With a child with mental illness and addictions not all support staff has best interest in your child’s well being. Some of The support staff are enablers and are taking advantage of the the people who use the center. Rehab is a much better and safer solution!

Took our 5 week old there for a rash. The nurse took her rectal temperature without asking for permission and then shamed us for using cloth diapers?!!! I tried to file a complaint and received no response. I will never bring my kids here again under any circumstances.

It used to be a place that seemed to help people and but now the so called "safe" injection site is not safe at all. Nobody I have spoken to is sure who actually runs the place (even people working there) and people get left in the cold for a long time before being allowed in now since covid. There aren't proper safety procedures in place inside and there are constant altercations and problems there between clients which the staff either don't seem trained properly to deal with or just ignore. People don't seem to ever get banned or helped with their mental health issues. They do have some good things like running the safe supply van, but the centre itself is just a disaster these days and doesn't seem safe at all. The safe injection site program is a needed service but there needs to be better staffing with more training and more safety regulations in place. Also it should be a lot more low key and private without people screaming and banging on the doors all the time.

The staff at this health center are true angels. They sincerley care & do everything they can to help their clientelle. In fact they go way above & beyond to what they can to help even work from home on their days off.

Good place to use computers, coffee, get help.

I'm very pleased with the work that is being done at this particular site, the staff are very professional and informative with the matters concerning safe using. I've been around since the very first site program started here in ottawa and have seen the progression of all the programs and availabilities for addicts i our community, it's just to bad that these options weren't around much longer ago there would still be many lives that would have been given a chance for sobriety and life...."KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK" I think I speak for most addicts when i say "we need you all" THANK YOU.

I have been at this location since I was 15 years old. Along the 16 years of my life I have given birth twice , and all follow ups and appointments have been with this medical facility! I absolutely love this medical establishment wouldn't trade the services the staff or respect for any other locations

Call it what you want but the staff and reception always go above the call of duty for all patients! Equality always and very professional!!

I have huge problem with sinus since I was a kid . Lately about 3 years I am struggling chronic sinus infection what’s mean mucus infective all over my face and body .No one helped me . Last week I went to see nurse practitioner Emmy and I am so thankful She already knew what is going on and gave me exactly medicine what I need Thanks so much for that and thanks to all service for very good care and kindness Faithful patient :)

I have been to emergency now have been trying to get an appointment to see my Doctor Dr. Partridge with no success period....Mind you if i was an addict i sure would have seen her by now...Phone isn't even being answered messages are not being returned..Great way to treat a Patient...Elizabeth Parent

I came at 12p.m, they told me to wait 1h and after that, they refuse to treat me because I don't live in the same area as the clinic! All of the other clinics that are in my area work remotely online! Shame!!!

Very good clinic staff is very kind and they try to help you in every possible way. We got our immune vaccines from there. Clean place.

I had the same family physician in the least last ten years and no complaints. Caring, respectful and helpful without judgment, other than stating facts. Check-in without appointment. Helpful with referrals to other needed services. Love my doctor. I wouldn't exchange for another doctor, unless moving out of the city or province. Access to their services, which are very helpful as well.

Ever since the safe Injection site the China town community has gone down the drain. All these guys care about is the money funded to the them so they can keep the safe Injection site open. They don't care what goes on locally. My car gets broken into once to twice a year average! Packages stolen, house broken into not to mention they love going into peoples backyards and help themselves. On top of that I went for a health issue they didn't even know what I had lol if I could put negative 1000 I would

This place is fantastic. Our whole family has been seen by a number of doctors here for over 20 years. Fully integrated community health care, with doctors, doctors assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and other services like dieticians, chiropodists. I wish that this model of community health centres was more widespread...and better funded

I dislike this clinic they are rude and you can never reach a doctor when you need to prescription are never renewed in time they don’t return pharmacy calls the phones are never answered your on hold for up to 30 minutes as I am right now this place should not be Government funded any longer

I've been a patient of theirs for over 30 years. Since Dr.Whitehead left, things have really gone down hill. If it wasn't so difficult to get another doctor, I would transfer in a heart beat.

They don't feel like answering phones too much over there. Way too long a wait to get in to see anyone at walk in. Doctors wuss out on taking new patients... Too busy provide safe drug paraphernalia to all the junkies in the neighbourhood of filth they are located in.

Staff have always been lovely, kind and helpful. Wait times are long, but I've never minded waiting. Tracy at the front desk is always a pleasure to see, and the doctors have always taken the time to properly listen and understand my concerns.
