great doctor :) Also, my partner says he’d love to have you as a doctor one day when your time comes. Take care!

Unable to fulfill appointments; unable to provide any on-site medical care. This is a wasted of space and your time. It's unfortunate that they are paid as physicians in Ontario without being able to perform any medical practice.

Booking an appointment online was easy and quick. The doctor was on time. Unfortunately, he couldn't perform the service I needed, but recommended another clinic where they do do it. Overall the experience was fine. However, the doctor left the door open for the majority of the visit while he was asking me personal questions. Although it was not very busy, I felt a bit uncomfortable; I thought it would be common practice to close the door to ensure privacy before asking about medical history, medication, symptoms/reason for visit, etc.

Had a good experience. Booked an appointment the night before. You have to wait in the pharmacy and the doctor will come get you. He was fine. Looked in my throat, listened to my symptoms, wrote me a script. I was in and out in half an hour.

Good concept. The way of future. You walk in, get assessed and a virtual doctor will further discuss the matter. No wait time at all. The nurse was very friendly and helpful.

They have only telemedicine. They are not very organized and their sign dosent tell you it is telemedicine. They only allow one issue and they won’t renew medications if you don’t have the empty bottle with you even for non narcotics. I found it useless and left to another clinic tell me what do you think?

Awful service, i made an appointment here, i read that since the doctor Belal Wehbe who was there is not an officially licensed doctor, i would have the right to have a call with his supervisor while he treated me, then while i was waiting for my appointment i heard somebody asking for the licensed doctor, then the doctor Belal started yelling at the person and denying to give service, then he called the police on the patient, when i saw that i started recording the situation, then when my appointment time arrived, he skipped my turn and made me wait 40 minutes then to tell me that he would not give me service

Short wait time to see the doctor and for the prescription. We haven't lived in Ontario before a few weeks ago, and this was a great experience. The staff, pharmacy and doctor were all very kind.

I've been a patient at this clinic for almost two years, and I can confidently say that it's been a remarkable experience. Dr. Belal Wehbe., the physician on the place, is not only friendly but also highly professional. He consistently listens attentively to my concerns, taking the time to address each one thoroughly. His wealth of knowledge and expertise shines through in every visit, and his prescriptions have been effective in managing my health issues. I couldn't ask for a better healthcare provider, and I'm grateful for the excellent care I've received here over the years. Highly recommended!

The Assistant Doctor is not good. He does not understand the problem and give the advise without even listening to the patient. He is not serious about his job.

Dr. Bilal Wehbe proved to be prompt, approachable, and welcoming, showing attentiveness during my clinic visit. The pharmacy staff was friendly. I'm genuinely thankful for my positive experience— The doctor was not only nice but also knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring.

Had a great experience. Quick, easy, and Belal was quick to diagnose and prescribe to help me feel better. Love the appointment structure rather than sitting and waiting. Even if I had to wait a little bit past the appointment, this is normal with clinics. Better than sitting in a hospital for hours on end!! I also want to comment that everyone working at the pharmacy was wonderful and knowledgeable too.

Get your doctor, Bilal, to see a doctor himself. He's very rude, disrespectful with a clear accent but refuses to speak Arabic to my 80 year old mother. Sick

Gave it 4 stars because I didn't know it was telemedicine. I came here because my family doctor is useless. Always cancelling appointments and not responding to emails. I had an urgent issue and was able to book an appointment the same day. Nurse was very thorough and Dr was friendly. I am definitely coming back if I have issues.

I booked online appointment. U have to book one day previously. Or early morning u might get same day. Very easy to book online . U get to see dr on time. I haven’t waited for more than 10-15 mins to see DR . Very nice DR. Just u have to wait for prescription / medicine to be ready . No more waiting time hrs to wait in queue . Prefer to book in this way

Everyone there is wonderful! They are very patient with my questions, and always try their best to assist. Hopefully, soon, I'll get to stop visiting as much as I currently do. They are an amazing group, all of them. The Doctor, Pharmasist, Assistants and Cahiers they actually care. We as a community are very privileged/ blessed / lucky (whatever you wish to call it) to be in their care.

Simply so grateful for my experience at this clinic! Registration very simple, in clinic doctor appointment within the following 3hours, very nice doctor on time, knowledgeable, attentive, reassuring, and prescription filled on site as clinic is within the pharmacy. I was hesitant at first to go but would absolutely recommend that location with the doctor I saw today!

Tried walking in at 9:30, was told they could make an appointment for 11:40. Came back two hours later, have been waiting for over an hour.

Waited at appletree for 5 hours only to be told none of their physicians were qualified for a simple procedure, came to good doctors and was seen right away with an appointment and had no issues whatsoever. Nice staff and grateful you're here!

Short waiting time, great service. I had stitches on my forehead and the woman who dealt with taking them out was very nice and gentle. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Had a great experience for a in person visit. But as for virtual via the phone, the doctor called 2 hours after my scheduled time and was a 20 second call to get a referral and literally nothing happened, he didn't take the info and I was not contacted for the info. So had to rebook another appointment.

Good doctor! Appointments run on time, minimal wait. This has become my regular place to go when I need to see a doctor

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WENT FOR CONSULTATION! Rude, unprofessional, hostile and arrogant "Doctors". I'll never recommend for Any human being to go there.
