Nice enough but it's a basic service and they intent to milk you as much as possible at every step of the way. Unreasonably high fees (significantly higher then what you'll pay at Cosco or Shoppers) and non-negotiable consultation for 75$. There's really no reason to go here as the information they provide is easily available online, as another person mentioned they essentially tell you to get every vaccine available, and the prices are super high.

I went this Friday to Passport Health and it was wonderful experience - I had Michelle who helped me and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Really appreciated her advice, and will definitely recommend this place to others!

The service is good but indeed, the cost of vaccines is NOT competitive unless one finds $350 for a dose competitive when other clinics will sell for $250. This is a real example. It’s fine maybe if your employer refunds at 100% but out of your own pocket? Careful also about insurances. They will refund 80% of a reasonable amount like $250 but will not refund 80% of $350. If you want a rabies protection and need 3 doses, it can turn into a substantial amount for only one person. Wise to shop if you don’t like to throw your hard earned cash out the window.

I was fortunate to be able to find an appointment at the clinic for an upcoming trip to Ghana 1 week later. The revision of my current vaccination history, the location of travel and the recommendations were completed and the required vaccines and writing of the prescription was done! The nurse was very kind, and service was exemplary. She showed interest in the upcoming trip and the reason for travel which made the appointment more interesting, and I didn't feel like just a number. The office was also clean and comfortable. I went into the clinic before moving abroad for a few months and was very happy with the service I received. The travel medicine specialist was well prepared with all information I may need. I felt like I had all of the pros and cons in order to make an informed decision. Would recommend!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience here and we highly recommend this clinic! Stefanie was very nice and provided excellent service. She was prepared ahead of time with all the information we were looking for, and made sure to go through the documents twice. She was extremely reassuring and caring when she gave me my two vaccines. We really appreciated that it didn’t feel like a typical clinic! We will definitely be coming back for future trips :)

Nice enough service, but would highly recommend shopping around first. Their vaccine prices are significantly marked up from what insurance companies consider maximum acceptable prices (100% in my case), such that insurance companies will recognize only a portion of your claim. Most likely a strategy where they offer low consultation fees in order to get unsuspecting patients (like me!) in the door and then fleece them in hidden mark-ups.

Easy to book appointments, staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Hours are great as well. Nurse is incredible knowledgeable and helps you feel at ease throughout the process and comfortable with all materials.

I had a great experience at the Passport Health downtown clinic. Shelby answered all of my questions about my upcoming trip, provided advice to reduce my risk of getting traveller's diarrhea, went through all of the recommended vaccines and which ones were the most important, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone looking to get information and travel vaccines before an upcoming trip.

My experience at Passport Health was outstanding. My appointment began right on time and Shelby lead me through exactly what I needed for my vacation. I learned a lot throughout the meeting and now I feel much more confident about travelling!

Highly recommend. As someone who isn't a fan of needles, and needed to be informed about which ones were needed for my upcoming travel, I was very impressed that not only was Stepfanie informative and diligent in her explanation, but she was supportive and empathetic to my nervous energy. She even imparted added life wisdom and I will never, ever, get another needle without a lollipop ready to help me through it.

This Clinic is one of most dedicated travel clinics. The day of my appointment I was lost so I decided to call the office, the man on the other side stayed with me and directed me until i found my location. He made sure I got to the office and the nurse in the office knew that I was coming. The nurse was friendly, helpful and an overall gem. She gave relevant information was truthful and answered all my questions. I had an excellent experience here.

I didn't know this kind of service even existed, we are going on a trip to Brazil and Argentina in January. My wife and I filled out a questionnaire the day before and our appointment which was on a Saturday. At the appointment the vaccinations were explained to us, which ones were current, which ones we should get and why. We got what we needed except for the yellow fever vaccination which required a separate appointment to the Carling location which was arranged for us on the spot. The process was simple and very informative, Stephanie was just awesome! I will definitely return for my next trip

I went to Passport Health Downtown to receive immunizations in preparation for my move to the Middle East. Prior to my arrival for my consultation, Shelby had already prepared a detailed information sheet, based upon my destination, including all the vaccinations I might need. The list was extensive but highly informative. During the consultation she went over each vaccine, determining which ones I actually needed. She took her time explaining the pros and cons of each of the vaccines so that I could make an informed decision over which ones to take. Overall, a really good experience for what could have been a “needle nightmare”. I’m not a fan of needles, and Shelby made me feel comfortable and at ease about the time I spent at the office.

We had a really good experience. The nurse was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The length of the appointment was longer than expected, but we appreciate the time the nurse took with us to answer all of our questions and make sure we had all that we needed for a safe trip. Our daughter didn't enjoy the needles, but luckily there were lots of lollipops to compensate.
