No customer service at ALL. I paid 50 in advance and the appointment is eventually cancelled. So of course I request the refund. However, I tried every channel (phone call, online chat, different email addresses) to send such request, there is NO response from anyone at all, and it's been more than 10 days now. I can't imagine they can be that unprofessional regarding customer service. And you can't handle the most basis use case regarding payment & billing... How is that even possible for a modern business??

I have been to this place a couple of times. It is great for quick checkup with doctors through telemedicine. Something that you have to wait for hours in apple tree gets done within minutes in here. The on-site nurse is very friendly and helpful. Totally happy with my experience. Ottawa needs more places like this.

I used the service twice in the last 6 months. On both general consultations, prescribed drugs never made it to the destination pharmacy and I was not able to get any support for MD Connected. These are cases of wasted time and effort and course government/tax payer money since I am sure they billed for the consults and provided no value to the patient. In the screenshot you will see how 3 mins at MD Connected means over 3 hours.

The clinic is not super clearly marked but it is located within the pharmacy, you just have to go in to the counter and ask. The service was extremely fast and friendly. There was hardly any wait time. Highly recommend

Explain “online” walk-in to me please!

I had a phone appointment for an injury and the doctor said they'd be sending a requisition for bloodwork, an x-ray and an ultrasound. I never received it by email and the next day I'm still trying to get access to my requisition and can't get any support from their admin staff for a follow up. Super unprofessional virtual services.

Did an online consultation. I filled out the form and within an hour I received a call from a Doctor. I found it very easy to access and get a resolution to my medical issue.

Nurse and receptionist were pleasant and professional. Doctors were rude and not answering basic questions, dismissive and had people (family members maybe?) audibly in the background.

There was a little bit of a wait but everyone was super nice and welcoming.

Since they have charged me for the doctornotes,no one answer the phone and no doctor contact me

They’re just there to make money, not to help patients... I just went there once and had a negative experience, so don’t believe their reviews and expect a good experience

Horrible staff on the virtual clinic, harassed my girlfriend and refused to fill medications

Only attend remotely. suddenly stop answering, and don't give any explanation of why they won't make appointments. Not professional at all.

A little gem of a clinic and pharmacy hidden beside McDonalds in the glebe. See a doctor and pick up prescription all in 1 go. Super efficient, convenient, professional, and even environmentally friendly !!

Very impressed with my experience here. I was seen immediately and the nurse who helped me was extremely helpful and professional. She was really respectful and patient while I went over my symptoms. The doctor who helped me were both great. I will definitely be going back the next time I need to see a doctor.

These people have the worst communication services ever. They say they usually reply under 5 minutes but it takes around 1hr to get any kind of response from them. They deserve no star!!

Use tia health... Or rocket doctor. Switched from these guys, after experiencing their dismissive, abrasive, rude doctors. Stay clear from these guys! They're just trying to get $$$ off of your health.
