They are rude never open when you come in as a walkin you wait between there booked Appointments. You could wait up to one and a half hours . When you make an appointment you wait an hour minimum to get in . Walkin there open sometimes . Doctor Fletcher is a good doctor but runs his business like a complete #$%@ .

I second the thoughts of the guy from above that this clinic is almost never open. Also, the woman office assistant gives out inaccurate information about the opening times of the business maybe her boss instructs her to do so. However, she seems to hate her job and doesn't really care about the patients. The best way to get an appointment is to go in every week day early in the morning. If you don't want to do that, then find another clinic because as another reviewer pointed out this one is not run very well.

Very rude receptionist! She gives me the wrong time for the appointment and will blame me for it. She never answers the phone. Also she was screaming at the top of her lungs to a 70+ year old man all because he asked how long do I need to wait for the Dr when he had already waited an hr and had to go pick up a family member at the airport. This is with an appointment! If I could put zero stars I would. She needs to go and find another job she doesn't care about the patients at all!

The secretary or receptionist was very rude, these are the people that can destroy your business. She does not even allow me to speak, she was in charge and whatever she says goes. Very BOSSY I do not recommend as long as she is working there.

Rude receptionist answered the phone and told me the walk-in was closed and nobody would see me for my workplace injury. Pretty sure that's illegal? Doctors and clinics are *obligated* to tend to workplace injuries.

States on the signs on the building that walk in clients are welcome, but when you call to ask about anything they hang up on you if you aren't a patient of the doctors. "yeah we're not a walk in clinic, bye". That sign needs to be removed.

dr fletcher is the only good person there . the receptionist never answers her phone . and when she does she is rude as hell. and answering machine is always full and hangs up on you ...

This is not a walk in clinic as stated on the Ottawa Health and Ontario 811 provincial website. Will follow up with Ontario Health.

If there was lower star then that, I would prefer that one. Ottawa health website is showing that they accept walk in and when called then then they denied. While I had a minor injury (a rusted iron particle piece in my body, and I am unable to take it out) which can be major if not treated on time and they were such a reckless peoples straightaway ignored to serve.

Ummm.. I keep getting calls from this place and when I call back I get no answer.. soo this place.. in my opinion.. is stupid and a cash grab.. if you work or own this place… prove me wrong.

Dr Fletcher is a great doctor. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and up to date on new medical research. He is also very kind and personable. 10 stars!

Staff are friendly. Not my family doctors office but I’m trying to get in with ken fletcher. I’ve heard nothing but good about him and I’m really struggling without a doctor and I need one that will actually care. So I shall continue to try and get in with ken.

Dr. Fletcher has been our family doctor for many years. He is thorough, kind excellent with kids. He's been there for my family's health care through some difficult situations and I am very grateful.

Dr.Fletcher is a great doctor who really listens and helps a lot. I have been there for over 6 years when it was Sunshine, and he was able to take me on and keep me as a patient.
